The aim of the article is to ground the probabilistic approach to the acceptance of expert decisions on examinations of difficult objects with the use of the information technologies conducted on the basis of the used methodologies of realization of examinations. Criminalistics identification researches of difficult objects are conducted by comparison of the identification signs got from debatable (investigated) and exemplary (experimental) identifying objects. For comparison at first it is necessary to measure them, and already after it to compare inter se, i.e. to find the measure of closeness between the compared identification signs. And here are two aspects of estimation of authenticity of results of comparison. First from them belongs to determination of probability of complete coincidence of parameters of identification signs of two different objects. In other words, it is the aspect of proof of strict individuality of descriptions of the investigated objects, confessed in the whole world and allowing to use the categorical form of formulation of conclusion of expert. The calculation of probability of coincidence of fingerprint cards of two different personalities belongs exactly to this aspect. The second aspect is related to probabilistic character of processes of both origin of identification signs in difficult objects and their selection, measuring and comparison during realization of criminalistics researches. Exactly he is related to the probabilistic going near the estimation of results of criminalistics researches of difficult objects. It is shown that the result of any examination of difficult object, related to measuring of concrete sizes, is characterized by the presence of random constituent and its result must be presented in a probabilistic form. There are three separate random values determined by probability, characterizing examination and tool intended for identification researches of difficult objects At creation of tool for realization of examinations of difficult objects and its introduction into practice, the curves of values of probability errors of І and ІІ family must be made and its minimum efficiency must be determined. Exactl efficiency of tool must serve as a criterion for its suitability for realization of expert researches.

With the growth of information technologies in the field of construction industry, the concept of CAD (Computer Aided Design), which denotes just design operations using a computer acquires a new meaning and changes the contents lightening design process based on product modelling and further numerical simulation construction process and facility managing. New definitions as Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) are more and more usable as the definition of a new way approaching the design and documentation managing of building projects. The presented computer aided design technology based on the concept of graphical ‐ information modeling of a building, is combined with resource demand calculations, comparison of alternatives and determination of duration of all the stages of investment project life. The software based on this combined 4D PLM model is to be created as a means to manage effectively the investment project, starting from planning, designing, economical calculations, construction and afterwards to manage the finished building and to utilize it.

Abstract The reinforced concrete (RC) structures are widely utilized around the world. However, the modelling of its complex mechanical behaviour by efficient numerical approaches has been presented marginally in the literature. The efficient approaches enable the accurate and the realistic representation of the mechanical phenomena involved and are computationally efficient for analysing complex structures. In the present study, the improved version of the lumped damage model is coupled to the Monte Carlo simulation method to represent the mechanical-probabilistic behaviour of RC structures. In such model, the concrete cracking and reinforcements’ yield are represented accurately. Moreover, this damage approach enables the accurate modelling of failure scenarios, which are based on the damage variable. Furthermore, this coupled model enables the determination of the collapse modelling accounting for uncertainties, which is the main contribution of the present study. One simple supported RC beam and one 2D RC frame are analysed in the probabilistic context. The accurate results are obtained for the probabilistic collapse path as well as its changes as a function of the loading conditions and material properties uncertainties.

AbstractThe study deals with stability and dynamic problems in bar structures using a probabilistic approach. Structural design parameters are defined as deterministic values and also as random variables, which are not correlated. The criterion of structural failure is expressed by the condition of non-exceeding the admissible load multiplier and condition of non-exceeding the admissible vertical displacement. The Hasofer-Lind index was used as a reliability measure. The primary research tool is the FORM method. In order to verify the correctness of the calculations Monte Carlo and Importance Sampling methods were used. The sensitivity of the reliability index to the random variables was defined. The limit state function is not an explicit function of random variables. This dependence was determined using a numerical procedure, e.g. the finite element methods. The paper aims to present the communication between the STAND reliability analysis program and the KRATA and MES3D external FE programs.

Currently, in order to ensure the required fault-proof level of technological processes in agricultural production, the following strategies among the main ones: afterfailure, planned systematic and a mixed electrical equipment maintenance and repair strategy. The pervasion of information technology in this segment was not widespread. Application of information technologies in conjunction with implementation of risk-oriented strategy is one of the promising directions of electrical equipment maintenance optimization, yet requires adaptation to sectoral characteristics of agricultural production. The article describes the problem of determining the optimal conditions for adjusting the frequency of maintenance and repair of electrical equipment on the basis of risk-oriented approach. To solve this problem, the equation of annual costs for maintenance and repair of electrical equipment was drawn up taking into account the parameter of its failure risk. The relationship between the change of relative risk and the service frequency was established; based on it, the ranges of frequency adjustment of maintenance and ongoing repair were determined.

Purpose: to determine influence of information technologies in sport-oriented physical education on technical fitness of students, practicing football indoors. Material: in the researches students (boys - n=40) of 18-20 years’ age participated. Standard tests on physical condition were used. For determination of motor skills and abilities we used: juggling with ball; kick in pre-set sector of goal; shuttle run 4 x 10 meters with dribbling; kick for distance. Results: structural model of sport-oriented students’ physical education with application of information technologies has been formed. In the model all students are trained in sport-oriented academic groups by chosen kinds of sports (motor functioning). Such approach envisages holistic form of program material construction and unified algorithm of students’ progress assessment. Conclusions: the wholeness of sport-oriented physical education’s functioning is ensured at the account of application of information technologies. It permits to optimize motor skills’ training process. In this case single form of building of program material is created.
