Function Construction of Think Tanks in the Teaching Management Platform of Universities

In the new era of knowledge and information, knowledge, as the support of management and power development, increasingly reflects its own value. As the advanced platform for knowledge dissemination, research, and cultivation of knowledge talents, colleges and universities need to cultivate compound and multi-functional talents. This is becoming more and more important in the reality of social, economic, and cultural development. They also need to be protected and supported by rules, decisions, and systems that are relatively wise, rational, and conform to the development laws of education and teaching. Educational administration institutions in colleges and universities should not only assume traditional responsibilities such as teaching management and resource allocation, but also establish their own rational decision-making mechanism and framework driven by development trends to form similar think tank functions or think tank attributes as well as gradually promote the construction of such management system in various teaching institutions, organizations, and departments to ensure that the teaching platform can become a new management and decision-making center.

Alpha-DBL: A Reasonable High Secure Double-Block-Length Hash Function

Abstract—We propose a new double-block-length compression function which is called Alpha-DBL. This scheme uses two parallel secure single block length schemes based on a block cipher with -bit key and -bit block size to compress a -bit string to a -bit one. We show that the Alpha-DBL scheme attains nearly optimal collision security and preimage security bounds (up to and queries for finding a collision and a preimage, respectively). More precisely, for , no adversary making less than queries can find a collision with probability greater than 1/2. To our knowledge, this collision security bound is nearly better than other such compression functions. In addition, we provide a preimage security analysis of Alpha-DBL that shows security bound of queries for . Using this scheme in the iterated hash function construction can preserve the collision resistance security and the preimage resistance security.Tóm tắt—Chúng tôi đề xuất một hàm nén độ dài khối kép mới được gọi là Alpha-DBL. How Can SMEs Become More Sustainable? Modelling the M-Commerce Consumer Behaviour with Contingent Free Shipping and Customer Journey’s Touchpoints Optimisation

Digital technology is leading the transformation of business models into sustainable ones, expanding and changing the competitiveness scenario. This paper aims to promote a new sustainable retailer model shaped by contingent free shipping theory and the optimisation of the customer’s journey, enriching the scientific literature by proposing a consumer behavioural model that highlights the contribution of four selected touchpoints to the sustainable transformation of SMEs. The research was elaborated by deploying a framework that presents five analysis methods, namely, an additive function construction, a TOPSIS method, a Spearman rank correlation coefficient calculation, a content analysis and an analytic hierarchy process, which engender the new model. Discovering nine distinguished categories of e-tailers, the sustainable retailer profile was developed and the touchpoint with the greatest contribution to the transformation process was identified. The results of the study allowed the authors to propose the model as a solution to withstand the preponderant negative experience provided by analysed e-tailers to digital buyers, representing the opportunity for SMEs’ sustainable transformation and long-term growth in a competitive, ever-growing market.

On the Effect of the Absorption Coefficient in a Differential Game of Pollution Control

We consider various approaches for a characteristic function construction on the example of an n players differential game of pollution control with a prescribed duration. We explore the effect of the presence of an absorption coefficient in the game on characteristic functions. As an illustration, we consider a game in which the parameters are calculated based on the real ecological situation of the Irkutsk region. For this game, we compute a number of characteristic functions and compare their properties.
