This research aims to determine: The influence of Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), and Return on Equity (ROE) either partially or simultaneously on Stock Price of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2016-2019 period. Data were taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website. Analysis prerequisite test including normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation. Data analysis  technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Statistical results also show that the current ratio (X1) and return on equity (X3) partially have a positive and significant effect on stock prices (Y). Debt to asset ratio (X2) partially does not have a significant effect on stock prices (Y). Simultaneously current ratio (X1), debt to asset ratio (X2), and return on equity (X3) have a positive and significant effect on stock prices (Y).

This research is quantitative research and multiple linear regression analysis with a sample of 160 respondents. Furthermore, there are four variables used in this study, namely product quality  (X1),  service  quality  (X2),  location  (X3),  and  customer  loyalty  (Y).  Data collection was obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to customers of Lontong balap mr.Gendut at Surabaya. The results show that product quality variables  (X1),  service  quality  (X2),  and  location  (X3)  simultaneously  have  a significant effect on customer loyalty (Y). Then variable product quality (X1), service quality (X2), and location (X3) partially have a significant effect on customer loyalty (Y). Based on the results of this study, business owners of Lontong Balap should maintain product quality, service quality and location placement so that customers remain and always buy at that pleace.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of direct and indirect compensation on employee performance simultaneously and partially. The population in this study was 92 employees. This study uses a quantitative approach. The object of this research is direct compensation and indirect compensation at PT. Surabaya Container Terminal. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study are that direct compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and indirect compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. To improve employee performance, companies can maintain and improve indirect compensation services, because indirect compensation has a dominant influence in influencing employee performance, such as improving employee welfare, paying attention to what employees need now, then the company can provide indirect compensation in return for employee services that have been provided to the company.

The construction of a 5-stored parking building is planned to use a flat slab (with drop panels). Flat slab (with drop panel) is a type of two-way plate without beams that directly rests on the column. the flat slab can reduce the height of the structure and construction time. However, flat slabs require plates that are thicker than usual to overcome deflection and punching shears. In this final project, a 5-story reinforced concrete structure will be reviewed with a span of 8 x 8.3 m. Analysis and design was carried out with the help of the 2016 ETABS program to find the value of intersection between floors, shear moments and forces taking into account the consequences of dead load, super dead load, life, and earthquake (dynamic)

The judge plays an important role in the judiciary because the judge has the authority to examine, hear and decide on a case so that he is obliged to look for values of justice in the application of progressive and responsive laws, so the judge in issuing decisions must pay attention to various considerations. The purpose of this research is to develop a home-based trip generation model and analyze the variables that influence the trip generation model of people. This study focuses on the trip generation of home-based people in the Medan-Binjai-Deli Serdang (Mebidang) area so that the sample to be used in households that make home-based trips in the region. The mathematical model that generated regression with the dependent variable the number of home-based trips affected by several independent variables that influence it. The resulting model was then validated by the VIF and Anova tests and the Heteroscedasticity test. From the results of this study, it is expected that a trip generation model of home-based trip generation in the Mebidang urban area will be generated so that it can be known what factors influence the trip generation of the area.

The development of the capital city is very rapidly this will cause water demand will continue to increase along with the rate of population growth, all fulfillment of food needs, and activity of the population closely related to the needs of water. This research aims to determine the total number of water needs required by the Patra Jasa building in the years 2020-2025 and to conserve water use and costs with the presence of alternative water sources. This study used the research method of case study approaches with the accumulation of primary data and secondary data, subsequent analysis of the availability and water needs, and replaced with alternative water sources. From the results of this study, the consumption of clean water 63838.5 m3, non-consumptive water per year 46681 M3 with details of flushing needs 36500 m3, watering 6351 m3, and cooling tower 3650 M3. The potential of source research-alternative water sources as in this is a source of rainwater that can be used to meet the daily needs of the building of 879.38 m3/day so that it can cover all the needs of non-consumptive water. FRP tank design used is FRP tank 1200 m3 with a method of rain supply that can be harvested from the roof of Patra Jasa building is 320973.7 m3/year and the average requirement is 174.9 m3/day, 5274 m3/month, 63838.5 m3/year. Annual water uses savings of 57835.71 m3/year or Rp. 725,880,160.00.

The increasing number of traffic accidents can be caused by drivers, vehicles, highways, and the environment. In Indonesia, traffic accidents become one of the problems in the transportation sector. Prevention is done during this time to anticipate accidents only based on the data of the accident quantity that has occurred. Though factors or incidents that can cause accidents to become the biggest contributor in the event of accidents. For example, driving a vehicle in an unorderly manner, the pace of the vehicle with the above-average velocity set traffic rules, and sudden vehicle maneuvers. This research is done by identifying and analyzing the behavior of motorcyclists who affect accidents and applying TCT methods to observation data at points that become potential locations Against accidents. The research location is on the Narogong Highway which is divided into 2 segments. In Segment 1 begins at junction four Cipendawa (after the flyover Simpang Cipendawa) until the junction of the three Gg. Sawo (Bantar Gebang Market). Next, in Segment 2 starts from junction three of Gg. Sawo (Bantar Gebang Market) until the three houses of Vida housing. The results showed that the research location had potential that could cause the accident to be front-side on the first order, collision front-front on the second-order, and side-by-side collision on the third order. The speed of vehicles has an impact on accidents.
