This study aims to identify the implementation of the musyarakah mutanaqishah contract in Islamic banking in Indonesia based on the Islamic maqasid review. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The research data were collected using the documentation method. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from various sources regarding the provisions of sharia fatwas, sharia standards, statutory regulations, operational and practical standards in Islamic banking, as well as the results of relevant research and publications. The data were analyzed using the inductive method. The analysis of the implementation of the musyarakah mutanaqishah contract is carried out based on the maqasid sharia approach. The results of the study found that the implementation of the musyarakah mutanaqishah contract as an alternative to mudharabah financing in Islamic banking, from the aspect of risk charging and equal partnerships, was not in accordance with the maqashid sharia and existing regulations in Indonesia

This study aims to analyze the application and treatment of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) accounting in an effort to develop communities around companies in PT Semen Tonasa. Research data obtained from primary data and secondary data. Primary data in the form of direct interviews with the company and the community. While secondary data in the form of data obtained from the company's internal data. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. The results showed that the CSR comdev program implemented by PT Semen Tonasa has greatly helped the surrounding community and the community has felt the benefits and has been running effectively, but needs to be followed up on several programs that are still running without extra supervision from the company . The CSR accounting report originates from the current year's profit of 4% in accordance with the RUPS.

The purpose of this study reviewed the analysis and discussion in a thesis entitled "Analysis of Effect of Non Performing Financing (NPF), assets of Islamic Banking and Bank Indonesia Certificates Sharia (SBIS) Financing Against Islamic Banking in Indonesia in 2010-2013". This research methodusing descriptive qualitative method in which these two methods are analyzed and explained by the subjective nature or in accordance with the object. The data used is qualitative data that comes from two sources, namely primary data and secondary data. Then the data is formulated and interpreted so neatly into one. The data collection is done by observation, interview, documentation, and literature. The results of this research are variable Non Performing Financing (NPF), assets of Islamic Banking and Bank Indonesia Certificates Sharia (SBIS) mempunai significant effect on the financing of Islamic banking in Indonesia.

The purpose of this study was to determine the cause and effect of communication anxiety between students of the Merdeka Madiun University Class of 2015 with the supervisor when conducting thesis guidance, forms of communication anxiety itself that have been experienced by students of Communication Studies Merdeka Madiun University Class of 2015, anticipatory steps taken by the Communication Sciences Merdeka Madiun University Class of 2015 students, how important is the handling of communication anxiety, data related to communication anxiety among final year students. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Research data obtained through observation techniques, literature studies, interviews, and documentation. The informants came from the 2015 Communication Merdeka Madiun University alumni students. The results of this study are modeling and skill acquisition factors causing the emergence of communication anxiety, the type of communication anxiety perceived by informants is generalized context communication apprehension and situational communication apprehension, the form of communication anxiety perceived by informants is state anxiety, the most anticipatory step recommended by informants is to better understand the thesis material before the guidance and remain calm during the guidance.Keyword: Anxiety, Communication anxiety, Students of the Communication Studies Program Merdeka Madiun University Class of 2015,Thesis Guidance.

This study sets out to describe the translation strategy and the impacts of the strategy to the accuracy and acceptability of slang words translation in “The Kissing Booth” movie subtitle. The research data were collected from “The Kissing Booth” movie file along with the subtitles, both in English and Indonesian. The data were all slang words found in “The Kissing Booth” movie dialogue and subtitle. This study employed descriptive qualitative method to analyze the slang words from the dialogue in the movie. The result of the research shows that the slang words found in the movie are divided into 8 (eight) categories which are: Euphemism with 4 (four) data, Dysphemism with 11 (eleven) data, Typical in Spoken Language with 8 (eight) data, Typical in Informal Situation with 11 (eleven) data, Metaphorical Utterance with 5 (five) data, Proverb with 2 (two) data, Untranslatability with 4 (four) data, and Neutral Syntactic Level with 5 (five) data.

The objectives of this study are to reveal the causes and negative impacts of overprotective mother’s attitude towards her child in the best-selling novel entitled My Sister's Keeper by Jodi Picoult, and to see how overprotective Sara Fitzgerald as a mother who has an overprotective attitude towards her second child. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with library study to find out the overprotective mother and how the overprotective developed by applying internal and external overprotective theory and mother's theory. The primary data used is the novel itself. Secondary data are books and articles relating to conflict theory. The results showed that there was a major problem that caused by Sara Fitzgerald as an overprotective mother and the impact of her overprotective attitude towards her daughter. There are two causes that Sara becomes an overprotective mother to her second daughter: her illness and her recovery and the impact towards her third daughter  is lacking affection and suffering.

