The ethical behavior of managers greatly influences the success of an organization. But in practice, not a few managers who work outside the rules that have been set so that it behaves unethically. This research was conducted to obtain empirical evidence regarding the influence of transformational leadership styles and work motivation on the ethical behavior of cooperative managers. This research was conducted in 48 cooperatives in Tabanan Regency. Based on the results of this study indicate that the transformational leadership style has a significant insignificant positive effect on the ethical behavior of cooperative managers, which means that transformational leadership styles are not able to influence the ethical behavior of cooperative managers. Work motivation has a significant positive effect on the ethical behavior of cooperative managers, which means that the higher the work motivation of managers, the higher the ethical behavior of cooperative managers. This study aimed to examine the effect of transformational leadership style, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on Account Representative performance of KPP Pratama Magelang. This study was quantitative research using primary and secondary data sources. The data collection method used an online questionnaire in the form of a statement with a Likert scale and sampling used purposive sampling technique. Processing of data analysis techniques used IBM SPSS Statistics 26 and data analysis methods used multiple linear regression. The results showed that the transformational leadership style did not be proven to have an effect on the Account Representative performance of KPP Pratama Magelang. Organizational commitment had a significant positive effect on the Account Representative’s performance and job satisfaction also had a significant positive effect on the Account Representative’s performance. The last, transformational leadership style, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction simultaneously had a significant positive effect on Account Representative performance of KPP Pratama Magelang.

Penelitian ini bertujuan membuktikan adanya pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja, secara sendiri-sendiri maupun bersama, terhadap kinerja guru SD negeri di Kecamatan Comal Kabupaten Pemalang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional dan survey yang bersifat explanatory. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert yang telah teruji keabsahannya terbukti valid dan stabil. Pengujian prasarat analisis yang meliputi uji normalitas, multikolinearitas, heteroskedasitas, dan linearitas menunjukkan persyaratan telah terpenuhi. Hasil uji F hitung 120,311 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000<0,05, berarti ada pengaruh signifikan dan positif gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Dari uji parsial, diperoleh nilai signifikansi gaya kepemimpinan transformasional 0,001, motivasi kerja 0,000, dan kepuasan kerja 0,000< 0,05, berarti gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja masing-masing berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja guru. Hal ini menunjukkan semua hipotesis dalam penelitian ini dapat diterima, artinya ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja, baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupun bersama, terhadap kinerja guru.AbstractThis study aims to prove the influence of transformational leadership style, work motivation, and job satisfaction both individually and collectively on the performance of elementary school teachers in Comal District, Pemalang Regency. This is a quantitative study using a cross sectional approach and an explanatory survey. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and is proven valid and stable. The results of the analysis prerequisite test including normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and linearity show that the requirements have been fulfilled. The result of the F test count is 120.311 with a significance value of 0.000<0.05, meaning that there is a significant and positive effect of transformational leadership style, work motivation, and job satisfaction on teacher performance. Partial test shows that the significance value of transformational leadership style is 0.001, work motivation is 0.000, and job satisfaction is 0.000<0.05, meaning that transformational leadership style, work motivation, and job satisfaction have a significant and positive effect on teacher performance, respectively. It shows that all hypotheses in this study are acceptable, which means that there is a positive and significant effect of transformational leadership style, work motivation, and job satisfaction both individually and collectively on the teachers’ performance.

