Using micro-wave heating method, the previous disadvantages of heating slowly and non-uniform are broken through. And plain concrete high temperature loading experiment system is composed of the method and material experiment machine. Many experiments of self-made concrete are carried out from room temperature to 600°C by this system. The strength and critical strain of concrete with temperature are obtained, and through analysis of the compressive stress-strain curves under different temperature, the constitutive relationship is established. The result shows that this constitutive relationship is greatly agrees with experiment. Meanwhile, the phenomenon is analyzed and explained in the progress of experiment.

AbstractThe experiment system of pulse detonation engine is set up to investigate on influence of diameter on detonation acoustic characteristic. The research of detonation acoustic characteristic of pulse detonation engine for four different diameters in different angles is carried out. Results from the test show that as the PDE diameter increasing, there are increases in amplitudes of impact noise in all angles, and the growth rate of amplitude of impact noise in the 90° direction is generally greater than that in the 0° direction. The smaller PDE diameter is, the distance of most obvious directivity at 0° turning to most obvious directivity at 30° is shorter. When the distance is shorter, such as 200 mm, the duration of detonation acoustic is increasing with the increase of PDE diameter, however, when the distance is longer, such as 3000 mm, it is just the opposite. The maximum duration of detonation acoustic is appeared in 3000 mm under 30 mm PDE diameter which reaches to 1.44 ms.

Technological progress has always been regarded as an important factor affecting haze pollution. A large number of academic studies have focused on the effect of technological progress on haze pollution, but there are few discussions on the effects of technological progress from different sources. In view of this, a dynamic panel model is constructed, and a systematic generalized method of moments (GMM) method is applied to empirically test the overall impact of technological progress from different sources on haze pollution and the regional heterogeneity of the impact. The results show that the overall and regional impact of technological progress from different sources on haze pollution is entirely different. Among them, for the whole country, independent innovation has a significant inhibitory effect on haze pollution, and technology introduction has aggravated haze pollution to a certain extent. At the regional level, all types of technological progress in the east can effectively reduce haze, the central region having haze reduction results consistent with the overall national level, and in the west, independent innovation and direct introduction can effectively reduce haze, while reverse technology spillover is ineffective. Therefore, policy recommendations such as improving the ability of independent innovation, improving the quality of technology introduction, and coordinating regional technology against haze are put forward.

During the course of building an innovative country and enhancing the independent innovation capability, universities are the main force and the important source of high-tech innovation. The evaluation on the university's innovation ability, not only may improve university's efficiency and level of scientific research, but also make a significant sense to perfect the china' scientific research innovation system. Based on Referring to the recent research achievements at home and abroad, research and design work was carried out in the following area. Firstly, the multi-university research innovation ability evaluating indicator system is designed in this paper. By the principle of science and justice, through questionnaires, expert opinion and reference to relevant research results. The paper designed the multi-university's research innovation ability evaluating indicator system. A variety of typical evaluation models and methods are studied. Then two evaluation models between PCA-BP and PCA-FNN are taken into comparison. And the results show that the research and application of PCA-FNN is proved to be a new method and made a significant attempt for the university’s evaluation of research innovation ability.
