Earnings management is an action that is often done by companies, it aims to enhance your financial statements with the intention that investors are much more interested in investing, to get bonuses and get ease in getting loans. This can be detrimental to some stakeholders who use financial statements as a source of information in making decisions. This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously and partially between managerial ownership, independent commissioners, audit committees, and leverage on earnings management in the basic industrial and chemical sectors for the 2014-2018 period. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. This type of research in this research is descriptive. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique using 11 company samples over a period of five years to obtain 55 sample units. This research uses a panel data regression analysis method using the Eviews 9 software. The results of this study indicate that managerial ownership variables, independent commissioners, audit committees, and leverage simultaneously influence earnings management. While partially the audit committee variable has a negative effect on earnings management, managerial ownership and leverage have a positive effect on earnings management. Whereas independent commissioners have no effect on earnings management.

This study aims to examine the effect of profitability, capital structure and managerial ownership on stock return with firm value as a moderator veriable in Agricultural Companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2009-2018. The number of samples in this study are 10 agricultural companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange obtained by using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis method used is Panel Data Regression. The results of this study prove that capital structure has negative effect on stock returns, firm value has positive effect on stock returns, profitability and managerial ownership have no significant effect on stock returns. Meanwhile, the moderating effect test prove that firm value is able to moderate the effect of profitability on stock returns, but is unable to moderate the effect of capital structure and managerial ownership on stock returns

The aims of this study to examine the effect of tax planning on earnings management which is moderated by reducing tax rates (tax discounts). The population in this study are companies listed in the 2017-2018 LQ45 index. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling method with predetermined criteria, in order to obtain a total sample of 23 companies with final data totaling 46 financial statements. The type of data is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id. The analysis technique used in this study is panel data regression analysis and is processed using the Eviews 9.0 program. The results of this study indicate that tax planning has a significant effect on earnings management with a negative coefficient direction. A reduction in tax rates (tax discounts) weakens the effect of tax planning on earnings management.

This study aims to examine the effect of Audit Committee, Independent Commissioner, Institutional Ownership, Managerial Ownership, Earnings Management to Related Party Transaction Disclosure. This type of research is quantitative reseacrh using secondary data of financial statements from manufacturing sector companies during 2016 to 2018 obtained from Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique that used is purposive sampling. The results showed that the Audit Committee, Independent Commissioners, Institutional Ownership, Managerial Ownership and Profit Management were able to influence the disclosure of related party transactions by 13%, while the remaining 87% were influenced by other variables outside this study. Partially, institutional ownership and managerial ownership significantly influence the disclosure of related party transactions. While the audit committee, independent commissioners and earnings management do not affect the disclosure of related party transactions.

<p><em>The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of GCG variables, firm size, and leverage on earnings management. The sample used is 35 public listed property and real estatecompanies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2015 until 2017. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. This study uses multiple regression. The results of the analysis showed that managerial ownership does not have a negative effect on earnings management but oppositely, it has a positive effect on earnings management, while company size does not have any effect on earning management.</em><em> </em></p>

The research objective was to determine the influence of third party fund, Non-perfoming loans (NPLs), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) on consumer loans disbursed. The analytical tool used panel data regression. The sample used in this study are 7 (seven) bank based on the type of operation. Results of regression, found that variable third party fund positive and significant impact on consumer loans. Variable Non-perfoming loans (NPLs) and not significant positive effect on consumer loans. This is possible due to high NPLs in the bank's financial statements only describe the overall value of the credit. Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) individually have a significant negative effect on consumer loans. The study reinforces previous findings that high capital still has not been followed by increased consumer credit.

This research aims to determine the influence of audit committee competency, managerial ownership, and size board of financial statements quality. Financial statement quality in this research measured by relevance. The research method applied quantitative causality method. The object of research is the food and beverage subsector companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in period 2015 – 2018. The sample of this research which complied 8 samples with period of 4 years, so the data processed 32 data. The result of this research 62.1% independent variables can explain the quality of financial statements, while 37.9% is explained by other variables not included in this research. The audit committee competency variables, management ownership and the size of the board of commissioners have a simultaneous influence on the quality of financial statements. The audit committee competency variable has a negative effect while the size of the board of commissioners has a positive effect on the quality of financial statements partially. While management ownership has no influence on the quality of financial statements.

