SMK XYZ is a Vocational School based on technology and located in South Jakarta. This school has several majors, namely Software Engineering (RPL), Network Computer Engineering (TKJ) and Multimedia (MM). Every new school year, new students of new students who register increases. However, there are problems encountered in the process of selecting student majors, namely inaccurate decision making, there is no ranking, decision making has not used the method and is still using Microsoft Excel, so it requires quite a long time in determining student majors. The purpose of this study is to create a decision support system that is expected to help in determining the right majors for new students in SMK XYZ in accordance with the criteria set by SMK XYZ. This research resulted in a decision support system using the Profile Matching Method as a method for determining alternative final values. Reports produced by this system are value reports that contain the values calculated by students' grades. This decision support system was created using MySQL as a database and Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 as a system creation tool. With this support system, it can help the student in processing data and decision making in order to determine student majors.

AbstrakMemilih pemasok  yang  tepat atau vendor diantara pemasok  yang  ada  adalah  isu  penting  bagi  top manajemen. Proses penentuan vendor pada PT. Gema Graha Sarana dilakukan secara manual, yang diawali dengan pengumpulan informasi melalui presentasi dari setiap calon vendor. Setelah itu dilakukan rapat pimpinan untuk membahas tentang kelebihan dan kekurangan masing-masing vendor. Rapat pimpinan perusahaan menggunakan sistem votting sehingga cara tersebut dinilai masih kurang objektif dan tidak menutup kemungkinan penilaian dilakukan secara subjektif. Saat ini sudah berkembang pesat teknologi dalam segala bidang salah satunya teknologi dalam penentuan pengambilan keputusan, oleh karena itu untuk membantu dalam pemecahan masalah tersebut perlu dilakukan sebuah  pendekatan dengan menggunakan sebuah metode sistem pendukung keputusan salah satu nya dengan menggunakan metode Profile Matching dengan tahapan yaitu menentukan kriteria, perhitungan pemetaan gap, melakukan pembobotan, perhitungan core factor dan secondary factor, perhitungan nilai total, dan perhitungan untuk menentukan perangkingan.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan vendor  yang cocok agar mampu menyediakan layanan jasa maintenance server dan jaringan sesuai kebutuhan. Sehingga dari tahapan-tahapan tersebut diperoleh sebuah hasil keputusan untuk memilih vendor yang akan diajak kerja sama dalam melakukan pekerjaan maintenance server dan jaringan dengan memilih PT. Proses seleksi beasiswa bidikmisi secara manual, mulai dari pengajuan formulir sampai penetuan mahasiswa penerima beasiswa semua dikerjakan secara manual sehingga pada proses pemberian bantuan pendidikan kepada mahasiswa terkdang tidak objektif karena banyaknya minat mahasiswa dari tahun ke tahun yang mengajukan permohonan beasiswa bidikmisi, keterbatasan waktu yang dimiliki kerap menyulitkan tim dalam menentukan mahasiswa yang tepat untuk menerima beasiswa. Diperlukan sebuah SPK yang dapat mempermudah pekerjaan tim dan dapat membantu memperoleh penerima beasiswa secara objektif. Sistem pendukung keputusan yang diusulkan dengan menggunakan metode profile matching dengan mempertimbangkan beberapa kriteria seperti potensi akademik, ekonomi keluarga, jumlah tanggungan orang tua, kelengkapan berkas, dan transportasi ke kampus. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan dan berdasarkan data yang dimasukkan pada sistem jika nilai core factor (CF) sebesar 65% dan secondary factor sebesar 35%, maka dari data yang ada terdapat lima orang yang berhak memperoleh beasiswa menurut rangking satu sampai lima yaitu M03, M09, M06, M07, dan M08. Dari pengujian yang dilakukan sebanyak 84% responden menjawab positif terhadap hasil sistem pendukung keputusan karena dapat membantu mereka untuk menjalakan tugas dan tanggungjawab sebagai tim seleksi. Kata kunci— Profile_Matching; Beasiswa; SPK; BidikmisiThe manual selection process for Bidikmisi scholarships, starting from submitting forms to determining scholarship recipients, is all done manually so that the process of providing educational assistance to students is sometimes not objective because of the high interest of students who apply for Bidikmisi scholarships from year to year. makes it difficult for the team to determine the right student to receive the scholarship. A DSS is needed that can facilitate the team and can help objectively obtain scholarship recipients. The proposed decision support system uses the profile matching method by considering several criteria such as academic potential, family economy, number of dependents of parents, completeness of files, and transportation to campus. This research produces a decision support system and based on the data entered in the system if the core factor (CF) value is 65% and the secondary factor is 35%, then from the existing data, five people are entitled to receive scholarships according to rank one to five, namely M03, M09, M06, M07, and M08. From the tests carried out, 84% of respondents answered positively to the results of the decision support system because it can help them carry out their duties and responsibilities as a selection team.Keywords— Profile Matching; scholarships; DSS; Bidikmisi

