The rapid growth of mortgages affected Bank X to launch product innovation "KPR Xtra Bebas." Realization since the establishment of KPR Xtra Bebas product did not reach the target desired by management. This study aims to analyze factors that influence consumer decision by using KPR Xtra Bebas products in order to do useful and efficient marketing. Sampling procedure used purposive sampling technique as one of the non-probability sampling techniques, namely sampling based on categories that have used the product. Data used are primary data by filling out the questionnaire conducted by the respondents themselves (self-administered survey). This study used the Partial Least Square (PLS) to analyze results from 94 samples. Results of the study identified the variables of price, place, promotion, and the process did not have a significant influence. While product, human resources, and physical evidence have a significant influence. Managerial implications that are generated are for variables that do not have a significant effect evaluation is needed to determine the appropriate strategy. Companies can build customer databases by implementing cross-selling so that promotional variables can function effectively.

This study aims to determine the motivation of work to mediate the effect of training and work environment on employee performance at PT. Telkom Witel Yogyakarta Yogyakarta. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze 1) the effect of training on employee performance at PT. Telkom Witel Yogyakarta 2) the effect of training on employee performance through motivation at PT. Telkom Witel Yogyakarta 3) the influence of the work environment on employee performance at PT. Telkom Witel Yogyakarta 4) the influence of the work environment on employee performance through motivation at PT. Telkom Witel Yogyakarta. This study uses primary data through research on 62 respondents. Structural Equation is used to analyze data, using PLS (Partial Least Square) version 2.0. The results of this study indicate that there are 1) positive and significant influence of training on employee performance 2) positive and significant influence of work environment on employee performance 3) positive and significant effect of training on employee performance through motivation 4) positive and significant influence of work environment on employee performance through motivation.

AbstractThis research aims to analyze the effect of e-filling application and tax volunteer’s role to individual taxpayer’s compliance. In addition, this research also analyzes the effect of tax volunteer’s role as moderating variable on e-filling application to individual taxpayer’s compliance. This research analyzes primary data from distributed questionnaires to 100 individual taxpayers’ in assistance locations of Tax Volunteer from Politeknik Negeri Bali Tax Center. Sample selection in this research using purposive sampling technique. The testing of research variables was conducted using the Partial Least Square method with SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results showed that e-filling application and tax volunteers role had a positive and significant effect on individual taxpayer’s compliance. While there is no significant effect from the moderation of tax volunteer’s role in e-filling application to individual taxpayer’s compliance. This research has a novelty the role of tax volunteers in improving taxpayer compliance. Furthermore, this research has a practical contribution to the tax authority to increase the role of tax volunteers and to taxpayers on the participation of utilizing tax volunteers to improve compliance.Keywords: E-filling; Individual taxpayer; Tax compliance; Tax volunteerAbstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efek dari penerapan e-filling dan peran relawan pajak terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi. Di samping itu, dilakukan pula pengujian moderasi relawan pajak atas pengaruh penerapan e-filling terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi. Penelitian ini menganalisis data primer dari kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 wajib pajak orang pribadi di lokasi asistensi Relawan Pajak Tax Center Politeknik Negeri Bali. Pemilihan sample pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengujian variabel penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode Partial Least Square dengan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan e-filling dan peran relawan pajak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi. Sedangkan terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan pada moderasi peran relawan pajak atas penerapan e-filling terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi. Penelitian ini memiliki keterbaruan peran relawan pajak dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan wajib pajak. Penelitian ini memiliki kontribusi praktis pada otoritas pajak untuk meningkatkan peran relawan pajak dan terhadap wajib pajak pada partisipasi memanfaatkan relawan pajak untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan.Kata Kunci: E-filling; Kepatuhan pajak; Relawan pajak; Wajib pajak orang pribadi

Purpose of this research was to determine the effect of Destination Image and Electronic Word of Mouth on Tourist Visiting Interests on Tambakrejo Beach tourism in Blitar. This research used a quantitative approach. Nonprobability sampling method with purposive sampling technique was used for sampling with research samples obtained as many as 90 respondents. Types primary data is used in this research. Data processing is done by using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis technique. Results of research showed that: 1) Destination Image had a significant positive effect on Tourist Visiting Interests at Tambakrejo Beach Blitar. 2) Electronik Word of Mouth has a significant positive effect on Turist Visiting Interests at Tambakrejo Beach Blitar.

