This study discusses the design and manufacture of a decision support system for pharmaceutical supply needs using the MMSL and Pareto Law methods. The development of this decision support system aims to assist the planning process for pharmaceutical supply needs including: drugs and consumables, as well as to reduce the cost of pharmaceutical supplies. Problem analysis is done by observing and conducting feasibility studies of ongoing information systems, and analyzing problem findings. The data used for the main support of this decision support system is dummy data. The decision support system is made using the PHP and MySQL programming languages as the database and will be implemented based on a web base. The results of this study produce a web-based decision support system that can support the management of pharmaceutical supplies and provide accurate and effective reports.

A decision support system can be approached from two major disciplinary perspectives, those of information systems science (ISS) and artificial intelligence (AI). We present in this chapter an extended ontology for a decision support system in health informatics. The extended ontology is founded on related research in ISS and AI and on performed case studies in health informatics. The ontology explicates relevant constructs and presents a vocabulary for a decision support system, and emphasises the need to cover environmental and contextual variables as an integral part of decision support system development and evaluation methodologies. These results help the system developers to take the system’s context into account through the set of defined variables that are linked to the application domain. This implies that domain and application characteristics, as well as knowledge creation and sharing aspects, are considered at every phase of development. With these extensions the focus in decision support systems development shifts from a task ontology towards a domain ontology. This extended ontology gives better support for development because from it follows that a more thorough problem analysis will be performed.

Bidder selection in public procurement is a decision making problem whose primary purpose is to achieve the cost effectiveness and efficiency in the expenditure of public money. This principle is also known as the principle of “value for money”. This selection is based on many alternatives and many quantitative and qualitative criteria where qualitative criteria are often expressed as linguistic uncertain variables. The theory of fuzzy sets is a tool suitable to model uncertainty when applied to a variety of problems in real life. However, many fuzzy methods require complex calculation and they are not appropriate for using in public procurement because they slow down this process. In this paper, in order to make a quick decision in public procurement, a Decision Support System based on the fuzzy extent analysis method is developed. In order to demonstrate the usefulness of this system, a real-life case scenario of public procurement is presented.

Choosing and determining the most appropriate product is one way that people can do to maintain health. Inappropriate product selection can actually cause great harm to people. Along with the development and advancement of technology, then a reliable system is needed to support public health. To facilitate the public in selecting and determining the best product, then needed a decision support system in determining the best product alternative for helath. This research aims to develop an alternative decision support system of the best product with Electre method. The use of Electre method supported by PHP and MySQL programming languages can improve the efficiency in determining the best product in a short time, and quality. especially for Bana Supermaket store owner who will sell their products to the public. In addition, the implementation of decision support system with Electre method can facilitate the people, especially for store owner Bana Supermaket in choosing and determining the best product to be traded.

Wedding organizers, as one of the creative industries, often participate in a trade show as one of the marketing mediums. Many wedding-related trades show events are held every year. But the cost to participate in one trade show event is quite expensive and increases from time to time. Thus, before deciding to participate in a trade show, it is important to evaluate whether the trade show events are recommended to join or not. The purpose of this study is to design a decision support system that will help the wedding organizer to decide their participation in a trade show. The decision model was constructed using AHP and TOPSIS methods. There are seven factors considered in the model, i.e., tradeshow location, reputation and professionalism of the organizer, cost estimation, trade show prestige, tenant reputation, time of the event, the attractiveness of the event. By using the AHP method, the priority weight of each factor was calculated. Moreover, the weight obtained will be used in developing a decision model combined with the TOPSIS method. The decision support system was developed afterward by using the SCRUM method. The feature of the system is discussed in the paper.

BPJS Health is one of the most important services for the community. For people who are sick and have been registered in BPJS, then the cost of treatment will be borne by the BPJS and the community is what is said as Patient BPJS. However, if a patient BPJS experiencing pain, then the patient first went to the health center or Faskes level 1 before being referred to the Hospital. Therefore, this study aims to build decision support system that has the ability to analyze in determining referral hospital for Patient BPJS at puskesmas or Faskes level 1. The method used in this research is Weighted Sum Model (WSM). The hospital samples used as many as 10 obtained from UPT Puskesmas Padang Bulan, Jln. Jamin Ginting - Medan. Based on calculations performed obtained the highest value of 77.5, ie on RS3. Therefore, this hospital is the foremost hospital as a reference for Patients BPJS. This research is expected to help the Puskesmas or Faskes level I in the city of Medan in providing hospital referrals for patients BPJS.

