Based on the results of observations and interviews with partner SMEs, the process of filling herbal medicine into 350 ml syringe bottles was done manually, namely with the help of simple equipment such as 200 ml size cups and funnels. This causes the filling process to be around 9.49 seconds / bottle, filling in the herbal medicine is relatively inaccurate, employees tend to experience fatigue, and the SMEs often find it difficult to fulfill herbal orders in a short and many times. The purpose of this research is to increase the effectiveness in the production process of filling herbal medicine faster, hygienic and accurate. The methods of implementing this activity include observation with partners, literature study, manufacturing and machine assembly, testing and implementation. The results of the application obtained a capacity of 38 Liters, foodgrade stainless material, and the process of filling herbal medicine to 5.67  seconds / bottle

Numerical simulation in the printer cover product molding process with gas assisted injection molding was carried out by means of computer aided engineering. The filling process and surface quality were forecasted. The simulation results provide an important reference for the selection in the production process parameters. Compared with the production molding process and the actual product, CAE technology used in actual production and design is entirely feasible.

Jamu is an Indonesian traditional health beverage, but among young people it is deemed out-of-date and a drink for old people. These images take form because young people only get minimal exposure to jamu and because there are modern beverages that they prefer. In this project the theme of information about jamu will be presented in the form of a digital comic, because the interest of reading textbooks among young people has been gradually diminishing and they prefer reading entertainment books, such as comic books. This project uses literature study and interview study. The literature study is conducted to get information about the theme and the design theories that are going to help with the process of designing the project. The interview study is carried out to know more about the image of jamu among young people, which in turn helps with the script writing and the process of making the digital comic. The final product of this project is a motion comic. Visual research study and keywords are adjusted to the target audience of this project. The result of the research is used as a guidance in the while process of making the digital comic, from the pre-production to the post-production process. This paper focuses on discussing about the application of several design theories in the motion comic project

This research discusses various local wisdoms of the Javanese people in dealing with the COVID-19 Pandemic. Plague which means “pagebluk” in Javanese is responded with cultural attitudes such as understanding the wabah (pandemic) in the framework of titen science, jamasan heirloom as a method, and herbal medicine treatment as a method. This research makes use of Social Anthropology theory. The method used is descriptive qualitative. While the research background is Ngawi Regency, East Java. Data were collected from observations and interviews with several sources and literature study. The results of this study show that each region in Indonesia, especially Java, has its own way of responding to the arrival of the COVID-19 outbreak. With existing local wisdom, the Javanese people are trying to deal with this pandemic in their own way and culture.

A lot of problems often occur in production monitoring, because companies still rely on manual processing system. Therefore, this research is objected to facilitate the monitoring of production processes, to minimize human error in the production process, to make automatic the process of existing transactions, toclarify the duties of production monitoring of an acrylic manufacturer. The research methodology used is literature study by reviewing previous theories and studies related to the topic. Furthermore, analysis method by studying the running system of the company as well as evaluating the distributed questionnaire and analyzing the results. And finally is the design method using the Object-Oriented with UML. The research resulted in an application design of a production monitoring system. The result of this design has been implemented into the selected DBMS. The new monitoring system helps monitoring the production system properly, as well as makes the transaction run systematically. The each production process starting from project orders, sample orders, sales orders, material releases, production, assembly, and delivery order within can be monitored quickly and properly. The activity reports can also be generated more systematically and comprehensibly.

The creation of a good product PT. DIRGANTARA INDONESIA assisted with production machines, one of which is the machine CNC MACHINE (DOUBLE CINCINNATI Milacron gantry ALUMINIUM TYPE-F), the role of a machine type-f CNC machine itself is very influential in the existing production process at PT. DIRGANTARA INDONESIA. The lack of treatment systems for the repair and replacement of components caused because the machines that is already beyond the age of many techniques, resulting in the production of the company to become unstable.In this study used methods Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and the concept of autonomous maintenance and using Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) to determine analyze potential errors or failures, it is advisable to keep using autonomous maintenance as minor maintenance.            Analysis and discussion of the results obtained OEE decline in 2014 to 2015 is 86.15% to 75.62% drop is due to the low value avalaibility, and get the highest objective value RPN 441 on a 40 point damage to component Servo Off. Solutions to make improvements to enable the Total Productive Maintenance in which includes Autonomous Maintenance. Keywords: Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Overall Equipment Efectiveness (OEE), Autonomous Maintenance, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA)

