This study examines the effect of transformational leadership style and organizational climate on employee engagement and OCB on NTB Provincial Secretariat staff. Specifically the purpose of this study was to determine the significance of the influence of transformational leadership style, organizational climate and employee engagement on employee OCB, find out the significance of the influence of transformational leadership style and organizational climate on employee engagement, as well as knowing the mediating role of employee engagement variables in Provincial Regional Secretariat employees NTB. The population of this study was all employees who served in the NTB Provincial Secretariat were 378 respondents. There were 237 questionnaires that were received back or the questionnaire return rate was very high because it reached 62.70 percent, then the data collected was further analyzed. This research uses structural equation modeling (SEM analysis) with AMOS applications. The results showed that transformational leadership style and employee engagement had a significant positive effect on OCB, while organizational climate did not significantly influence OCB. Transformational leadership style and organizational climate have a significant positive effect on employee engagement. For the mediation effect of employee engagement, there is a full mediating role in the influence of transformational leadership styles and organizational climate on OCB.Keywords :Transformational Leadership Style, Organizational Climate, Employee Engagement, OCB.

This study aimed to examine the effect of transformational leadership style, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on Account Representative performance of KPP Pratama Magelang. This study was quantitative research using primary and secondary data sources. The data collection method used an online questionnaire in the form of a statement with a Likert scale and sampling used purposive sampling technique. Processing of data analysis techniques used IBM SPSS Statistics 26 and data analysis methods used multiple linear regression. The results showed that the transformational leadership style did not be proven to have an effect on the Account Representative performance of KPP Pratama Magelang. Organizational commitment had a significant positive effect on the Account Representative’s performance and job satisfaction also had a significant positive effect on the Account Representative’s performance. The last, transformational leadership style, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction simultaneously had a significant positive effect on Account Representative performance of KPP Pratama Magelang.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the effects of transformational leadership style and corporate culture on job satisfaction as a variable intervening to enhance employee performance. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach to data collection using questionnaires. The study was conducted at PT. Mahakam Berlian Samjaya the sample size is about 139 employees, using the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The results show that transformational leadership and organizational culture significantly affect job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Job satisfaction significant positive effect on employee performance. The ethical behavior of managers greatly influences the success of an organization. But in practice, not a few managers who work outside the rules that have been set so that it behaves unethically. This research was conducted to obtain empirical evidence regarding the influence of transformational leadership styles and work motivation on the ethical behavior of cooperative managers. This research was conducted in 48 cooperatives in Tabanan Regency. Based on the results of this study indicate that the transformational leadership style has a significant insignificant positive effect on the ethical behavior of cooperative managers, which means that transformational leadership styles are not able to influence the ethical behavior of cooperative managers. Work motivation has a significant positive effect on the ethical behavior of cooperative managers, which means that the higher the work motivation of managers, the higher the ethical behavior of cooperative managers. It is widely accepted that CEOs with a transformational leadership style can promote innovation in the organisations they lead, but the specific ways in which they influence followers and shape the organisational context to increase innovation remain largely unexplored. Improvement of our understanding of this relationship requires identifying and explaining the mechanisms that allow transformational CEOs to mobilise employees towards an active support of innovation. We argue that top managers who portray a transformational leadership style have a positive effect on organisational innovation by improving how the firm exchanges and communicates information and knowledge, that is, by increasing employees’ participation and social capital. Data from a sample of 194 executives from 97 Ecuadorian small- and medium-sized firms provide support for our hypotheses.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of transformational leadership style on employee job satisfaction through employee empowerment as a mediating variable. The number of samples taken were 52 employees of DevinSky Hotel Seminyak who had worked for at least 3 years. The sampling technique used in this study is a saturated sampling technique. Data was collected through questionnaires. The analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS). On the results of the analysis it was found that the transformational leadership style variable had a significant positive effect on employee satisfaction at DevinSky Hotel Seminyak, the transformational leadership style variable had a significant positive effect on employee empowerment, the employee empowerment variable had a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction, employee empowerment mediated the effect of transformational leadership style to the job satisfaction of DevinSky Hotel Seminyak employees. Employee engagement helps businesses in attaining their goals. Employee engagement has been at the center of attention for human resource personnel and researchers who stated that employee engagement can be a key driver of an organization's business success. In Palestine, only 11% of employees are engaged in work. Many researchers recently have found that transformational leadership style has an impact on the work engagement of employees. The population involved in this study includes 5281 full-time employees of which a sample of 328 employees was selected. Moreover, this study is considered to be the first local method to find and analyze the current causal effect of perceived transformational leadership style on employee engagement within the context of Palestine. The data was analyzed using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Analysis of Moments Structure (AMOS) was employed to answer the research questions and to test the hypotheses in this study. Results found that transformational leadership style has a significant effect on employee engagement. Results show that transformational leadership is perceived to be more effective leadership in Palestine context. In conclusion, these study findings supported the hypothesis, answered the research question, and achieved the objectives of this study. Additionally; this study has successfully addressed the gaps found in previous literature review has contributed to the body of knowledge, as well as in providing useful implications to the industry in the context of Palestine and Middle Eastern Region.

