In the new era of knowledge and information, knowledge, as the support of management and power development, increasingly reflects its own value. As the advanced platform for knowledge dissemination, research, and cultivation of knowledge talents, colleges and universities need to cultivate compound and multi-functional talents. This is becoming more and more important in the reality of social, economic, and cultural development. They also need to be protected and supported by rules, decisions, and systems that are relatively wise, rational, and conform to the development laws of education and teaching. Educational administration institutions in colleges and universities should not only assume traditional responsibilities such as teaching management and resource allocation, but also establish their own rational decision-making mechanism and framework driven by development trends to form similar think tank functions or think tank attributes as well as gradually promote the construction of such management system in various teaching institutions, organizations, and departments to ensure that the teaching platform can become a new management and decision-making center.

With the prevalence of credit system, the stipulation of “academic warning” is written into the teaching management constitution by more colleges and universities. However, the establishment of this stipulation hasn’t formed unified and scientific standards at present. This paper aims at studying the credit setting of academic warning through the method of Monte Carlo simulation, and at applying multivariate normal distribution and variance reduction techniques to calculate relatively reasonable academic warning credit line, which provides a new train of thought and a universal method for colleges and universities to set specific standards.

Because a large number of administrative management functions in colleges and universities are derived from some educational functions, social management functions are called the most basic functions in the administrative management functions of Chinese colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the malpractice of educational administration in colleges and universities in China, discusses the improvement methods of educational administration in colleges and universities, and hopes to put forward innovative suggestions.

With the prevalence of credit system, the stipulation of “academic warning” is written into the teaching management constitution by more colleges and universities. However, the present research in this stipulation is only limited to the simulation of multivariate normal distribution. This paper aims to improve the current setting of academic warning through Monte Carlo simulation of multivariate Copula functions, and to calculate more reasonable academic warning credit line. The result demonstrates that the accuracy is significantly improved, therefore, this approach can provide a new train of thought and universal method for colleges and universities to set specific standards.

Based on cloud computing theory and service-oriented architecture (SOA) design pattern, a smart education management platform is designed by using cloud computing and artificial intelligence technology. The platform is deployed in the server cluster environment, with Hadpoop managed storage cluster as the data storage center. For the education management, education portal and remote classroom, the corresponding services are launched, which has the advantages of intelligent and efficient, massive data access and intelligent collaborative management. The test results show that the platform can be used normally in the ports of computer, mobile phone and tablet computer, and can successfully complete the basic operations such as user registration and login, educational administration, and content storage. The results of database stress test show that the total time consumption of sequential read, sequential write, random read and random write is 752s, 312s, 968s and 211s, respectively when millions of simulated data are inserted into the database, which indicates that the database can support large-scale data access. The stress test results of content storage service show that when the number of clients is adjusted to 500, 1000 and 3000, the output quantity of each read-write interface can be maintained at about 3500 pages/min in 60s, indicating that the system can still run stably under the condition of high concurrency. The management platform discussed has practical significance to promote the development of intelligent and information-based education management.