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of good corporate governance,growth of sales, and firm size on ROE of BUMN firm that listed ISSI Period 2011-2014. The method used is quantitative method with panel data regression techniques. The data used is secondary data by collecting data annual financial statements of BUMN firms that listed in ISSI period 2011-2014. Panel data regression conducted showed that managerial ownership (X1) negative and significant impact on ROE, the proportion of commissioners positive and significant impact on ROE (X2), the independence of audit committee (X3) negative and significant impact on ROE, growth of sales (X4) positive and significant impact on ROE, firm size (X5) positive and significant impact on ROE as well as managerial ownership, the proportion of commissioners, the independence of audit committee, growth of sales, and firm size simultaneously affect ROE of BUMN firms period 2011-2014.

ABSTRAKStudi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan PSAK 109 pada laporan keuangan, penyaluran dana ZIS, rasio penggunaan dana amil, dan rasio margin kontribusi dana amil terhadap penghimpunan dana ZIS oleh OPZ pada tahun 2016-2019. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik regresi data panel dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa secara parsial, pengaruh penerapan PSAK 109 pada laporan keuangan terhadap penghimpunan dana ZIS oleh OPZ berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan. Pengaruh penyaluran dana ZIS terhadap penghimpunan dana ZIS oleh OPZ berpengaruh positif signifikan. Pengaruh rasio penggunaan dana amil dan rasio margin kontribusi dana amil terhadap penghimpunan dana ZIS ole OPZ berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan. Sedangkan secara simultan, penerapan PSAK 109 pada laporan keuangan, penyaluran dana ZIS, rasio penggunaan dana amil, dan rasio margin kontribusi dana amil berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap penghimpunan dana ZIS oleh OPZ tahun 2016-2019. Penelitian ini diharapkan bisa meningkatkan kinerja amil dan bisa lebih menerapkan standar akuntansi dalam pencatatan keuangannya. Bagi regulator bisa digunakan sebagai acuan dalam menetapkan besaran bagian dana amil.Kata Kunci: PSAK 109, Penghimpunan Dana ZIS, Penyaluran Dana ZIS, Rasio Dana Amil ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the application of PSAK 109 on financial statements, the distribution of ZIS funds, the ratio of the use of amil funds, and the ratio of the contribution margin of amil funds to the ZIS fundraising by OPZ in 2016-2019. This study uses a quantitative approach with panel data regression with purposive sampling. This study found that partially the effect of the application of PSAK 109 on the financial statements on the ZIS fundraising by OPZ has positive effect but insignificant. The effect of the distribution of ZIS funds on the ZIS fundraising by OPZ has a significant positive effect. The effect of the ratio of the use of amil funds and the ratio of the contribution margin of amil funds to the ZIS fundraising by OPZ has a negative effect and insignificant. Yet, simultaneously, the application of PSAK 109 in financial statements, distribution of ZIS funds, ratio of use of amil funds, and ratio of contribution margin of amil funds significantly affects the ZIS fundraising by OPZ in 2016-2019. This research is expected to improve the performance of amil and the amil is able to better apply accounting standards in their financial records. This research aim to obtain empirical evidence about the practice of earnings management in use of corporate governance mechanism which consists of the frequency of board and audit committees meeting. This study uses measurements of earnings management with the non-discreationary accruals (NDA) approach introduced by Jones. The population of this study is sub-sectors companies in the construction and building in 2010-2016. The sampling technique uses a purposive method. The method of data analysis uses multiple regression analysis, the classical assumption test previously and followed by hypothesis testing. The results of this research indicate that the frequency of board meetings does not significantly influence on the earnings management, while the frequency of audit committee meetings has a negative effect on the earnings management.
