SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN DALAM MEREKOMENDASIKAN TEMPAT LES MUSIK DIPEMATANGSIANTAR MENGGUNAKAN METODE MULTIFACTOR EVALUATION PROCESS (MFEP)

Keroncong, Pop, Dangdut, and Hip Pop. Music is basically to entertain and express themselves from feelings of sadness or happiness. Along with the increasing popularity of music, a lot of music lessons were made especially in Pematangsiantar. This makes consumers confused and needs information to decide which music lessons are suitable for their needs. So the author uses a Decision Support System with the Multi-Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP) method to facilitate decision making. MFEP is a method with emphasis on various factors and criteria that perform the calculation of weighting system where the calculation will be valuable for each factor that affects the decision making of data data to be processed. The MFEP method is also called a scaled score that requires a comparative norm to be interpreted qualitatively and this makes the advantages of the MFEP method. The previous criteria were Criteria Place C1 (C1), Music Facilities Criteria (C2), Price Criteria (C3), Criteria Schedule / time guidance (C4), Employee Service Criteria (C5). By using 4 Alternative Place of Music Les existed memematangsiantar include: Legato Art Center, Era Music Siantar, Grace Music Studio, C and C Music Education. Results of recommendation of Decision Support System in Recommending Place Les Music dipematangsiantar using method MFEP (Multifactor Evaluation Process). Which we write with first rank that is Legato Art Center .  It is expected that this research can help the consumer to get the right recommendation in choosing the place of music lesson in accordance with the cost of music lesson and music quality.Keywords: Decision Support System, Multi-Factor Evaluation Process, ranking, Music

Determining the final waste disposal site is a complex problem for Lamandau Regency, which is a developing district, the more people there are every year, the more waste is produced. However, determining the location is still done subjectively without considering the influencing factors and is still manual. In problems like this, the decision support system can be used as a solution to help make decisions. This study aims to implement a decision support system in determining the final disposal site using the Multi-Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP) method which is applied in the form of a Web Application using a prototype model. In determining the final disposal site, there are 5 criteria to be assessed, namely: Cover Land with an initial weight of 0.2, Rain Intensity with an initial weight of 0.1, Nature Reserve with an initial weight of 0.2, Agriculture with an initial weight of 0.3 and Entrance roads with an initial weight of 0.2, and the number of alternatives consists of 5 locations. The findings show that the error rate of this system is below 5%. After testing all modules or system components, all of them were successful and feasible to be used as a tool in determining the final place of development.

Grand Sirao Hotel is a hotel that stands in the middle of Medan City, located on Jl. Semarang. Grand Sirao Hotel is an attractive hotel in the sector of cooperation in certain fields, but in this hotel it often happens in cooperation with outside companies. One of the problems that often occurs at the Grand Sirao Hotel is the constrained stock of goods needed for guests staying at the hotel, items that are often constrained which are usually in the form of sandals and toiletries that are in short supply. This problem often arises because of the many other factors between companies related to hotel owners themselves, debates that often arise from hotel owner claims include quality of goods that are sometimes incompatible with reservations and need to be taken into account, inventory can be exhausted, prices always go up because of skyrocketing market prices and other problems. This collaboration problem arises due to lack of success in determining partnerships with related companies that are not appropriate and in company selection is also still manual and there are appropriate systems and criteria. Therefore a decision support system is needed in the selection of partners upon the proposed approval. One solution to this problem that is right is to make a decision system in the decision of the company's business partners so that the determination of cooperation in accordance with the right requirements. By using a Decision Support System (SPK) is expected to help the company in making decisions made by the right company partners in increasing the efficiency of the decision. PSI (Index Selection Preference Method) is a method for solving multi-decision making (MCDM) decisions. In the proposed method it is not necessary to submit among the attributes. There are no attributes required in computing that are involved in decision making. Bantuan rumah tidak layak huni adalah salah satu program pemerintah untuk menekan angka kemiskinan di Indonesia, namun permasalahan yang ada bahwa proses yang selama ini dilakukan oleh pihak Kelurahan masih dilakukan secara subyektif dengan hanya mempertimbangkan hasil survey. Oleh karena itu, bagi pihak kelurahan diperlukan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan agar seleksi dapat dilakukan secara efisien secara sistemik.  Adanya metode Multiple Attribute Decission Making, menjawab semua permasalahan tersebut. Dari beberapa metode Multiple Attribute Decission Making, Simple Addictive Weighting dipilih untuk diterapkan kedalam sistem pendukung keputusan. Sistem pendukung keputusan dibuat menggunakan metode air terjun. Tujuan penelitian ini agar pihak kelurahan dapat menyalurkan bantuannya kepada yang berhak menerimanya, sehingga dengan adanya sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis web untuk memilih penerima bantuan perumahan sesuai dan objektif.  Penelitian ini memberikan hasil yang cukup akurat dimana proses penyaluran yang tepat sasaran dengan data yang diperoleh dari pihak kelurahan. Sistem yang dibuat cukup memnatu pihak kelurahan dengan nilai sekitar 73.6% yang diuji oleh 10 orang responden.   Kata Kunci: Rumah Tidak Layak Huni, Multiple Attribute Decission Making, Simple Addictive Weighting, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan.     Abstract The help of the home is not habitable is one of the government programs to suppress the poverty rate in Indonesia, but the problem exists that the process that was done by the village is still in subjectively Consider the survey results. Therefore, the town needs a decision support system so that the selection can be made by systemic efficiency. There is a method of Multiple Attribute Decision Making, answering all the problems. Of the multiple Attribute Decision-Making methods, Simple Addictive Weighting is chosen to be applied to the decision support system. The decision support system was made using a waterfall method. The purpose of this research is so that the village can distribute its help to the right to receive it, so it is expected by the Web-based decision support system to select the recipient of appropriate and objective housing assistance. This research provides entirely accurate results were the right distribution process targets with data obtained from the village. Smk Cibening is one of the schools in Cibingbin village, Cibingbin District, Kuningan Regency. The process of this course is intended so that the students can complete the school according to their abilities before continuing to a higher level, namely college. The current process of majors has disadvantages including the unavailability of special application to support courtesy, in helping counseling teachers to determine the right direction, so that the process takes a long time and also can occur a lot of consideration. to help the teachers in determining the majors of students at SMK Cibening. This study uses the Multifactor Evaluation Process (MFEP) method. The criterias used are report cards, national examination results (SKHUN) and majors. Millions of people around the world have diabetes. It is the seventh leading cause of death in US. An advancement of technologies may serve as the backbone for controlling diseases. Computerizing healthcare is expected to be one of the powerful levers essential for significant transformation in the quality and cost of delivering healthcare. Data management and technology is essential for providing the ability to exchange data and information at the right place in the right time to the right people in the healthcare process, to enable informed decision-making, and to achieve better health outcomes. Clinical Decision Support System (CDSS) provides guidance specific to the patient, including importing/entering patient data into the CDSS application and providing relevant information like lists of possible diagnoses, drug interaction alerts, or preventive care reminders to the practitioner that assists in their decision-making. This chapter has focuses on the use of CDSS for diabetes prevention.

