The turbulent and complex business environment demands that an organization keeps updating its business travel map; take a strategic step that focuses the capabilities and commitment of all personnel to realize the organization's ideal future. Innovative companies use a balanced scorecard as a strategic management system that manages corporate strategy on a continuous basis. The Strategy Model using balanced scorecard on the company's electrical distributor is a strategic and operational business plan that is developed through the following steps: 1) description of vision and mission becomes the goal; 2) description of objectives into strategic advice; 3) Strategic description becomes a strategic initiative to achieve strategic objectives; 4) description of strategic initiatives into a program; and 5) a description into the budget program. The goal to be achieved in this research is to know the performance on the company's electrical distributor in improving profitability. The Balanced Scorecard analysis in the firm found that the financial perspective score 5, the Customer Perspective 3.08, the Internal Business Process Perspective of 3.04, and the Learning and Growth Perspective 2.7. Based on the results of the company score then determine the strategy to increase sales volume by increasing customer satisfaction through quality products with competitive prices, and increase the number of stock items. Optimizing the profit earned, so as to increase the company's ability to return capital to shareholders, by limiting the cost to the owner's personal needs.

This research aims to compile and designing Strategy Map and Balanced Scorecard on PT. DPI in order to achieve the objective of becoming an international organization or world class company.  According to David P. Norton which had been quoted by Mathews (2007), Balanced Scorecard is precise methodologies to develop measurement which is capable to describe the organization’s strategy.  Development of Strategy Map is the key to design effective Balanced Scorecard. The analysis result stated that the Strategy Map of PT. DPI could be compiled by virtue of the strategic issues in the corporate level, meanwhile for the Balanced Scorecard design consists of four perspectives in which financial perspective to improve the ROI of strategic objective by increasing revenue from existing product and new product.  Customer perspective, with the strategic objective of customer satisfaction, increased market share by retaining existing customers and add new customers.  Internal Business Process Perspective, with a strategic objective of developing superior products, innovative and sophisticated, improved customer relationship management.  Learning and Growth Perspective, with strategic objectives to improve the quality, professionalism of human resources DPI, to develop a conducive climate in DPI (improve DPI climate).

In improving organizational performance, alignment an organizations and individuals in the organization is very important. Balanced Scorecard is one of the alternative performance measure that aims to combine the performance measures of financial and non-financial. Inspired by Kaplan and Norton, the concept was developed in four perspectives: financial, customer, internal process and learning and growth. This article discusses how to build a balanced scorecard, include determining the strategic objectives, measures, targets, initiatives, and implementing the balanced scorecard in public organizations. The performance assessment of Islamic Universities have: 1) strategic targets financial perspective: the ability to obtain funding and cost efficiency, 2) strategic objectives perspectives of stakeholders, namely the satisfaction and pride for students, 3) strategic objectives of internal process perspective is a internal business portal, process and policy procedures, financial systems and reporting, internal control and performance measurement, research and community service quality, 4) strategic objectives of learning and growth perspectives improve the professionalism of human resources, improve the quality and infrastructure facilities. Islamic university has 21 strategic objectives in the four perspectives of the balanced scorecard. As well as the maqasid syariah used as an indicator both in aligning the results of an assessment of the performance of the Islamic universities.