The scholarship selection process of Politeknik Negeri Samarinda are constraints on the decision-making process. This is because there is no objective method to determine quickly and precisely. To assist in the determination of the set someone worthy scholarship in this study will be design DSS (Decision Support System) with model of Multi-Criteria Decision Making. The method used is the method Profile Matching. Profile Matching methods have been able to select the best alternative from a number of alternatives, in this case meant that alternatives are eligible to receive scholarships based on the criteria specified. Research carried out by finding the weights for each sub-aspect, then carried ranking process that will determine the optimal alternative, the best students will be considered by decisionmakersto get a scholarship. Proses seleksi beasiswa di Politeknik Negeri Samarinda banyak terdapat kendala pada proses pengambilan keputusan. Hal ini dikarenakan belum ada metode objektif yang dapat memutuskan dengan cepat dan tepat. Untuk membantu penentuan dalam menetapkan seseorang yang layak menerima beasiswa maka dalam penelitian ini akan didesainkan DSS (Decision Support System) dengan model Multi Criteria Decision Making. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Profile Matching. Metode Profile Matching dipilih karena mampu menyeleksi alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif, dalam hal ini alternatif yang dimaksudkan yaitu yang berhak menerima beasiswa berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang ditentukan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mencari nilai bobot untuk setiap sub aspek, kemudian dilakukan proses perankingan yang akan menentukan alternatif yang optimal, yaitu mahasiswa terbaik yang akan dipertimbangkan oleh pengambil keputusan untuk mendapatkan beasiswa.

