This study aims to analyze the effect of competence and motivation on job satisfaction, analyze the impact of competence and motivation on performance, analyze the effect of job satisfaction on performance, analyze the impact of competency on performance through job satisfaction and analyze the impact of motivation on performance through job satisfaction on teachers in State Junior High Schools 7 Jakarta. In research using a research design, the causality research design between variables and the research method also illustrates the relationship or influence between variables. Data collection techniques use two types of data collection, namely secondary data and primary data. The analysis technique used in this study uses Path Analysis. The results showed that the influence of competence and motivation on performance through satisfaction could not be intervening variables. The calculation results obtained indicate that each exogenous variable's direct effect is greater than the indirect effect on performance. These results suggest that satisfaction cannot play an intervening variable between competence and motivation on teachers' performance at Junior High School 7 Jakarta.

To achieve vision, mission and the objectives of an institution is determined by capability of the teachers. The development and improvement of teacher must be done systematically, systematic, and be oriented to the four teacher proficiencies. This study aims to determine of how the pattern on increasing the teacher competence in Islamic Junior High School, Banda Aceh, using descriptive methods and the data collection is through observations, interviews and documentation. The subject of the study is head master of the school, chairmen of MGMP, teacher supervisor. The study also uses qualitative analysis. The study shows that: 1) the improvement of the teacher competence at MTsN Banda Aceh has not been supported by realistic program, comprehensive and operational. 2). The implementation of improving the teacher competence is not supported through teacher needs-based program in order to be implemented systematically, well-planned, and sustainably, 3) There is still many internal and external obstacles in implementing the teacher competence through school headmaster supervision and the supervisors could not reach the expected target.

<p>The purpose of this study is to identify, analyze and assess influences of Teacher’s Competency, Motivation and Job Satisfaction on Teacher’s Performance at State Junior High School 1 East CikarangBekasi Regency.<br />This research is intended to giving advice for the teacher’s competence, motivation and job satisfaction in order teacher’s performance improve. This research was using descriptive and verification method.<br />Descriptive research is used to describe characteristics of a population or phenomenon being studied. Verification is the research conducted with the aim to prove the truth of a theory on a particular time and place.<br />The results of this research are as follows:<br />1. Range scale of teacher’scompetence isquite good, it need to be improved.<br />2. Range scale of teacher’s motivation is quite high, it need to increased.<br />3. Range scale of teacher’s job satisfaction is quite satisfied, it need to increased.<br />4. Range scale of Teacher’s performance is quite good, it need for improved.<br />5. There is a relationship between teacher’s competence and motivation.<br />6. There is a relationship between teacher’s competence and job satisfaction.<br />7. There is a relationship between motivation and job satisfaction.<br />8. <p>This research was conducted to find out and analyze the coverage of junior high school and madrasah tsanawiyah services to the user community in Cepogo District. The research used descriptive geographical research method using map analysis and the data collection methods used were documentation studies and field observations. The data collection technique in this study used a population that includes all junior secondary schools and Islamic elementary schools in Cepogo sub-district with primary data in the form of school locations obtained through field measurements using GPS (Global Potential System) and secondary data obtained from agencies authority and results from previous studies. The data analysis technique used was secondary data analysis techniques and map analysis techniques using buffer analysis. The results showed that there was a difference between supply (number of elementary school graduates) and demand (study group) in which supply was greater than demand. In addition, the coverage of education facilities at the junior high school / MTs level in Cepogo District is in accordance with the minimum standards of the national education minister's regulation no. 24 of 2007 concerning the maximum distance to education facilities, which is no more than 6 km with no hazardous track.</p>

