One of the characteristics of an entrepreneur is that his thoughts and insights are oriented towards Action rather than just dreaming, wishing and talking. An entrepreneur always faces risk with uncertainty and limitations in every problem he faces. If we only speak words and do not take action, all opportunities that exist will turn into disasters and calamities in our lives. A drafter or theorist, works with data and is rarely in the field. On the other hand, an entrepreneur spends 95% of his time in the field with his employees, suppliers and customers. Because working with data, in order to be valid and scientific, a drafter must be accustomed to testing the data, building a model and doing validation. What will be a problem if a drafter does not master the situation and information in the field and can become doubtful about his decision so that he tends to repeat the cycle again. Namely collecting data that causes him to be spindly and more oriented to the mind than Action. On the other hand, an Action-oriented person is a person who has a high level of effectiveness. To study the characteristics of an Action-oriented person using the model of an effective person

Analyses of the "police personality" have often blurred a useful distinc tion between exclusivity and commonality-between traits possessed only by police, on the one hand, and traits possessed by people who become police officers but who may become something else, on the other. There is persuasive evidence that the police officer does share with other police -and other specific groups-traits ranging through several dimensions of personality. The Jungian conceptual framework, as reflected in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), provides a synthesizing, explanatory, and predic tive scheme for the common traits identified by other, independent ("non- Jungian") investigators. An analysis of other research on the police per sonality shows it to be remarkably similar to MBTI theoretical statements. The MBTI may be a useful tool in training, counseling, and organizational change, but it is limited as an exclusive instrument for selection.

Based on data from 343 subjects, results suggest that Thompson's Test of Critical Thinking Skills has reasonable item difficulty and discrimination coefficients and appears to be valid. Construct validity was investigated by administering the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and the Group Embedded Figures Test. Although conclusions must be considered tentative pending additional study, the results warrant continued inquiry regarding the measure's value.

This study aims to examine the laws of dowry money decoration that are common in the community. The innovation and soul of art that is channeled through décor of dowry money is proven to produce beautiful and unique works, so as to attract the attention and interest of the wider community. However, because to produce beautiful and unique works, a high level of creativity is needed, so not everyone can do it. On the one hand, this phenomenon opens up quite good business opportunities, but on the other hand, it should be watched out, because in some conditions it contains the practice of buying and selling currencies with nominal differences. Through this study, I would like to uncover the law of buying and selling practices decorating dowry money and decorating services. As I also intend to present an applicative solution for the community so that they can still channel their artistic talents without violating Shari’ah law.

Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) was examined for its utility as a predictor of intellective behaviors. For beginning, intermediate and advanced high school students measures of GPA, IQ, science achievement, and science aptitude were obtained. MBTI subscales were dichotomized and criteria were analyzed relative to the resultant eight groups. MBTI subscales provided evidence that typology may well be a moderating factor in intellective performance. The intuition (S-N) scale provided consistent indication of typological differences moderating performance. MBTI appeared to be more appropriate for heterogeneous groups and lost its discriminatory utility with homogeneous groups.