This study aims to determine the effect of Inflation, Gross Domestic Product (GDP), Operational Income Operating Cost (BOPO), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) to Non Performing Financing (NPF). The population in this study were 13 Islamic Commercial Bank in Indonesia in year 2012-2015. The sample selection used purposive sampling technique which resulted in 9 banks and the analysis units were 36. Data collection method used in this research was documentation. Data analysis method used was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool. The results show that the inflation, GDP, and FDR variables do not significantly influence NPF. BOPO variable has a positive and significant influence to NPF. CAR variable has a negative and significant influence to NPF. The conclusion shows that the inflation, GDP, and FDR variables do not significantly influence NPF. Variables of BOPO and CAR have significant influence to NPF.

The study intends to determine simultaneous and partial influence of service quality (X) consisting of physical evidence (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4), and empathy (X5) on patient satisfaction  (Y)  in  the  General  Hospital  of  Banggai  Islands,  where the  study  is  located.  The type  of  research  is  descriptive. Sources  of data  is  primary  data  retrieved  from  questionnaires  and secondary data  obtained  from  documents  of  the  Regional  General  Hospital Banggai  Islands.  The sample consists of 72 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Based on the results, it is shown that the quality of service (X), consisting of physical evidence (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4), and empathy (X5) simultaneously have significant influence on patient satisfaction (Y) of 69.60% while the remaining 30.40% is influenced by other causes. Partial test  shows  that  there  are  three  independent  variables:  physical evidence  (X1),  reliability  (X2)  and assurance (X4) that have non-significant influence to the patients’ satisfaction at the General Hospital of Banggai Islands.Tujuan  dari  penelitian  ini  adalah  untuk  mengetahui  pengaruh kualitas  layanan  (X)  yang terdiri  dari  bukti  fisik  (X1),  reliabilitas  (X2),  responsivitas (X3), jaminan (X4),  dan  empati (X5)  secara simultan  dan  parsial  terhadap  kepuasan  pasien.  (Y)  di  Rumah  Sakit  Umum Kepulauan  Banggai.  Lokasi  penelitian  ini  di  Rumah Sakit  Umum  Kepulauan  Banggai.  Jenis penelitian  ini  bersifat deskriptif.  Sumber  data  dalam  penelitian  ini  adalah  data  primer yang diambil  melalui  kuesioner  dan  data  sekunder  diperoleh  dari  Rumah Sakit  Umum  Daerah Banggai. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 72 responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah  purposive sampling.  Berdasarkan  hasil  penelitian  menunjukkan  bahwa  variabel kualitas pelayanan (X) yang terdiri dari bukti fisik (X1), reliabilitas (X2), responsivitas (X3), jaminan (X4),  dan  empati (X5)  secara  simultan berpengaruh  signifikan  terhadap  kepuasan pasien  (Y)  dengan pengaruh 69,60%  sedangkan  sisanya  30,40%  dapat  dijelaskan  oleh penyebab  lainnya.  Uji  parsial  menunjukkan  bahwa  terdapat  tiga variabel  bebas  yang  tidak signifikan yaitu bukti fisik (X1), reliabilitas (X2) dan jaminan (X4) terhadap kepuasan pasien di Rumah Sakit Umum Kepulauan Banggai.