Salah satu produk olahan tuna di Kabupaten Pulau Morotai yang telah mencapai pasar internasional adalah tuna loin beku yang diproduksi oleh PT. Harta Samudra. Kondisi sanitasi dan hygiene pada proses produksi menjadi penentu keamanan produk. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengkaji penerapan sanitasi dan hygiene pada pengolahan tuna loin beku di PT. Harta Samudra. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan November sampai bulan Desember 2019. Pengambilan data di lapangan terbagi dalam dua tahap yaitu survey dan pengambilan data primer yang terdiri dari wawancara, pengisian kuesioner, dan ikut dalam proses produksi serta data sekunder berupa SSOP PT. Harta Samudra. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan studi literature. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa aspek sanitasi dan hygiene yang diamati antara lain: personal hygiene pekerja, sanitasi dan hygiene bahan baku, sanitasi dan hygiene air dan es, sanitasi dan hygiene perlengkapan dan peralatan, sanitasi dan hygiene ruang pengolahan, sanitasi dan hygiene produk akhir, serta sanitasi dan hygiene limbah. Hasil kajian menunjukan bahwa pengolahan tuna loin beku di PT. Harta Samudra sangat memperatian sanitasi dan hygiene berdasarkan standar yang telah ditetapkan dalam SSOP.SANITATION AND HYGIENE FOR FREEZED LOIN TUNA PROCESSING AT PT. HARTA SAMUDRA, MOROTAI ISLAND DISTRICT. One of the refined Tuna product in Morotai Island Regency that have reached International Markets is freezing loin tuna was producing by PT. Harta Samudra.  The sanitary and hygienist of the producing process become the determinant of product’s safety. The purpose of this research is to study the sanitary and hygiene application on the Processing at PT. Harta Samudra. The research has done from November to December 2019. The collecting data is filed divide into two steps, which is survey and collecting the primary data from interview, filling questionnaires, and following the production process, also the SSOP of PT. Harta Samudra as the secondary data. The data analysis in descriptive and literature study ways. The research results shows that the sanitary and hygiene aspects that observed , there are: personal hygiene worker, sanitary and hygiene of materials, sanity and hygiene of water and ice, sanitary & hygiene of the tools, sanitary and hygiene of processing room, sanity and hygiene final product, also sanitary and hygiene of waste. The final study showed that the processing of freezing loin tuna at PT. Harta Samudra is really taking care of the sanitary and hygiene based on the SSOP standard.

Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to explore the main ontologies related to eMaintenance solutions and to study their application area. The advantages of using these ontologies to improve and control data quality will be investigated. Design/methodology/approach – A literature study has been done to explore the eMaintenance ontologies in the different areas. These ontologies are mainly related to content structure and communication interface. Then, ontologies will be linked to each step of the data production process in maintenance. Findings – The findings suggest that eMaintenance ontologies can help to produce a high-quality data in maintenance. The suggested maintenance data production process may help to control data quality. Using these ontologies in every step of the process may help to provide management tools to provide high-quality data. Research limitations/implications – Based on this study, it can be concluded that further research could broaden the investigation to identify more eMaintenance ontologies. Moreover, studying these ontologies in more technical details may help to increase the understandability and the use of these standards. Practical implications – It has been concluded in this study that applying eMaintenance ontologies by companies needs additional cost and time. Also the lack or the ineffective use of eMaintenance tools in many enterprises is one of the limitations for using these ontologies. Originality/value – Investigating eMaintenance ontologies and connecting them to maintenance data production is important to control and manage the data quality in maintenance.

The production process is included in the Discrete Event System (DES). The DES independent variable generally depends on the event, so an event is influenced by the previous event. Max-plus algebra can be applied in the DES problem to change the system of nonlinear equations obtained into linear equations. Max-plus algebra is a set of real numbers  combined with  equipped with operations max  and plus ⊗ or can be denoted  with . An effective and efficient production process needs to pay attention scheduling steps well. The purpose of this research is to determine the Shuttlecock T3 production schedule using eigenvalue and eigenvector in max-plus algebra. The research method in this research is study of literature and observation. Literature study is carried out by studying references about max-plus algebra, especially material related to scheduling problems, while observation are carried out in the process of taking data of the Shuttlecock T3 production process in Surakarta. The linear equation system that is formed based on the results of the observation is then presented in the form  and . The periodic time and initial system production time are determined from the eigenvalue and eigenvector matrix  where . The results of the research showed that the production system run periodically every 249 minutes, then the best time for each processing unit to start working can be determined, as well as the Shuttlecock T3 production schedule according to the working hours more effective and efficient can be determined too.
