<p class="abstrak"><em>The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of using Google Classroom in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The research sample was students of the Office Administration Education Study Program at the State University of Surabaya, batch 2017, 2018, and 2019, which means 95 people. The data was collected using a questionnaire, while the data analysis technique used a percentage. The results showed that Google Classroom was effectively applied in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic.</em><em></em></p>

<em>The millennial generation is the generation that has dominated the labor market in recent years. This generation is being faced with various challenges due to technological developments that are happening.</em> <em>Current technological developments are forcing the players in the goods and service industries to innovate in order to be able to increase the competitiveness of companies. Innovative work behavior can be raised</em> <em>by individuals in several ways, one of which is with a proactive personality. This study aims to measure the</em> <em>relationship between proactive personality with innovative work behavior in the millennial generation. The study was conducted on 315 millennials who are full time employees in goods and services companies in the city of Surabaya. Innovative work behavior is measured using the Innovative Work Behavior Scale, which is proven to be reliable (α = 0.760), while the proactive personality is measured using the Proactive Personality Scale that has proven to be reliable (α = 0.734). The analysis in this study uses Pearson's Product Moment analysis with a significance value of 0,000 (p &lt;0.05) which shows the relationship between proactive personality and innovative work behavior in the millennial generation. These results indicate that the higher the proactive personality an individual has, the higher the innovative work behavior exhibited by the individual. The results of this study also found a significant relationship between sex, years of service and age on innovative work behavior</em>

<p><em>This study aims to investigate the effect of ownership on firm value with profitability as an intervening variable. The dependent variable used is PBV. While the independent variables used are managerial ownership and institutional ownership. The intervening variable used is ROA. The data in this study used an annual report from 18 property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014 to 2018. The data collection technique used purposive sampling technique obtained from the web www.idx.co.id and each website from the sample company. Data processing uses panel data regression and the results reveal that managerial ownership and institutional ownership have no effect on firm value. While profitability (ROA) is able to mediate institutional ownership of firm value. But profitability (ROA) is not able to mediate managerial ownership of firm value.</em></p>

<p><em>The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of management information systems on employee performance at PT. Primanusa Globalindo Pekanbaru. The sample of this study were employees who worked at PT. Primanusa Globalindo Pekanbaru. Data collection was carried out with questionnaires distributed directly to employees totaling 54 questionnaires. Statistical methods using Simple Linear Regression Analysis with hypothesis testing statistical tests t. From the overall response of respondents to the variable management information system at PT. Primanusa Globalindo Pekanbaru with an average score of 4.61 shows the response of respondents to the statement on the management information system variable is very agree. From the overall response of respondents to the variable employee performance at PT. Primanusa Globalindo Pekanbaru with an average score of 4.38 shows the response of respondents to statements on employee performance variables is agreed. T value of 4.048. While the critical value according to the table with a significant level of 5% using the formula t table (α / 2; n - k) k = 1 and n = 54 is 2.00575, because t arithmetic&gt; t table then </em><em>Hο</em><em> is rejected. </em><em>This means that the Management Information System has a positive effect on Employee Performance</em><em>. </em><em>With the meaning of the word Hypothesis (Ha) accepted. Positive t value indicates that the Management Information System variable has a direct relationship with Employee Performance at PT. Primanusa Globalindo Pekanbaru.</em></p>

<em>The study aims to determine the quality of Grabbike online motorcycle taxi service and its effect on customer satisfaction in the Tegal City area. The quantitative approach is used as a source of data processing so that the results are presented. The study population was GrabBike online motorcycle taxi (OJOL) customers in Tegal City for one week, 1000 customers. This research used incidental sampling technique in sampling. Determination of the number of samples using the Slovin formula. From the total population of 1000 obtained a sample of 100 customers as respondents. Data collection uses observation methods, questionnaires, and documentation. The research instrument was in the form of observation sheets and questionnaires with 22 items of statements that had been tested for validity and reliability. Datalysis was analyzed with linear regression. The results showed that the quality of service had a positive and significant effect on GrabBike online motorcycle taxi customer satisfaction as evidenced by the results of the calculation of a simple linear regression analysis of Y = 16.078 + 0.520X, with the significance of the variable service quality was 0,000 because the significance value of 0,000 &lt;0.05 was concluded service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction variables on OJOL GrabBike in Tegal City, meaning Ha is accepted while H0 is rejected.</em>

<p><em>This research aims to know</em> <em>how many students are ready and less ready to face the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. Hopefully, the results of this research can provide solutions and recommendations regarding actions that universities should take, especially students, to be better prepared to face the industrial revolution 4.0. The number of samples used was 49 IKIP PGRI Jember students and final-semester students (semester 7 ≥). The data collection method uses a work readiness scale with 20 questions and 5 alternative answers, while data analysis uses data and uses the Rasch model. The results showed that 38 students (78%) had high job readiness, while the rest were classified as moderate. The elements of the student work-readiness scale item (item measure) show that the ability to work in IKIP PGRI Jember student teams is very high, exceeding other items.</em></p>

<em>Baitul Maal Cooperative Wat Tamwil Seruyan Sejahtera which addresses at Jalan Patimura, Kuala Pembuang 1, Seruyan Regency. This cooperative was formed on November 2, 2012 with a cooperative legal entity No: 124 / BH / XVIII.14 / IDKUMKM / 11/2012 and chaired by Ir. H. Tarwidi Tamasaputra. This study uses a qualitative approach that is descriptive analysis, with data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation as well as the type of data used is time series data. The data obtained will be analyzed by the growth equation and least square trand. Based on the results of the study note that the capital development Based on the analysis in table 5 can be seen in 2013 there was a growth of 15%, but a decline in 2014 amounted to 17%. Growth that greatly increased in 2015 was 40% which was affected by the increase in membership. Whereas growth in 2016 was only 16%. The average capital growth of the Cooperative Baitul Maal wat Tamwil Seruyan Sejahtera in 2012-2016 is 9.62%. While based on table 7 it can be seen that the results of capital development forecasts at the Baitul Maal wat Tamwil Seruyan Sejahtera cooperative in 2017 amounted to Rp 396,035,361.60, in 2018 amounted to IDR 422,391,710.70, in 2019 amounted to IDR 448,748.059.80, in 2020, IDR 475,104,408.90 and in 2021 IDR 501,460,758.00. This forecast of development tends to increase from year to year in the<strong> </strong>amount of IDR 26,356,349.10. <em>The number of electric cigarette users in Indonesia has increased significantly. They used electric cigarettes to stop used conventional cigarettes. In fact, users of electric cigarettes cannot reduce the use of conventional cigarettes. This study wants to see what factors cause university students in Bandung to use electronic cigarettes and conventional cigarettes together. This study uses primary data of 124 users of electric cigarettes and conventional cigarettes collected through surveys in the city of Bandung. This study uses the Logistic regression method with STATA 14. The results show that the allowance of students from parents, the status of other family members who smoke conventionally, how long they use conventional cigarettes, number of conventional cigarettes consumed per day before using electric cigarettes make university students be difficult to stop using conventional cigarettes after using electric cigarettes. The use of electric cigarettes and conventional cigarettes together will have a worse health impact. While the age and amount of e-cigarette expenditure reduces the possibility to consume e-cigarettes and conventional cigarettes together</em>
