The complex nature of the professional activities of helicopter pilots actualizes a systematic approach to determining their readiness to perform their duties when flying in international airspace. At the same time, participation in peacekeeping operations, rescue expeditions, evacuation of the population makes increased demands on the level of their foreign language training in the higher military educational institution of aviation profile. Aviation English training is specific in terms of purpose, content, proficiency criteria and relevant professional and personal indicators and conditions of use. Given the importance of radio exchange in ensuring trouble-free flight activities, the article analyses the process of English-language preparation of future helicopter pilots for radio exchange at the main stages of the training flight. This training should take place with a gradual increase in the complexity of tasks, the advancement of cadets from learning and reproduction of language structures to independent modelling of professional communication situations. It involves the involvement of such resources of the information and educational environment of higher education institutions as regular classrooms with classrooms and / or interactive whiteboards, language classrooms, training cabins of Mi-2, Mi-8, Mi-24 helicopters, located in specialized classrooms. The most successful place to practice radio communication skills is an aviation simulator, which allows you to practice not only the speech response, but also the motor response to control the helicopter. Intelligence computer simulations of helicopter motion are promising, which creates unique opportunities for creating radio exchange learning situations. At the same time, the study of this issue allowed us to conclude that it is inexpedient in teaching cadets to focus only on standard phraseology of radio exchange, as the latter, although it helps to avoid misunderstandings, is not able to describe all possible circumstances and reactions. Therefore, in cases where the standard phraseology does not "offer any typical forms of verbal communication, pilots and air traffic controllers switch to ordinary English", which raises the issue of enriching the English-speaking arsenal of aviation professionals. The article highlights the issues related with the creation of "Smart" cabinet of physics based on microelectronics at a technical college. In fact, the "Smart" cabinet of physics is a creative space created by the students and tutors of the educational institution. Such "Smart" cabinet of physics is a "smart" educational environment that is fully automated and can be operated in three modes: "standard", "automatic", "automatic energy saving". The control of the cabinet devices is realized from a smartphone, PC and remote control. The cabinet is equipped with variety of sensors, indicators, electronic components based on Arduino UNO, MEGA, WiFi module ESP8266-12E.The indexes taken from the built-in sensors and indicators of the "Smart" cabinet are used for supplying information about the microclimate of the cabinet, for demonstrations at lectures and laboratory works in physics. The developed "Smart" cabinet of physics consists of three modules: "informational", "executive" and "demonstrational". The microcontroller ATMEL controls each module. The informational module is located in the stand "Physical basics of robotics", and the demonstrational module can be removed and used for demonstrations from the following sections: mechanics, molecular physics, electrodynamics, optics. Various sensors and components of the open-source programming platform Arduino conveniently and quickly connect to the demonstrational module (with the help of a flexible mounting board). Sensors of the "Smart" cabinet of physics give an opportunity to monitor the environment of the cabinet and outside it (temperature, humidity, pressure, illumination, level of carbon dioxide and other gases in the air),as well as to realize remote control of peripheral devices: TV, projector, lamps, sockets, curtains. All three modules connect to the wireless local area network by the topology of the "star" by means of radio communication based on the corresponding modules. The main module in it is the executive one, which has access to the INTERNET. The acquirement of the instrumental, technical, and software tools should become the main part of the system of training in a technical educational institution. The research deals with the issue of creating "Smart" cabinet of physics in a technical college.

Meunasah is one of the basic levels of traditional Islamic educational institutions in Aceh. Which to date continues to be vehement with recitation and other civic activities. aims to find out the origins and the development of meunasah as a basic traditional Islamic educational institution in Aceh. This research applied a literature study by collecting various references. The results showed that meunasah had existed since the formation of the Islamic community in Aceh. The development of meunasah as a traditional Aceh Islamic education institution was only discovered during the period of Sultan Iskandar Muda (1607-1636).

SQL Server Reporting Services is a way to analyze data, create reports using the indicators and gauges. Indicators are minimal gauges that convey the state of a single data value at a glance, and most are used to represent the state of Key Performance Indicators. Manage and harmonize the performance of an institution's educational institutions, especially universities with the performance of individuals or resources, no doubt is one of the essential elements for the success of an entity of the institution. Integrate the performance of an educational institution with individual performance is not an easy process, and therefore required a systematic approach to manage it. Implementation of a strategic management system based Balanced Scorecard can be used as a performance measurement system that will continuously monitor the successful implementation of the strategy of any public educational institution and measure the performance of its resources in a comprehensive and balanced, not the quantity but the emphasis is more concerned with the quality, so the performance of educational institutions at any time can be known clearly. Contribution of Key Performance Indicators to manage and harmonize the performance of any public institution is a solution in providing information to realize the extent of work that has set targets, identify and monitor measures of success, of course, with performance indicators show a clear, specific and measurable.
