How to deal with the model is important in analyzing structure system with finite element method, because the rationality of model has direct relationship with veracity of simulation result. In this paper some simplify modeling methods are expatiated. And an approach is supposed that combine simplifying complex model and rigid-treating sub-component which make model more close to reality. In final, an instance of multi-type-element system structure is computed to prove the correctness of the method.

The tension, caused by the high pressure jet when it`s sprayed on the textile, has obvious effect on the strength and dyeing quality of textile during the process of supercritical fluids spray dyeing. Based on the mechanical equilibrium of infinitesimal element, at the premise of considering the elasticity of textile, the parameter equations were built by introduced the transformation parameter. The internal tension and simplified deformation curve equation of textile were obtained by the Newton method. The simulating analysis may provide a theoretical basis and guidance for the actual process of supercritical fluid spray dyeing.

Based on the theoretical analysis on working principle and motion of the electro-hydraulic proportional variable piston pump, it created and simulated the model in the AMESIM software. The influences of main structural parameters of variable pump on system output dynamic characteristics were revealed after simulating analysis results of pressure control characteristics. And the steady state output of system pressure is proportional to the input voltage of amplifier. The overshoot decreases with the increasing of input voltage, and the response get faster. The damping aperture of proportional reversing valve and core diameter of control plunger have a greater influence on the dynamic response of system.

A novel structure of vane pump is brought forward, a new assembly relation among vane, sleeve, port plate and stator is created, mechanical bearing condition of new-type vane is preferable than traditional vane, vane is kept clearance with stator all the time as long as dimensions of those parts are reasonable. Modal analysis and optimized design for vane is made with finite element analysis software ANSYS. By simulating analysis for pump, simulation result shows that this novel vane pump is feasible. Compared with traditional pump, wear and vibration of novel vane pump can be reduced, volumetric efficiency of pump can be enhanced remarkably, the novel vane pump has certain application value.

As the scale of the air conditioning system is constantly increasing, some problems still exist and remain to be solved in the chilled water system. Among them, the leading problems lie in the insufficient research of the overall character on the user side and lack of simulation analysis. Corresponding calculating procedures are mixed programmed using VB and FORTRAN language to conduct to simulating analysis, to testify reliability and feasibility of the method.

By analyzing the force of the Coal Mine Rescue Robots swing arm brackets, the maximum torques of the Coal Mine Rescue Robots swing arm brackets are calculated, the results are applied into finite element model, the maximum stress of brackets are much smaller than allowable stresses of the materials, so there is a large optimise space. Optimum design of Swing Arm Brackets are carried out by changing materials and dimensions. After simulating analysis, it can be seen that the lightweight design for out-bracket have better effect through cutting out materials rather than changing its materials. The results of this optimization may conserve materials and reduce energy consumption. And it has significant in successfully applying the robot into the coal mine underground after disasters and improving the using time of the batteries.