This paper aims to determine the effect of leadership styles on employee job satisfaction. The survey was conducted by administering questionnaires to 400 respondents from different organizations within Pakistan. Transformational leadership style was seen to have a positive effect on various facets of employee job satisfaction. Transactional leadership also turns out to be perceived as having a positive effect on different facets of employee job satisfaction, and so does empowering managerial leadership. It was found that leaders and managers combine the various leadership styles identified in the research paper in proportions that produce a positive result when administering their leadership duties. The proportions at which these leadership styles are combined depend upon the nature of the situation they encounter in the workplace.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of transformational leadership style on employee job satisfaction through employee empowerment as a mediating variable. The number of samples taken were 52 employees of DevinSky Hotel Seminyak who had worked for at least 3 years. The sampling technique used in this study is a saturated sampling technique. Data was collected through questionnaires. The analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS). On the results of the analysis it was found that the transformational leadership style variable had a significant positive effect on employee satisfaction at DevinSky Hotel Seminyak, the transformational leadership style variable had a significant positive effect on employee empowerment, the employee empowerment variable had a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction, employee empowerment mediated the effect of transformational leadership style to the job satisfaction of DevinSky Hotel Seminyak employees. This study examines the effect of transformational leadership style and organizational climate on employee engagement and OCB on NTB Provincial Secretariat staff. Specifically the purpose of this study was to determine the significance of the influence of transformational leadership style, organizational climate and employee engagement on employee OCB, find out the significance of the influence of transformational leadership style and organizational climate on employee engagement, as well as knowing the mediating role of employee engagement variables in Provincial Regional Secretariat employees NTB. The population of this study was all employees who served in the NTB Provincial Secretariat were 378 respondents. There were 237 questionnaires that were received back or the questionnaire return rate was very high because it reached 62.70 percent, then the data collected was further analyzed. This research uses structural equation modeling (SEM analysis) with AMOS applications. The results showed that transformational leadership style and employee engagement had a significant positive effect on OCB, while organizational climate did not significantly influence OCB. Transformational leadership style and organizational climate have a significant positive effect on employee engagement. For the mediation effect of employee engagement, there is a full mediating role in the influence of transformational leadership styles and organizational climate on OCB.Keywords :Transformational Leadership Style, Organizational Climate, Employee Engagement, OCB.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan adanya pengaruh budaya sekolah, pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMK di Pulau Lombok Provinsi NTB, dan juga membuktikan adanya pengaruh budaya sekolah serta gaya transformasional terhadap motivasi kerja guru SMK di Pulau Lombok Provinsi NTB. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan menggunakan alat ukur skala likert yang telah diuji kesalahan dan kehandalannya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Jalur (Path Analisis). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terbukti bahwa ada pengaruh positif budaya sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMK sebesar 9,6 %, adanya pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja guru SMK sebesar 62,2 %, adanya pengaruh positif motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMK sebesar 24,0 %, adanya pengaruh positif budaya sekolah terhadap motivasi kerja guru SMK sebesar 20,3 %, dan adanya pengaruh positif gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap motivasi guru SMK sebesar 67,1 %. Dari hasil analisis data pada penelitian ini maka penulis menyarankan agar Kepala Sekolah seluruh SMK di Pulau Lombok Provinsi NTB agar memperbaiki budaya sekolah, menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, serta terus menerus memberikan motivasi kerja kepada para guru-guru demi meningkatkan kinerja guru SMK sehingga tercipta sekolah yang berkualitas baik siswa maupun tenaga pengajar di Pulau Lombok Provinsi NTB. AbstractThis study aims to prove the influence of school culture, the influence of transformational leadership styles, the influence of work motivation on the performance of SMK teachers in Lombok Island, NTB Province, and also to prove the influence of school culture and transformational style on the work motivation of SMK teachers in Lombok Island, NTB Province. Data were collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale measuring instrument that has been tested for errors and reliability. The data analysis technique used is Path Analysis. The results of this study are proof that there is a positive influence of school culture on the performance of SMK teachers is at 9,6 %, the influence of transformational leadership styles on the performance of SMK teachers is at 62.2 %, there is a positive influence of work motivation on the performance of SMK teachers is at 24,0 %, there is a positive influence of school culture on SMK teacher work motivation is at 20,3 %. There is a positive influence of the transformational leadership style on SMK teacher motivation is at 67,1 %. From the results of data analysis in this study, the authors suggest to Head Masters of all SMK in Lombok Island, NTB Province to improve school culture, apply transformational leadership styles, and continuously provide work motivation to teachers in order to improve the performance of SMK teachers so that schools that are good quality students and teachers on the island of Lombok, NTB Province.

This study has purpose to analyze the effect of transactional leadership styles, transformational leadership styles, and motivation on the performance of academic staff. This study was conducted at the State Islamic Institute of Surakarta with a total sample of 30 respondents in 2020 by using simple random sampling.   The results of the analysis on the variable transactional leadership style showed the value of t = 3.183 and a probability of 0.002, which means that the transactional leadership style has an effect on the performance of academic staff. Then, the results of the analysis on transformational leadership style variables showed the value of tcount = 3.418 and a probability of 0.003, which means that the transformational leadership style has an effect on performance. And the results of the analysis on the work motivation variable showed the value of tcount = 2.251 and a probability of 0.032, when compared to ttable (2.056) which means that work motivation has an effect on performance.   Keywords: transformational leadership, transactional leadership, work motivation, and academic staff performance.

The study aims to analyse and discuss work motivation variables and transformational leadership styles on employee performance, work motivation variables and transformational leadership styles in Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB), and Organizatinal Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) variables on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of BMT UGT SIDOGIRI Jember consisting of 152 people. The sampling method uses a sampling probability with a random sampling approach using the Sovlin formula so that a sample of 110 respondents is obtained. Affective commitment is a commitment that comes from within and it needs quite some time to develop. Organizations need to ensure that their employees have strong affective commitment. Transformational leadership style can help employees to feel valued and develop strong commitment. On the other hand the positive atmosphere inside the organization will also enrich the positive experience of employees which in the end will increase the affective commitment. This study analyses the effect of transformational leadership and job satisfaction on employee’s affective commitment. We study one of the state companies in Medan using 72 participants. The explanatory method and path analysis are used to explain relationships and influences between variables. The results of the study prove that transformational leadership style and job satisfaction simultaneous and partial have effects in improving the quality of employee affective commitment. Business organizations need to apply transformational leadership styles and develop human resources program that can enhance job satisfaction. By carefully focus on these two elements, the organization is expected to be able to increase employee affective commitment. Organisasi perlu memastikan bahwa karyawan mereka memiliki komitmen afektif yang kuat. Unsur kepemimpinan khususnya yang bersifat transformasional diyakini dapat membuat karyawan merasa dihargai dan pada akhirnya memiliki komitmen yang kuat. Di samping itu, suasana dalam organisasi yang menyenangkan akan memperkaya pengalaman positif karyawan yang juga berdampak pada peningkatan komitmen afektif. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepuasan kerja terhadap terbentuknya komitmen afektif karyawan di salah satu perusahaan negara di Medan. 72 Responden yang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Metode eksplanatori dan analisis jalur digunakan untuk menjelaskan hubungan dan pengaruh antar variabel. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh simultan dan parsial terhadap peningkatan kualitas komitmen afektif karyawan. Organisasi bisnis perlu mengaplikasikan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional serta mengembangkan program sumberdaya manusia yang bisa meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan.
