Education is an essential need and an important element to create a broad-minded youth. While in Indonesia, the rate of tuition fees is still imbalanced with the economic rate. Thus, many people decided to discontinue their higher education. Decision making plays an important role to manage organizations, including in educational institutions, as one of the main duties in managerial is making decisions. This study took place in a midwifery academy in Malang. In response to this situation, the academy has a policy to alleviate students by paying the tuition fees in instalments. However, many students are in arrears as the result of this policy. Thus, management needs to take some consideration before making a decision toward the problem. Those considerations require high accuracy and time consuming to process information that support decision making. Currently, the decision-making process in this academy is still semi-automated, in which some processes are still done manually, which affect longer time to make decisions, and the accuracy of calculations could not be fully guaranteed. According to this condition, the purpose of this research is to design a decision support system that enables us to process information for decision making and to offer decision alternatives for decision makers. This research employs Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with a decision table as a method to create decision alternatives. The prototype was developed using Visual Studio C#.Net. The result shows that by using the proposed prototype of DSS, decision makers can reduce 5-10 minutes of decision making process compared to the old semi-automated system which still required manual calculation and data collection and analysis before making the decision. A complete data and more detailed parameters for decision criteria are required to implement the proposed prototype of DSS in the institution with more objective consideration in the decision making process as the future work.

There are numerous methods available in the education arena for increasing student participation in class. The experience that students have during class is critical not just for the students, but also for the instructor. Student achievement in the classroom can be increased to the point that the student enjoys performing class tasks. Problems arise when the students are burned out because they are exhausted by learning, especially online learning during the pandemic situation. It is necessary to develop an application that may be utilized as a tool to assist teachers and students in managing student achievement through the use of gamification. The objective of this study is to ascertain which requirements and functions should be incorporated into the design of the student achievement application. User centered requirement engineering approach is used in this research to elicit the requirement from the users. Lecturers and students were employed as respondents in this study to ascertain the development phase's priorities and essential functions. The application's functions and characteristics are separated into two broad categories: technical and usability / content. The Delphi technique is used to identify the function/characteristics. Further research could be conducted to develop systems / applications based on the functional requirements identified during the study in order to develop a student achievement application.

Stakeholders are one of the most significant factors in the success of a project. The creation of good team performance in a project is caused by clear work responsibilities given to each project stakeholder so that stakeholders have responsibility for their work and can complete their work correctly. The responsibility assignment matrix is a method for managing the roles of each resource and describing the relationship between jobs for each job in the project, which is classified into four parts, namely Responsible, Assignment, Consult, and Informed. In this paper, a matrix will be designed to manage the work assignments of each stakeholder involved in the case of delays in project completion at PT. XYZ uses the RACI Matrix method as a guide. The results of the work assignment matrix design in the case study project of PT. XYZ shows that 12 stakeholders are grouped into four classifications according to the RACI components, which are arranged based on the level of interest and responsibility of each stakeholder to the project.

Today’s mobile gadgets are seamlessly incorporating innovative features demanded by the users. Most often, the applications contain bugs or functionality issues reported by the customers. The developers are responsible for reproducing such reported bugs, which are written in natural languages. Reproducing bugs from bug reports make the bug resolution inefficient. Nowadays, various methods are adopted to reproduce crash reports for android applications.  But bug reproduction for non-android applications is still a challenging task. This paper proposes a novel approach that is capable of doing bug reproduction from bug reports to help the developers to solve the functionality issues of non-android applications in an automated manner. This approach uses a UI tester called the GUI engine, which is an excel sheet. The use cases which are to be tested can be filled in the GUI engine. All the use cases are to be filled based on a particular syntax. For that purpose, the developer can make use of a set of yaml files containing all the GUI information for all the screens of the application under test. The use cases are executed in the GUI engine and conclusions are made based on the test result. The GUI engine displays two colors green and red showing the working and failing of GUI components of the application under test. So that the developer can easily identify the failing components and take actions accordingly. The test has been done with more than 1000 test cases for one region and the result shows that almost all GUI components work for this method except for animation. It has tested for software developed for US, Europe, and German regions. Also, the proposed method is found to be much faster and efficient than the existing as well as manual testing methods.

Enterprise Resources Planning has become one of the business and management applications that are believed to be able to improve the performance of companies and or organizations to be more efficient and effective. However, based on much research, the success rate of ERP implementation is questionable. Although the success of ERP implementation is often published in research, the failure rate of ERP system implementation is relatively high. Therefore, this study is to find out the problems and challenges faced by organizations in implementing ERP, by reviewing the existing literature on research on factors that influence the success of ERP implementation. The approach taken is to review several related research articles published in the 2015-2020 period from several publishers, namely Emerald Online, Science Direct, IEEE, and SAGE. The sample size for the last 5 years is expected to show the up-datedness of the data taken from the research article. New ideas that will emerge from this discussion are the main factors causing the success of ERP implementation for organization, so that they can be used to reduce the failure rate of ERP implementation in the future by proposing an ERP implementation model.

Wedding organizers, as one of the creative industries, often participate in a trade show as one of the marketing mediums. Many wedding-related trades show events are held every year. But the cost to participate in one trade show event is quite expensive and increases from time to time. Thus, before deciding to participate in a trade show, it is important to evaluate whether the trade show events are recommended to join or not. The purpose of this study is to design a decision support system that will help the wedding organizer to decide their participation in a trade show. The decision model was constructed using AHP and TOPSIS methods. There are seven factors considered in the model, i.e., tradeshow location, reputation and professionalism of the organizer, cost estimation, trade show prestige, tenant reputation, time of the event, the attractiveness of the event. By using the AHP method, the priority weight of each factor was calculated. Moreover, the weight obtained will be used in developing a decision model combined with the TOPSIS method. The decision support system was developed afterward by using the SCRUM method. The feature of the system is discussed in the paper.
