The paper deals with the influence of the type of membership functions of fuzzy variables on transient processes in an electric drive. The membership functions of fuzzy variables of S-shaped type and triangular type are proposed for consideration. To identify the dependencies of the influence of these functions, the article offers simulation modeling in the Matlab software environment, the Simulink application. The system of frequency converter - asynchronous motor (FC-AM) was chosen as the considered control system. Transient processes in the considered system with various types of membership functions are shown. The results of the work are summarized in the conclusions.

This article discusses the disadvantages of electric motor control systems for the running gear of mine self-propelled cars of the 5vs-15M brand used for transporting ore to conveyor transport at the Tyubegatan potash Deposit and analyzes the use of a control system with a frequency Converter. Based on the results of the analysis of the recommended possible options for the electric drive, it is advisable to conduct further studies of the electric drive based on an asynchronous motor and a power circuit of a frequency converter.

Purpose. Synthesis of an automatic control system for an asynchronous electric drive of a grain thrower conveyor based on a frequency converter with vector control. Methodology. The research was carried out using methods of mathematical modeling of an electric drive; using methods of tuning optimization and regulator synthesis. The technique of synthesis of vector control systems is based on the representation of a non-stationary multi-connected object, which is an AC machine, in the form of a set of stationary subobjects with linear links in the main control channels. Findings. The study of the work of the subordinate regulation system, which implements the principles of vector control, oriented along the vector of the rotor flux linkage, has been carried out. The modeling of the processes of AM excitation, AM start-up at idle speed, nominal load surge, speed reduction has been carried out. It was found that the synthesized system is characterized by good quality indicators. The overshoot at start does not exceed 5%, the regulation time is 0.4 s, the torque limitation is carried out at a predetermined level. It has been proven that oscillatory processes in transient modes with significant torque surges with classical settings of loop regulators can be compensated by introducing artificial cross-links into the control part of the electric drive. Originality. A system of subordinate regulation of the blood pressure of the grain thrower trimmer conveyor has been implemented to set the speed of the grain flow with the aim of throwing grain at a given distance by creating an appropriate ballistic flight trajectory, which ensures a reduction in losses from damage to grain. Practical value. The structure of the vector control system of a frequency-controlled asynchronous electric drive with additional compensating cross-connections between active and reactive energy control channels is proposed to improve the quality indicators of the system.

THE PURPOSE. In controlled AC drives used on continuous-action mechanisms, which include conveyors, conveyors, cranes, the most widespread are asynchronous motors with a phase rotor, controlled mainly along the rotor circuit using various regulators with low energy efficiency. To improve the energy efficiency of an electric drive based on ADFR, it is proposed to develop a control system that combines the principles of frequency control of the motor along the stator circuit and powering the rotor circuit with constant voltage, which allows the electric drive to be considered synchronized. METHODS. The presence of a DC link in the frequency converter makes it possible in principle to connect the rotor winding in series to this link. However, in order to ensure the frequency principle of regulating the output characteristics of the electric drive, it will be necessary to regulate the rectified current at the input of the inverter and, accordingly, in the rotor windings, which will require a significant change in the standard control system of the frequency converter. The use of an additional adjustable switch in the DC link is proposed. RESULTS. The study of the proposed non-standard control system for a frequency asynchronous synchronized electric drive was carried out by the method of simulation modeling in the Matlab Simulink software package. CONCLUSION. A control system for a frequency asynchronous synchronized electric drive has been developed and investigated on a computer model. A correction system is proposed that allows maintaining a constant value of the load angle in the starting mode. The scalar system of relay frequency control of the electric drive is supplemented with vector correction of the variables, which makes it possible to continuously provide the necessary mutual orientation of the stator current vectors and the rotor flux linkage.

At metallurgical enterprises, slab transfer devices are widely used, the principle of operation of which is to lift slabs in the steel casting area and transport them to the storage area. The article considers the existing control system of the slab transfer device. At the moment, the mechanism has a DC motor controlled by a thyristor Converter. This system is difficult to maintain and has a large size. As an upgrade, the installation of an asynchronous motor with a frequency Converter is proposed. In the Matlab environment, mathematical models of single-circuit and double-circuit DC motor control systems and a model of asynchronous motor with a short-circuited rotor have been developed. A vector control system is used as an AC motor control system. As a result of simulation performed analysis of the characteristics. As an optimization of the system with vector control, in order to reduce dynamic loads on the turntable, it is proposed to introduce an intensity setter into the system, the use of which provides the necessary restriction of accelerations and jerks, reduces shock loads on the mechanical components of the electric drive, including a reduction in the load on the turntable when lowering the slab.

THE PURPOSE. To develop and investigate a mathematical model of an operating object – an individual heat point with two methods of controlling the temperature of the coolant. In the first case, the control of the temperature of the coolant is considered, with the help of a control valve installed on a real object. In the second case, a more reliable and less energy-consuming solution is proposed – replacing the control valve with a frequency- controlled electric drive operating according to the proposed optimal algorithm. METHODS. When solving this problem, the method of computer simulation modeling, implemented by means of Matlab Simulink, was used.RESULTS. The article deals with the problems that arise during the operation of an individual heating point. Possible solutions to the problem associated with the failure of the control valve are given. A solution for regulating the temperature of the coolant is proposed, based on the use of a frequency-controlled electric drive of the electric pump. To implement the proposed solution, no redevelopment of the premises is required, only the installation of a frequency converter on the pump already available in the device of an individual heat station is necessary. CONCLUSION. The conducted research has a practical focus, since the proposed solution is implemented at the existing facility. The use of a frequency-controlled electric drive of a centrifugal pump made it possible to increase the reliability of the existing facility. The results obtained during the simulation allow us to draw a conclusion about the feasibility of using the proposed solution.

In order to study grasss rotary compression characteristics during round bundle process, measurement and control system for silage cylindrical baler was developed in this paper based on virtual instrument technology. The system was constituted of KM520-B silage cylindrical baler, three-phase asynchronous motor, frequency converter, sensors, data acquisition card, the LabVIEW software platform, and so on. This system can be used to acquire information such as forming chambers rotary compression pressure, motors input torque and motors power consumption. By controlling the motors input rotate speed, this paper studied the motor speed, the grass moisture content and the grass bale densitys influence on compression power consumption, grass bale forming quality and forming chambers rotary compression pressure. At the same time, this paper established simulation equipment using MAX of NI Corporation to check the built measurement and control system. The results proved that the system can well complete the set of functions.

The article shows the peculiarity of the system of technological automation of the newest Simatic S7-1500 PLCs, for electric drives of hoisting transport machines, the analysis of control systems for electric drives of operating mine hoisting machines of mining complexes. One of the main ways to increase the energy efficiency of MLM is to replace old asynchronous electric motors with a phase rotor with squirrel cage induction motors designed for operation in a frequency-controlled electric drive. The introduction of a frequency converter and an electric drive control system, which together allow the recovery of electricity in the supply network in the mode of generator braking. Thus, the system for automated control of the mine hoisting machine based on the Simatic S7-1500 PLC, with the developed control algorithm, is an integrated energy-efficient control system, which it is advisable to use in the management of the SHM.

The frequency speed control system in flow control based on SENLAN SB60 frequency converter is made up of input set value and actual value which is the feedback voltage signal given by flow sensor, then adjusted by process PID automatic control, changes output frequency to regulate the speed of three-phase asynchronous motor to achieve the purpose of speed regulation, thus the tank's flow control can be obtained.