This research examines the rules and construction of the Katingan language phrase with the purpose of the description of the rules and construction of the Katingan language phrase. Therefore, the method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method because the method and technique of this research reflects reality in the field as they are. In terms of provision of research data used simak and cakap method with basic and advanced techniques. The results of this study indicate that the use of verbal, adjective, pronominal, adverbial, prepositional, and numerical phrases in Katingan is highly productive. This is demonstrated by the diversity of verbal, adjunctive, pronominal, adverbial, prepositional, and numerical Katingan language constructs

The purpose of the analysis is to find out the attitude of trust showed by King David in Holy Bible in the book of Psalm. This analysis reveals the attitude of trust that is stated by words in poetry in the book of Psalm. Descriptive Qualitative method is used to analyze primary and secondary data from the book of Psalm and also from the articles or books that support the data by using some steps or procedures that is : to organize and prepare all the data needed, read the data which is the book of Psalm and other references then analyze data by identifying the sentences that represent the statement of having a trust of King David to God. The meaning of this learning both theory and practice is expected to give contribution to the readers about what and how trust is and how they apply it well and correctly. ABSTRAK: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat religiositas dan kinerja karyawa bank syariah x; pengaruh religiositas karyawan erhadap kierjanya. Lebih lanjut penelitian ini juga melihat bagaiamana manajer meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan bank syariah X yang ada dikantor pusat. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan kombinasi kualitaif dan kuantitaif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dari wawancara dan juga data sekunder. Dalam menganalisis data kuantitatif menggunakan regression test, sedangkan untuk yang kualitatif menggunakan induktif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah; tingkat religiositas bank syariah X berada pada level yang bagus dan juga tingkat kinerja karyawan; tingkat religiositas berpengaruh sebesar 33,8 % terhadap kinerja karyawan dan selebihnya dipengaruhi oleh factor yang lain.Kata kunci: Religiositas, kinerja karyawan, Bank syariah, dan regresi.ABSTRACT: The purpose of this research is to test : (1) how the religiosity rate and workers performance in x syariah bank; (2) the influence of religiosity rate to workers performance. furthermore, this research will looking for the way how to increase workers performance. The object of this research is the workers of x syariah bank at the head office. The method of this research is the combination between quantitative and qualitative method. Using two types of data, the primer data (questionnaire, interview and observation) and the secondary data (documentation and literature). In quantitative analysis Regression test is used. Whereas for qualitative analysis, using inductive method. The result of this study show that: (1) the religiosity rate of x syariah bank workers is relatively at very religious level, Workers performance rate also relatively at very good level; (2) that there is a significant influence 33,8% between religiosity rate to performance. Whereas 66,2% performance influenced by other aspect such as culture and job environment, leadership from top management, job motivation, job satisfaction, and others.Keywords: Religiosity, performance, Islamic bank, Regression

The research aims to describe the functions of humor used in an American comedy movie The Boss. The subject of the research was American comedy movie The Boss. Descriptive qualitative method was used to conduct the research. Data collection was done through library research and documentation. Data analysis was done through identification, coding, classification and description. The researcher found several findings. Supported by Meyers theory of joke, there are 6 functions of jokes found in the movie such as to insult someone, to express anger, to tease someone, to relieve tension, to get attention, and to amuse others. The dominant function was differentiation particularly to insult and to express anger 21 times, the second was clarification particularly to relieve tension humorous lines and amuse others 15 times, the third was enforcement particularly to tease 18 times, and the last was identification particularly to relieve tension and to get attention 27 times. These functions were also analyzed and discriminated by different setting and participant based on formality and participants distance. According to the analysis, most jokes occurred in informal situation with intimate relationship among the participants and functioned to tease someone and to relieve tension. This finding also proves that American humor is expressed with more slapstick and vulgarity as the characteristic of American humor used in daily communication. Dysphemism is an expression with connotations that are offensive either about the denotatum or the audience. It is used to talk about one’s opponents, things one wishes to show disapproval of, and things one wishes to be seen to downgrade. The topic of dysphemism is crucial to investigate because dysphemism is the infraction of the rules of politeness that deals with the matters of face and face effects.This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The approach used in this research is library research. Data taken from taking notes and observation.This article is written to explain dysphemism in the perspective of Semantics, Sociolinguistics, and Discourse Analysis.
