The energy of solar radiation is a powerful energy reserve at the surface of the globe which is about twenty billion kW. This amount of energy is more than 100 times greater than the amount of necessary energy for the whole planet; besides the usage of this powerful energy radiator is not associated with polluting substances that pollute the planet. The usage of solar energy nowadays is very important, as the problem of using traditional energy resources is especially acute, because of their irreplaceability and increase in their cost. At the plants of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the industrial production of building materials today, a trend is outlined for the use of non-traditional types of energy, and mainly solar energy at the stage of heat treatment, where steam heating was traditionally used. In these researches, development in the direction of temperature treatment of polystyrene concrete was considered. The purpose of the research is the development and practical implementation of the technology of production of polystyrene using solar energy. The results of the conducted researches confirmed that the usage of solar thermal treatment methods for the thermal treatment of polystyrene concrete is effective in weather conditions for the southern regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan which refers to areas with dry and hot climatic conditions. Detailed studies of polystyrene concrete under high-temperature weather conditions have been carried out and introduced into production. The usage of heliotechnology for the production of polystyrene concrete improves the quality of manufactured products, also makes it possible to reduce the energy costs of traditional energy covered by the use of solar energy.

The innovation in the energy sector involves the use of renewable resources and the transition to eco-energy, which requires a comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages for the economically sound choice when deciding on the energy strategy for each region. The use of alternative energy sources in Russia and the world is analyzed, which brings us to a conclusion that Russia is currently in an intermediate position in this area. Measures are proposed in orderd to strengthen the government support for Eco energy. It is held that the development of solar energy will play the largest role in the innovative development of the Republic of Tatarstan. The article is devoted to the problems of solar energy in Russia and Tatarstan respectively, as well as to the prospects for its development based on the proposed legislative, investment, financial and organizational solutions. The article provides a methodology for the comprehensive and effective adaptation of foreign experience in the field of alternative energy and a roadmap for the implementation.

This paper deals with the influence of solar modules soiling on their energy efficiency. Soiling is the term used to describe the deposition of dust on solar modules. Dust, most often contains organic minerals and particles which result from the burning of fossil fuels, etc. In research studies investigating the influence of dust on the solar modules efficiency in the world, in the Solar Energy Laboratory at the Faculty of Sciences and Mathematics in Nis, and in the Solar Energy Laboratory at the Academy of Sciences and Arts of the Republic of Srpska, it was concluded that all types of dust negatively affect the energy efficiency of solar modules, with ash, limestone (calcium carbonate), red soil and sand (silicon dioxide) having the greatest impact.

This paper focuses on the use of renewable energy sources in Serbia and the Republic of Srpska and their impact on the environment and climate change. Renewable energy sources used in Serbia are hydropower, solar energy, wind energy, biomass, and biogas. Renewable energy sources used in the Republic of Srpska are hydropower, solar energy, biomass, and biogas. When using hydropower, the formed reservoirs often impact the microclimate of the environment in which they are located. Photothermal and photovoltaic solar radiation conversion installations are mostly stationary, do not emit harmful substances into the environment, and have no impact on climate change. The use of wind turbines has a certain influence on the flow of ambient air. When using biomass and biogas, combustion gases are released into the atmosphere, which has slightly negative impact on climate change. The paper concludes that the use of renewable energy sources in Serbia and the Republic of Srpska has a negligible negative impact on the environment and climate change.

Agriculture is one of the most important elements of the economic complex of the Republic of Crimea, which is confirmed by the high development of territories, about 70 percent of the area. To eliminate the acute shortage of water, the article proposes an autonomous system powered by solar energy. This will make it possible to provide water for irrigation on agricultural land. (Research purpose) The research purpose is in searching for and justifying optimal technical solutions for eliminating the problem of water supply to agricultural enterprises of the Republic of Crimea. (Materials and methods) Authors have analyzed the agro-climatic features of the Crimean Peninsula. The article presents the data on the depth of the aquifer on the territory of Crimea, the annual energy potential of solar and wind energy. The article proposes a variant of water supply using artesian water extraction systems powered by solar energy. Authors have calculated the parameters of the solar water supply system. The article presents a diagram of its work. (Results and discussion) The main advantage of a solar installation for water extraction is the ability to use it autonomously in remote areas, without resorting to the construction of expensive engineering structures, which allows us to solve the problem of water supply locally. To ensure the irrigation rate of the apple tree on the territory of one hectare with sufficient solar insolation, a water-based photovoltaic installation is a suitable technical solution. The article presents the total capacity and area of the photovoltaic plant. (Conclusions) The area of the photovoltaic station does not exceed one percent of the total area of the irrigated field. This installation will make it possible to solve the problem of water supply in the region, increase productivity and the overall standard of living of the population. The installation occupies a small area and has a high performance.