This study aimed to determine the effect of transformational leadership style on performance and organizational commitment as an intervening variable, the influence of organizational culture on employee performance and organizational commitment as an intervening variable, determine the effect of transformational leadership style directly to employee performance, and determine the influence of organizational culture directly to the employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of the Watukumpul districtl. By using the census method, all employees amounted to 140 people were carried out as the  sample. Analysis  data were analyzed using path analysis. Based on the research results it could be concluded that there was  significantly and positive effect of  transformational leadership style and organizational culture. Transformational leadership style and organizational culture also had significantly and positive effect on Organizational commitment. And finally there was significantly and positive effect of organiztional commitment.The research also showed that Organizational commitment had a mediating role between  transformational leadership style, Organizational culture and employee performance. Purpose – Present study is a descriptive and analytical in nature aiming to bring out the relationship of leadership and organizational climate on employee engagement of the employees working in IT companies of South India. Design/Methodology/Approach- This study adopts descriptive and analytical approach it, starts with clear variables which are derived from theory and based on these variables. The data for the study was collected through the structured questionnaire. The sample for the present study was collected from the IT companies working in South India. A total 785 questionnaires were returned by the respondents, this indicating a response rate of 59 %. The questionnaire uses five point Likert type response format is used for all the measures ranging from strongly agree to strongly disagree. SPSS 21 and Microsoft excel are the statistical packages and Independent correlation and regression are the tools used in the present study Findings- A significant relationship was found between leadership and organizational climate with employee engagement of the employees working in IT companies of South India. It further shows that when there is a conducive working environment prevailing in the organization the employees feel a sense of conducive climate which makes them feel good about the organization and motivates them to work. Further, along with climate transformational leadership style facilitates in grooming the employees according to organizations vision. Hence, it’s observed that these factors facilitate in enhancing employee engagement. Employees with skills and potentials are more preferring transformational leadership style. Employees with potentials always aspire to grow along with the organization. Hence, leadership style plays a vital role in engaging the employees. Originality/value- This study provides insightful findings in understanding the role organizational competencies like leadership and organizational climate play in facilitating employee engagement. This study also shows the importance of the demographic variables with employee’s engagement. In spite of the limitations of the research, the study contributed to the international human resources management by exploring the South Indian IT company’s context. The theoretical framework proposes the relationship between employee engagement, organizational climate and leadership style. The study has found that organizational climate and transformational leadership is correlated with employee engagement and serves as the important indicator for engaging employees.

Abstract Employee engagement has been at the center of attention for human resource personnel and researchers who stated that employee engagement can be a key driver of an organization's business success. Many researchers have found in recent researches that a transformational leadership style has a beneficial connection with employee engagement. Thus, this study aims to find the causal effect of perceived transformational leadership on employee engagement through the mediating role of leader’s emotional intelligence. We analyze the data from a sample of 338 full-time employees working in the ICT sector in Palestine using confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and structural equation modelling (SEM) to test the hypothesis. Later, the bootstrapping analysis was conducted to confirm the mediation test in this study. The finding shows that transformational leadership style has a significant effect on employee engagement for the mediating role of emotional intelligence. The effect of transformational leadership on employee engagement was found to be completely mediated by leader’s emotional intelligence at work. Theoretically, this empirical study contributed to the new knowledge on the unique mediating effects of leader’s emotional intelligence in the relationship between transformational leadership and employee engagement in the Middle Eastern Region. Practically, this study has managerial implication in the area of organizational management, leadership and human resource management.