Abstract: Teachers' pedagogical and professional competencies are important to develop. In the 21st century teachers are required to build effective relationships with students and the school community by using technology to improve the quality of education. This study aims to 1) analyze the level of achievement of pedagogical and professional competence of teachers in Junior High School 1 Hu'u. 2) Describe the obstacles in increasing the level of achievement of the pedagogical and professional competence of teachers in Junior High School1 Hu'u. 3) Efforts made in overcoming obstacles to increasing the achievement of pedagogical and professional competence of teachers in Junior High School 1 Hu'u. This research used a mix method approach (a combination of qualitative methods with quantitative methods) with the type of case study research. The research location is Junior High School 1 Hu'u, Dompu Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. Questionnaire data collection techniques, interviews, documentation, and observation. The information is the principal and thirty teachers who are used as primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques for data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and validity of the data. The results showed that 1) the level of pedagogical competence and professional competence of teachers at Junior High School 1 Hu'u was sufficient and sufficient to be called a professional teacher. 2) The obstacle faced by teachers in developing pedagogical and professional competencies is that there is diversity in the ability of teachers in the learning process and mastery of knowledge and many GTT teachers who have long taught at Junior High School 1 Hu'u have not received NUPTK. 3) Efforts are made to improve the pedagogical and professional competence of teachers, namely through teacher development training conducted every weekend such as KKG, MGMP activities.Keywords: Pedagogical Competence, Professional Competence, Achievement Abstrak: Kompetensi pedagogi dan profesional guru saat ini penting untuk dikembangkan.Pada abad 21 guru dituntut membangun hubungan yang efektif dengan siswa dan komunitas sekolah dengan menggunakan teknologi untuk peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Teknik pengumpulan data angket, wawancara, dokumentasi dan Observasi. Informannya kepala sekolah dan tigapuluh guru yang dijadikan sebagai data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data reduksi data, penyajian data,penarikan kesimpulan serta keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat ketercapain kompetensi pedagogi dan kompetensi profesional guru SMPN 1 Hu’u sudah memadai dan cukup syarat dikatakan sebagai guru profesional. Hambatan yang dihadapi guru dalam mengembangkan kompetensi pedagogi dan profesional yaitu adanya keberagaman kemampuan guru dalam proses pembelajaran dan penguasaan ilmu pengetahuan danbanyak guru GTT yang sudah lama mengajar di SMPN 1 Hu’u belum mendapatkan NUPTK. Upaya yang dilakukan dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogi dan profesional guru yaitu dengan pelatihan pengembangan guru yang dilakukan setiap akhir pekan seperti kegiatan KKG, MGMP.Kata kunci: Kompetensi Pedagogi, Kompetensi Profesional, Ketercapaian

The principal is required to have inner skills. That ability will determine whether or not education succeeds on going learning at school. In addition, the principal should also pay attention to the work satisfaction of teachers in the work environment. The purpose of this research is to know 1) to know the influence of managerial skill to job satisfaction of Private Junior High School teachers in Pekanbaru City, 2) to know the influence of leadership capability of headmaster to job satisfaction of junior high school teacher of Pekanbaru City, 3) to know the effect of managerial training and leadership of the principal together towards the job satisfaction of Private Junior High School teachers in Pekanbaru City. This research is a quantitative research with the determination of respondents apply Solvin formula as many as 93 respondents with subject of Private Junior High School as Pekanbaru City. Data type is primary data and secondary data. Data processing methods with editing, coding, scoring process. Data were analyzed by multiple linear regression. The findings of this study include 1) positive managerial skills to teacher work satisfaction of 0.232 or equivalent to 23.2%; 2) leadership ability of headmaster positively influence to job satisfaction of teacher equal to 0,342 or equal to 34,2%; 3) managerial and leadership skills of principals together have a significant positive effect on the dependent variable of job satisfaction of teachers in private Junior High School Pekanbaru.

This study aims to improve teacher competence in planning authentic assessments with group guidance. The research method used is classroom action research. The research subjects were 10 teachers at Mandau 011 Junior High School. The timing of the research is carried out in two cycles starting on Monday 11 February to Saturday 23 February 2019. Analysis of the data used is qualitative in the form of data reduction, data presentation, and data inference. While for quantitative data descriptive analysis is carried out by calculating the average value and percentage. The results of the study indicate an increase in the competency of 011 Mandau Junior High School teachers in planning authentic assessments with group guidance. there is a cycle I of the average teacher competence of 70,6 with sufficient categories. The average teacher competency in the second cycle is 76,3 which is included in the good category. Classically, as many as 90% of teachers have been able to plan authentic assessments properly.

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of accountability, transparency, and effectiveness in managing the School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds in public and private Junior High School in Banda Aceh City. This research involved two objects, Junior High School 3 Banda Aceh and Islamic Junior High School YPUI Darul Ulum. This research used the qualitative descriptive method and also used primary and secondary data in data collection.  The primary data were obtained directly by interviewing informants that were BOS coordinator in Education and Culture Services of Banda Aceh City and school BOS team consisting of the school principal and BOS treasure. The data were collected by direct observation in the field. The secondary data were collected by using documentation technique. In analyzing the data, the researcher used data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The result of the study showed that the accountability, transparency, and effectiveness in managing the School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds in Junior High School 3 Banda Aceh were in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture (Permendikbud) No. 26 of 2017 which reflected good governance, while the management of the School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds in Islamic Junior High School YPUI Darul Ulum Banda Aceh in terms of transparency was still not perfect, but in terms of accountability and effectiveness were in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture (Permendikbud) No. 26 of 2017.

Technology literacy is the capacity to operate, manage, assess and realize the technology is. This study aims to determine an empirical description of the level of technological literacy owned by counselor/counseling teacher in Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive research methods.The data collection was worked out using by technology literacy instruments by taking a sample from 157 junior high school with counseling teachers around DKI Jakarta. The results of the research related to the level of technological literacy showed that 61.14% of counseling teachers were in the top categories, which iz 35.03% in the sufficient category and 3.82% in the low and very low categories.