a b s t r a c t Educational institutions such as AMIK Indonesia and STMIK Indonesia often require a form of the decision in determining academic judgment on the elements of tri dharma; teaching, research, community service and supporting elements that are appropriate for academics so that good quality education is achieved in accordance with the assessment. A decision is a matter that is very influential in the process of facing the chosen alternative, so also choosing the academic quality that has an impact on the focus of accreditation of higher education institutions. The model used in this decision support system is Fuzzy Mutual Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) and the method used is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), which is looking for weighted sums of performance ratings on each alternative on all attributes. The purpose of this study is to design a system of academic judgment decision support with Fuzzy Mutual Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) systems with Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) Method, to obtain more accurate results in an academic assessment of AMIK Indonesia and STMIK Indonesian tri dharma elements so that they can improve the quality of universities. Broadly speaking, this study uses data collection methods through literature studies, interviews and direct observation to AMIK Indonesia and STMIK Indonesia Banda Aceh. While the research design uses experimental because it produces a product that is a decision support system. The method used to support this research is the FMADM method using the SAW method calculation. Supporting applications that will be created with the author using web-based programming languages such as; HTML, CSS, Jquery, JSON and MySQL databases with Windows operating systems. On running analysis and system design that will be created the author is described by Microsoft Visio 2016. The method used to evaluate the system is the black box method where the black box testing focuses on system functions. a b s t r a k Institusi pendidikan seperti AMIK Indonesia dan STMIK Indonesia kerap kali membutuhkan suatu bentuk keputusan dalam menentukan penilaian akademik pada unsur tridharma; pendidikan pengajaran, penelitian, pengabdian dan unsur penunjang yang sesuai untuk akademik sehingga tercapai mutu pendidikan yang baik sesuai dengan penilaian tersebut. Keputusan merupakan suatu hal yang sangat berpengaruh dalam proses menghadapi alternatif yang dipilih, begitu juga memilih mutu akademik yang berdampak pada fokus akreditasi institusi perguruan tinggi. Model yang digunakan dalam sistem pendukung keputusan ini adalah Fuzzy Mutiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) serta metode yang digunakan adalah Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) yaitu mencari penjumlahan terbobot dari rating kinerja pada setiap alternative pada semua atribut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang sistem pendukung keputusan penilaian akademik dengan sistem Fuzzy Mutiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) dengan Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), untuk mendapatkan hasil yang lebih akurat, dalam penilaian akademik unsur tridharma perguruan tinggi AMIK Indonesia dan STMIK Indonesia sehingga dapat meningkatkan mutu Perguruan Tinggi. Secara garis besar penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data melalui studi literatur, wawancara dan observasi langsung ke AMIK Indonesia dan STMIK Indonesia Banda Aceh. Sedangkan desain penelitian menggunakan eksperimental karena menghasilkan sebuah produk yaitu sistem pendukung keputusan. Metode yang digunakan untuk mendukung penelitian ini adalah metode FMADM menggunakan perhitungan metode SAW. Pendukung aplikasi yang akan dibuat dengan penulis menggunakan bahasa pemrograman berbasis web seperti; HTML, CSS, Jquery, JSON dan database MySQL dengan system operasi Windows. Pada Analisa berjalan dan perancangan sistem yang akan dibuat penulis digambarkan dengan Microsoft Visio 2016. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi sistem adalah metode blackbox dimana pengujian blackbox ini menitikberatkan pada fungsi sistem.

The dynamic nature and increasing complexity of the construction projects impose many challenges for project planning and control. As a project progresses, more information becomes available and the level of uncertainty decreases. It can be used to proactively check the validity of the previous decisions and develop revised and more detailed plans for the upcoming activities in construction planning meetings. For this purpose, this study implements ontological knowledge representation and semantic reasoning techniques to propose an intelligent information collection and decision support system framework for short-term collaborative construction and resource planning. Moreover, a new approach is suggested that allows for incorporating resource specifications and limitations, and complex multi-factor constraints in the ontological planning process. The framework was tested based on a real-world construction project and different application cases were discussed. The framework showed a promising performance for analyzing different scenarios and help the planners making informative decisions.

The existence of the internet today provides benefits directly or indirectly to the business world, education, community and more, from small to large scale. With the internet facility data can be stored, retrieved and sent easily to all directions. So can not be denied the existence of internet website becomes the main requirement in providing the fastest information in globalization today. In the creditworthiness assessment conducted by PT. BFI Finance Indonesia Cirebon is still experiencing difficulties. The presentation of credit lending information is often delayed. One form of utilization of this facility is by making Decision Support System Online Loan Disbursement Using The Satisficing Model. This system will be used to analyze the personality and income of a person who will perform vehicle loans. By using this analytical method is expected to generate and simplify the process of acceptance of creditor candidates in accordance with the expected criteria so as to streamline the cost and time.