SMK XYZ is a Vocational School based on technology and located in South Jakarta. This school has several majors, namely Software Engineering (RPL), Network Computer Engineering (TKJ) and Multimedia (MM). Every new school year, new students of new students who register increases. However, there are problems encountered in the process of selecting student majors, namely inaccurate decision making, there is no ranking, decision making has not used the method and is still using Microsoft Excel, so it requires quite a long time in determining student majors. The purpose of this study is to create a decision support system that is expected to help in determining the right majors for new students in SMK XYZ in accordance with the criteria set by SMK XYZ. This research resulted in a decision support system using the Profile Matching Method as a method for determining alternative final values. Reports produced by this system are value reports that contain the values calculated by students' grades. This decision support system was created using MySQL as a database and Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 as a system creation tool. With this support system, it can help the student in processing data and decision making in order to determine student majors.

Dalam dunia modern, silatbukan  hanya  sebagai  alat  seni  bela  diri  tetapi berkembang  menjadi  sebuah  upayadalam  memelihara  kesehatan  melalui  olahraga.  Decision support system (DSS) adalah sistem yang dibangun untuk membantu dalam pengabilan keputusan. DSS dapat dibangun dengan mengunakan beberapa metode seperti AHP (Analitycal Hierarchy Process ) SAW (Simple Additive Weighting), MFEP (Multi Factor Evaluation Process),Weighted Product dan lain-lain. Silat salah satu bentuk identitas seni beladiri nusantara kebudayaan Indonesia berisi tentang pendidikan yang berkembang dalam masyarakat.Penelitian ini bertujuan membandingkan hasil dari implementasi metode SAW dengan MFEP.

In helping the role of a lecturer in carrying out learning as well as an effort in improving the quality of learning it is necessary to appoint a Lecturer Assistant who is also in charge of replacing the role of the lecturer who is unable to attend. In the acceptance process of the Lecturer Assistant, it is necessary to use objective and accurate criteria and assessment using the calculation method to have a universal concept in the science of Decision Support Systems. For this reason, it is necessary to build a scoring system that can later produce decisions in selecting prospective Lecturer Assistants. Based on these views, the acceptance of the Lecturer Assistant will use one method in the Decision Support System that can produce a decision based on the ranking or ranking of each alternative, namely the Multi-Factor Evaluation Process method. With the application of this method that will be applied in an application, the system can help the institution in determining the feasibility of the acceptance process of the Lecturer Assistant so that later the Lecturer Assistant will be chosen based on the ranking of values that have been generated through the Multi-Factor Evaluation Process.

The decision making process for the selection of the best non-civil servant government employees is still done manually, where in the election there are still often some non-civil servant government employees (ppnpn) that are not appropriate as desired by the agency, so that in the election there are still nonconformities with existing procedures, therefore the need for a decision support system that will later assist in the decision making process. Decision support system is a system that can be used to support decision makers with the best alternative in making decisions in the process of selecting non-civil servant government employees (PPNPN) at the Polonia Class I Immigration Office. The Multifactor Evaluation Process (MFEP) method is a fairly simple method that can be used in decision making to analyze multiple criteria. This method will make decisions with several criteria that conflict with each other and will produce the greatest value that will be selected as the best alternative. The results of the calculation of this method will be as expected if the chosen alternative meets the specified criteria. Thus a decision support system is needed so that it can help make the right decision in the selection of the best non civil servant government employees (PPNPN) at the Polonia Class I Immigration Office. In a decision support system there are several methods that can be used to solve a problem in making a decision
