The work is devoted to the substantiation of new research methods used to examine the writer's creative heritage and the concept of Dostoevsky's digital archive. The first part of the article provides examples of the use of online information technologies to create electronic archives of literary and historical texts from different eras, highlight the distinct and common features of the created archival collections, and analyze the principles of material presentation. The material for this part of the research was obtained from the most respectable foreign and Russian Internet portals, which display historical and literary collections and funds associated with various cultural traditions and personas. Each such electronic collection was created on the basis of extensive, sometimes decades-long, scientific work aimed at collecting handwritten and printed sources, restoring handwritten materials, their textual research, studying their creative and non-creative history, determining the methodology of working with them and the concept of their textual and digital reproduction, as well as extensive preparatory work on the selection of technical equipment and digitization of texts. In most cases, such digital archives are not only a place to store sources; they continue to serve research purposes and contain the results and examples of scientific research. In the second part of the article, the tasks of the Dostoevsky digital archive as a collection of texts and a scientific laboratory for the study of the writer's handwritten and printed heritage are formulated. The article substantiates the first stage of research work on the creation of a catalog of Dostoevsky's verbal and non-verbal graphics, based on the combination of modern software methods and textual analysis.

This study aimed to provide basic data for solving maternal problems using big data. Keywords related to postpartum obesity were collected from the portal site Google from 1 January 2019 to 31 December 2019. The collected data were analyzed through simple frequency analysis, N-gram analysis, and keyword network. This study can be used as basic data for postpartum obesity-related programs or academic research. It is also expected to be used for research on the development of a mobile-based customized healthcare system focused on maternal health. Previous papers and data are still insufficient at solving the physical and mental problems related to postpartum obesity and depression. This article reviews the headline structure on the online news portals that are dedicated to sport events. The object of this research is a typical model of heading complex, while the subject is the specificity of text heading strategy during a notable sport event, such as the Olympic Games in Tokyo. The article employs the method of continuous sampling of headlines, classification and interpretation of the acquired material, comparative analysis, as questionnaire-based survey of young journalists – students of the faculty of Journalism. The answers of respondents indicated that these information portals have become a traineeship for the students majoring in sports journalism. The novelty of this article is defined by the following factors: most common headline structure on the sports information portals consists of two simple sentences; there are four types of relationships between the parts of headline. The author determines the reason for the dominance of the two-part headline complex: on the one hand, it is explained by the general evolution of headlines of the Internet media – from drawing attention towards purely informative, which virtually replaces reading of the material. On the analyzed Internet portals, this is complemented by the tendency towards copying the structure of the post in social media: the image and short description it, which can unfold to a larger text upon the desire of the reader. It is assumed that namely the prevalence of young journalists in sports media and the focus on young audience that follows sports events t leads to the increase of headlines of such type.

A complex of various technological innovations, which, first of all, have information and communication content, among which it is necessary to mention news and analytical Internet portals, messengers like Whatsapp, hybrid and convergent media tools such as Telegram and Facebook, video hosting and editing services (Youtube and TikTok), streaming platforms, and numerous other technological solutions have a great impact on political processes in Central Asia, transforming them and reformatting them. Their influence is most pronounced in Kazakhstan, for a number of reasons, among which a higher standard of living of the population and, accordingly, the paying capacity of the audience, the depth of Internet penetration, the development of the communication sphere, etc. In this regard, the situation in Kazakhstan presented to be largely as a model for the entire region of Central Asia. The impact of communicative technological innovations in the Republic of Kazakhstan is manifested through the intensification of socio-political processes, the restructuring of society, through the emergence of new groups of influence, as well as the creation of dialogue and discussion platforms, often of an informal plan, which contribute both to the unification and differentiation of the social organism. This gives rise to various dilemmas in the choice of state approaches to the use of communicative technological innovations, which is expressed both in encouraging the development of the information and communication sphere, and in attempts to limit civic activity if it goes through the channels of new means of communication. The author suggests that in the coming years, the impact of communicative technological innovations on political processes in Kazakhstan will be under the sign of the two indicated contradictory tendencies (striving for freedom and control), especially considering the neighborhood with the two powers, China and the Russian Federation, with their predominantly repressive logic of interaction state with society.
