Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo merupakan salah satu pesantren terbesar di wilayah tapal kuda Jawa Timur. Pondok Pesantren yang didirikan oleh KH. Zaini Mu’im pada tahun 1948 salah satu pesantren yang menerapkan sistem modern. Akan tetapi tetap menerapkan pola lama dengan menerima pembaharuan dengan tidak merubah ajaran Al-Qur’an dan Hadist. Pondok Pesantren saat ini dengan jumlah santri sekitar 8.000 santri    yang menetap di pondok dan sekitar 4.000 yang statusnya tolak dari rumah. Manajemen dalam pengeloloaan di Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid adalah dibagi banyak biro untuk mendukung dan membidangi semua unsur sebagai implementasi dari kebijakan pengasuh serta kepala pesantren sebagai pelaksana di lapangan. Biro Pendidikan merupakan biro yang mewadai semua unsur kebijakan terkait pelaksanaan pendidikan yang ada di Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid, kegiatan belajar mengajar (KBM) akan menjadi program kerja biro pendidikan. Program kerja biro pendidikan sebagai pelaksana pendidikan dasar menengah (DASMIN) untuk perguruan tinggi berdiri sendiri tidak menjadi bagian dari biro Pendidikan. sebagai biro yang membidangan pembelajaran tentunya sangat membutuhkan penerapan teknologi yang mendukungnya, salah satu teknologi yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh biro pendidikan aplikasi web yang bisa menampung semua aktifitas. Web tersebut akan menyampaikan informasi kegiatan dalam biro pendidikan, data guru, data siswa dan kegiatan belajar mengajar (KBM). Aplikasi yang yang akan dibangun berbasis portal Framework UIKIT sebuah framework yang berfungsi membangun interface pada sebuah web.UIKIT merupakan revolusi baru dari sebuah framework yang dikembangkan pada tahun 2013 oleh YooTheme yang merupakan salah satu penyedia tema yang popular. Independensi Responsive bagian dari respon yang sangat cepa atas kebutuhan biro pendidikan baik manajemen maupun kebutuhan pendukung Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar (KBM). Informasi yang bisa di akses dalam aplikasi tersebut meliputi : Rencana pembelajaran, materi bahan ajar serta pendukung lain, data guru, data murid dan semua kegiatan yang akan dilaksanakan oleh biro pendidikan

Subject. This article focuses on the investment web portal as a necessary communication tool and a way to govern the investment attractiveness of the region. Objectives. The article aims to conduct a comprehensive study of the problem of promoting regional investment web portals in the information environment. Methods. For the study, I used the methods of logical and statistical analyses, induction and deduction, comparison, and generalization. Results. The article describes the advantages of Internet portals of investment projects and the peculiarities of using Social Media Marketing (SMM) within public structures. It highlights the function of social networks in the process of interacting with the audience. Conclusions. Social Media Marketing is an integral tool for engaging with the investment community and one of the most effective ways to promote a regional investment web portal. The presented original methodology can be used by regional investment portals to analyze interaction with the audience and design a development strategy.

Russian Federal State Educational Standards of 3+ generation impose serious requirements to resource support of educational and training process, including electronic information-educational environment of the University. In the Southwest State University (SWSU), a unified multimedia information and educational environment based on Internet-broadband access technologies was created; it successfully operates and keeps developing. The main concept of this environment construction is the idea of integrating data, applications, and business processes. SWSU Electronic information-educational environment (EIEE) is designed to provide information transparency of the University activities in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation in the sphere of education, to organize educational activities of the University and to ensure access of students and research and academic-staff of the University to information and educational resources. The main components of SWSU EIEE are: the actors of the education and training process (teachers, students, etc.), external digital library systems, internal automated information library system, “SWSU academic courses” subsystem, “Southwest State University Web portal” subsystem, and the official web site of the Southwest State University. “Southwest State University Web portal" subsystem makes it possible to automate traditional basic functions of Dean's office of the University, such as managing student conduct systems for students of Bachelor and Master Degree Programs of full-time and correspondence forms of training; recording and statistical processing of the data on students’ progress; recording students’ achievements; managing Dean's office workflow. As prescribed in Federal State Educational Standards of 3+ generation, Portal Modules are used to record the results of formative and summative assessment of students in accordance with SWSU current score rating system for learning outcomes.

Web portals have the potential to promote sustainable environmental ideas due to the capacity of digital media, such as easy accessibility, openness, and networking. Local authorities (LAs) are responsible for activating carbon savings in homes, and they are key actors when it comes to providing neutral information to their citizens. Local authority web portals may thus create environmental awareness, particularly regarding owner-occupied single-family home renovation. Nevertheless, the experiences of LAs developing web portals have rarely been studied. Therefore, this paper analyses the development process of various LA web modules and investigates how LAs foster modular web portals to stimulate the adoption of home renovation with parameters to assess LAs’ actions in terms of the management of web-modules development. A homeowner renovation journey model is applied to map current local authority developments. Case study research and interviews were done to analyse and evaluate the adoption of modular web portals developed and tested by six local authorities in four countries in Europe. Based on the development and use of the modular web portal, lessons have been derived emphasising the importance of co-creation, integrating with offline activities, and a strategic management plan.