Grand Sirao Hotel is a hotel that stands in the middle of Medan City, located on Jl. Semarang. Grand Sirao Hotel is an attractive hotel in the sector of cooperation in certain fields, but in this hotel it often happens in cooperation with outside companies. One of the problems that often occurs at the Grand Sirao Hotel is the constrained stock of goods needed for guests staying at the hotel, items that are often constrained which are usually in the form of sandals and toiletries that are in short supply. This problem often arises because of the many other factors between companies related to hotel owners themselves, debates that often arise from hotel owner claims include quality of goods that are sometimes incompatible with reservations and need to be taken into account, inventory can be exhausted, prices always go up because of skyrocketing market prices and other problems. This collaboration problem arises due to lack of success in determining partnerships with related companies that are not appropriate and in company selection is also still manual and there are appropriate systems and criteria. Therefore a decision support system is needed in the selection of partners upon the proposed approval. One solution to this problem that is right is to make a decision system in the decision of the company's business partners so that the determination of cooperation in accordance with the right requirements. By using a Decision Support System (SPK) is expected to help the company in making decisions made by the right company partners in increasing the efficiency of the decision. PSI (Index Selection Preference Method) is a method for solving multi-decision making (MCDM) decisions. In the proposed method it is not necessary to submit among the attributes. There are no attributes required in computing that are involved in decision making. Politeknik Negeri Subang is one of the universities with a registration system for new student candidates through an independent examination path which is still offline and a decision support system that is taken based on the results of the decision of the meeting from the committee of the admission of new students, department and deputy. From the existing problems, the author tries to build a new student admission selection information system using a decision support system at the Subang State Polytechnic using the PHP programming language, and XAMPP as a web server, MySql as the database so that the process of input and data processing is faster, as well as profile matching method as a method used in decision support systems. Bantuan rumah tidak layak huni adalah salah satu program pemerintah untuk menekan angka kemiskinan di Indonesia, namun permasalahan yang ada bahwa proses yang selama ini dilakukan oleh pihak Kelurahan masih dilakukan secara subyektif dengan hanya mempertimbangkan hasil survey. Oleh karena itu, bagi pihak kelurahan diperlukan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan agar seleksi dapat dilakukan secara efisien secara sistemik.  Adanya metode Multiple Attribute Decission Making, menjawab semua permasalahan tersebut. Dari beberapa metode Multiple Attribute Decission Making, Simple Addictive Weighting dipilih untuk diterapkan kedalam sistem pendukung keputusan. Sistem pendukung keputusan dibuat menggunakan metode air terjun. Tujuan penelitian ini agar pihak kelurahan dapat menyalurkan bantuannya kepada yang berhak menerimanya, sehingga dengan adanya sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis web untuk memilih penerima bantuan perumahan sesuai dan objektif.  Penelitian ini memberikan hasil yang cukup akurat dimana proses penyaluran yang tepat sasaran dengan data yang diperoleh dari pihak kelurahan. Sistem yang dibuat cukup memnatu pihak kelurahan dengan nilai sekitar 73.6% yang diuji oleh 10 orang responden.   Kata Kunci: Rumah Tidak Layak Huni, Multiple Attribute Decission Making, Simple Addictive Weighting, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan.     Abstract The help of the home is not habitable is one of the government programs to suppress the poverty rate in Indonesia, but the problem exists that the process that was done by the village is still in subjectively Consider the survey results. Therefore, the town needs a decision support system so that the selection can be made by systemic efficiency. There is a method of Multiple Attribute Decision Making, answering all the problems. Of the multiple Attribute Decision-Making methods, Simple Addictive Weighting is chosen to be applied to the decision support system. The decision support system was made using a waterfall method. The purpose of this research is so that the village can distribute its help to the right to receive it, so it is expected by the Web-based decision support system to select the recipient of appropriate and objective housing assistance. This research provides entirely accurate results were the right distribution process targets with data obtained from the village. Human resources play an essential role in helping companies to achieve their vision and mission. As a large scale company, PT Petrokimia Gresik obviously needs to invest in Employees’ Performance Assessment System. It could act as a decision-making tool or a measure to evaluate and assess employees' performance at work so that theemployees’ promotion would be moreobjective and organized. Decision support system could be used to reduce the subjectivity in decision-making process. The decision support system that uses profile matching method or competency gap analysis was created based on the data which refers to the decree of the board of directors issued by PT Petrokimia Gresik. This system analyzes and assesses employee’s competencies by grouping and calculating core factors and secondary factors in each variable. The output of the calculation is a ranking of the candidates. By implementing decision support system which uses Profile Matching method, it assists company decision-making process in promotion decision based on employees’ competency scores more optimally.

School Activity

Learning is one of the obligations of students to do in every school activity where they study. However, sometimes many students are less able to digest the subject matter delivered by the teacher. Therefore, the school held a scholarship program for outstanding students. In order to motivate students to study harder. Achievement scholarships are given with the aim of motivating students to study harder. Currently the scholarship is not right on target because it is still done manually and it is not clear the criteria for a student to get an achievement scholarship. To conduct an assessment in awarding scholarships to high achieving students use a decision support system to help solve a problem. For this reason, to conduct an assessment in the awarding of scholarships, a decision support system using the Profile Matching method is used. Profile Matching method is one of the methods used in decision making. In this study, there are several aspects of the assessment for awarding achievement scholarships, namely the KKM Aspect, the Attendance Aspect, the Behavior Aspect, the Craft Aspect or the Discipline, the Neatness Aspect.
