The Mechanical Transient Process at Asynchronous Motor Oscillating ModeThe research object is squirrel-cage asynchronous motor connected to single-phase sinusoidal. There are shown, that by connecting to the stator windings a certain sequence of half-period positive and negative voltage, a motor rotor is rotated, but three times slower than in the three-phase mode. Changing the connecting sequence of positive and negative half-period voltage to stator windings, motor can work in various oscillating modes. It is tested experimentally. The mechanical transient processes had been researched in rotation and oscillating modes.

The paper proposes a new iterative method for determining the parameters of an induction motor. The method is based on the measured values of no-load current and active resistance of the stator winding. The calculated parameters are used to build the mechanical characteristics of the engine. To assess its accuracy, a comparative analysis with a pie chart was carried out. In the practical part of the work, on the basis of the experimental stand, measurements were made of the magnitude of the electromagnetic moment of the investigated asynchronous motor AIR71A4 at different values of the rotation frequency on the stable part of the mechanical characteristic. In a comparative analysis of the calculated and experimental data, it was found that the proposed method has sufficient accuracy in calculating the primary parameters of the engine. This provides a basis for the practical use of the proposed calculation method in engineering practice

THE PURPOSE. To investigate the existing methods of frequency control and their influence on the characteristics of the asynchronous motor, including the energy parameters. Consider new circuit solutions of the control type under study. Create a mathematical model of each of the methods of frequency control. To analyze the results obtained from the point of view of the behavior of mechanical, electromechanical and energy components. METHODS. When solving this problem, the method of computer simulation modeling, implemented by means of Matlab Simulink, was used. RESULTS. In this paper, various aspects of electric drive systems based on asynchronous motors with the use of cascade switching are studied and described, existing connection schemes for such systems are analyzed, and several new options with improved characteristics are proposed. A comparative analysis of various connection schemes is made, the most interesting results of such analysis are presented, and conclusions are drawn about the future prospects of certain circuit solutions.Electric drive systems were modeled in the Simulink MATLAB environment using software tools to demonstrate the operation parameters of the considered circuits. CONCLUSION. Various schemes for switching on the asynchronous motor in the Simulink Matlab environment were investigated. The results of the study revealed the potential usefulness of using a circuit with a transformer in the rotor circuit, as well as the construction of a multi-motor electric drive with a common transformer and a common frequency converter circuit. The efficiency of parallel connection of rotary circuits of a two-motor electric drive was demonstrated. The methods of returning the sliding energy to the network are also compared, and their effectiveness in a comparative analysis with the operation in the closed-loop rotor mode is demonstrated.

The expansion of the technical and technological capabilities of forging and stamping machines and equipment can be carried out through the introduction of new designs of actuators with wide functionality. These developments require solving the problems of kinematic synthesis and analysis of mechanisms. In this work a comparative analysis of the endurance indicators of a crank press with the mechanism for transforming the motion of Stephenson II depending on the elastic compliance of the connecting rods and the deformation of the forging was shown. In this regard, the features of the kinematics of a crank press driven by an asynchronous motor taking into account the flexibility of the connecting rods and the workpiece was investigated.

In order to conduct model experimental studies of the mutual influence of electromagnetic and mechanical transient processes of starting up inertial vibration drives with an asynchronous motor, its mathematical model is being developed. The analytical dependence of the dynamic mechanical characteristics of the vibrator at various values of the rotor acceleration is determined. The mathematical model uses the dynamic mechanical characteristics of an induction motor as a torque.

The paper deals with the influence of the type of membership functions of fuzzy variables on transient processes in an electric drive. The membership functions of fuzzy variables of S-shaped type and triangular type are proposed for consideration. To identify the dependencies of the influence of these functions, the article offers simulation modeling in the Matlab software environment, the Simulink application. The system of frequency converter - asynchronous motor (FC-AM) was chosen as the considered control system. Transient processes in the considered system with various types of membership functions are shown. The results of the work are summarized in the conclusions.