ABSTRACT PT. Bussan Auto Finance (BAF) Surabaya branch i. as a company that provides financing for credit to the General field of concentration on a Yamaha motorcycle financing. The presence of human resources at the company very important focused on self efficacy, motivation and performance of employees.  The purpose of this research was to analyze the influence of self efficacy and motivation on performance of employees. The population used as respondents as many as 50 employees of the billing section. Data analysis using the Partial Least Square with the help of computer software to process data from a primary data collection. The purpose of this research is to examine the influence and relationship of Service Quality, Brand Loyalty and Customer’s Satisfaction as an intervening variable. The subject of the research is Indonesian-based local restaurant Pizza E-Birra under the management of Ismaya Group. The research is based on quantitative research with non-probability purposive sampling as the sampling technique and the data will be analysed using SEM Structural Equation Model with Smart PLS 3.0 as analysis tool.The research is using 5 dimensions of Service Quality, which are Physical Evidence (Tangible), Empathy, Reliability, Responsiveness and Assurance as the independent variable and its impact toward Brand Loyalty as dependent variable and also measuring the Customer Satisfaction as an intervening variable. The result show that all the hypotheses are accepted and some managerial implications needs to be done for management of Pizza E-Birra to improve their Service Quality which leads to their customer satisfaction overall for the dining experience hence will increase the level of brand loyalty among its patronage in the future ultimately. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Layanan (Service Quality) yang mempengaruhi Loyalitas Merek (Brand Loyalty) secara langsung dan pengaruhnya jika dimediasi oleh Kepuasan Pelanggan (Customer’s Satisfaction). Subyek penelitian ini adalah restoran lokal Indonesia Pizza E-Birra dibawah kepemilikan manajemen grup Ismaya. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel Non-Probability Purposive Sampling dan data kuesioner akan dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan program SmartPls.. Penelitian ini menggunakan 5 dimensi dari Kualitas Layanan (Service Quality) yaitu : Physical Evidence (Tangible), Empathy, Reliability, Responsiveness dan Assurance, serta faktor Kepuasan Pelanggan (Customer’s Satisfaction) sebagai variabel mediasi, semuanya akan diteliti secara simultan untuk membuktikan ada atau tidaknya pengaruh variabel bebas dan mediasi tersebut  dalam mempengaruhi Loyalitas Merek (Brand Loyalty) pada restoran Pizza E Birra. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa ketiga hipotesa yang diajukan didukung, artinya Kualitas Layanan berpengaruh positif terhadap Loyalitas Merek, Kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan dan yang terakhir Kualitas layanan berpengaruh pada loyalitas merek dengan mediasi kepuasan, dengan beberapa masukan kepada management Pizza E-Birra , untuk lebih memperbaiki tingkat kualitas layanan, yang berdampak pada kepuasan pelanggan yang akhirnya akan mempengaruhi tingkat loyalitas merek atas restoran Pizza E-Birra.

The aim of this study is to examine the mediating role of innovation on the relationship of organizational learning to company performance. This type of research is quantitative research that uses an explanatory approach. The data used in this study are primary data in the form of a questionnaire distributed to managers of the company's business units in the industrial area of PT. Surabaya Industrial Estate Rungkut. The sample in this study was 205, which was determined using purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Square approach. The results of the study indicate that innovation can mediate the influence of organizational learning on company performance.

Technological developments are things that must be followed by companies to achieve a competitive advantage to improve performance. To achieve and improve performance, companies need active employee engagement by encouraging motivation and fulfilling their job satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation and job satisfaction on performance with employee engagement as a mediating variable. The research sample is Information Technology (IT) companies located in the cities of Jakarta and Bandung, Indonesia. Research respondents are system developers who handle system development activities for a project or part of an ongoing project. By using the convenience sampling technique 103 responses were obtained from IT developers. The research model analysis method uses Partial Least Square (PLS) with SMART PLS Ver 3.0 software. Empirical findings prove that motivation has a positive effect on the performance of IT employees, while job satisfaction is independent. Employee engagement does not directly affect employee performance, but the effect of mediation through motivation and job satisfaction can have a significant effect on employee performance. The research findings have managerial implications, in increasing high employee involvement, motivation needs to be encouraged to be more active and innovative, and facilitate the achievement of the desired results.