Perubahan ke arah strategi yang dapat diimplementasikan sesuai dengan perkembangan persaingan </strong><strong><em>charter flight</em></strong><strong> untuk pelayanan yang terbaik bagi pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan aplikatif yaitu merancang suatu sistem yang dapat diaplikasikan pada perusahaan </strong><strong><em>charter flight</em></strong><strong>, yang telah memiliki sistem pengelolaan kinerja dengan menggunakan </strong><strong><em>Balanced Scorecard</em></strong><strong>. </strong><strong>Pada perancangan </strong><strong><em>Balanced Scorecard</em></strong><strong> terdapat 4 perspektif utama yaitu : </strong><strong><em>financial perspective , customer perspective, internal business processes , learning and growth perspective</em></strong><strong>. </strong><strong><em>Balanced Scorecard</em></strong><strong> tidak di desain secara spesifik untuk perusahaan jasa dan tidak bersifat prediksi.</strong><em> </em><strong>Sementara</strong> <strong><em>Service </em><em>Scorecard</em> memfokuskan spesifik pelayanan pada <em>customer perspective</em>. </strong><strong>Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh </strong><strong><em>Strategy Mapping</em></strong><strong> yang memuat tujuan-tujuan strategis dan indikator (<em>Lead dan Lag</em>) dari <em>Service Scorecard</em>. Terdapat 17 ukuran kinerja yang temuat di dalam 17 tujuan strategis dan 7 perspektif dari <em>Service Scorecard</em> yaitu : <em>Growth, Leadearship, Acceleration, Collaboration, Innovation, Execution, Retention</em>. Tujuan strategis yang dibuat dalam suatu Strategy Mapping dan indikator sangat berguna untuk menyusun langkah selanjutnya yang akan ditempuh oleh perusahaan. </strong></p><p> </p><p><em>Abstract<strong> – </strong></em><strong>Competition </strong><strong>between charter flight businesses increasingly stringent in a global competition. Companies must be dynamic and adaptive to changes in the business environment.  Changes in the direction of strategy that can be implemented in accordance with the competition  development of charter flight for the best service for customers. This research uses applicative approach to design a system that can be applied to the charter flight company, which already has a performance management system by using the Balanced Scorecard. In the Balanced Scorecard , there are four main perspectives: financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business processes, learning and growth perspective. Balanced Scorecard is not designed specifically to service companies and non-predictive. While the Service Scorecard specific focus on customer service perspective. This research has resulted a strategy map with subsequent strategic objectives and indicator (Lead and Lag) for Service Scorecard. Finally, there are 17 performance measures with subsequent 17 strategic objectives and 7 perspectives Service Scorecard: Growth, Leadearship, Acceleration, Collaboration, Innovation, Execution, Retention. To the face the increase of the current business environment  into a more complex situation, a method of performance measurement       that                  can accurately and comprehensively assess   the company's performance is essentially needed. In this case the method which can be used is the Balanced Scorecard. The objective of the Balanced Scorecard method is to measure the performance of the company from four perspectives, namely:  learning  and  growth  perspective,   internal   business  process  perspective, customer perspective and financial perspective.The researcher conducted the research on PLN Palangka Raya District using the data from  2006-2008 to analyze the financial perspective, while for other perspectives using company data and calculation of questionnaires distributed to employees of PLN Palangka Raya District.The results  of  the  research  reveals  that  the  overall  performance  of  PLN Palangka Raya  District  is  good  enough,  it  is  indicated  by  the  value  generated  from  the respective scorecards of  each perspective. The conclusion that can be derived through the  analysis  is  that  the  Balanced  Scorecard  is  the  best  method  in  assessing  the performance of the company, since the Balanced Scorecard raises the important aspects that are ignored by the traditional performance measurement, such as aspects of human resources, systems used in a corporation, operational processes, and aspects of customer satisfaction, so that the measurement results of the Balanced Scorecard is more accurate. Accurate  performance  measurement  is  very  important  for  management,  both  in  the process of  planning, decision making, and controlling, and in realizing the vision and mission of the corporation.

This research was conducted in PT.Bahtera Utama by measuring performance using the Balanced Scorecard as measured through four perspectives, that is financial perspective, the customer perspective, internal business process perspective, and learning and growth perspective. The purpose of this study was to measure the performance with balanced scorecard, analyze and recommend the results to the company. The research method used is a case study and survei methods with descriptive research. The results of this study indicate that the performance of the financial perspective quite good includes the profits, revenue, productivity, and the short term liabilities have not been able to be achieved as expectations. For Customer perspective, the performance of the companies is very good where customer satisfaction and loyalty must be maintained, for the continuation of the order. For Internal Business Process perspective, the company's performance in terms of both innovation and quality of products are very good, but in the time of processing product distribution is average and company has been able to fix it with the strategic objectives effectively and efficiently. For learning and growth perspective, the performance is good at all points but in the employee productivity and commitment, the targets have not been able to be achieved and the application of the information technology is very good. Overall assessment of performance on the PT.Bahtera Utama is good with the score of 4.29.

Jasa Tirta I Public Company is a state-owned company engaged in the management of water resources. The quality of the performance of an organization can be known by measuring the performance of the achievement of performance indicators. Comprehensive planning of performance indicators is needed. This study aims to determine the performance measurement of Perum Jasa Tirta I by the Balanced Scorecard method and then analyzed by the PDCGA (Plan-Do-Check-Goal-Action) method for continuous improvement to improve company performance. The research method used in this study uses a mixed-method approach. The results showed that the measurement of public performance based on the Balanced Scorecard Perum Jasa Tirta I 2015-2019 method is divided into 4 approaches: financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, and learning & growth perspective including good performance. Judging from the financial perspective it is included in the very good category. From the customer perspective, it is included in the excellent category. From the internal business perspective it is classified as quite good, Electricity Raw Water Service indicators reached 93% of the 100% target and environmental management achieved 97% of the 100% target. From the perspective of learning & growth in the excellent category.

ENGLISHThis study aims to analyze the performance of a village unit cooperative (KUD) as a business entity using the balanced scorecard instrument. The research was conducted in July 2020 with KUD Bahagia, one of rural cooperatives in Pati Regency, as research object. This research used a quantitative and qualitative approach (mix method). Primary data were obtained by interviewing KUD administrators and field observations, while secondary data were derived from the annual report of the KUD Bahagia in 2020 fiscal year. Data were analyzed using a balanced scorecard to determine the performance of KUD from four perspectives namely financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, and learning development perspective. The results showed that from balanced scorecard point of view, in general KUD Bahagia showed well performance. Few indicators show lower performance and the management of KUD Bahagia should pay attention for the indicators.The number of KUD members tends to decrease and the use of information technology in managing administration and running a business need to be boosted. INDONESIAPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja badan usaha berbentuk Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) dengan menggunakan instrumen balanced scorecard. Data primer diperoleh dengan cara wawancara dengan pengurus KUD dan observasi lapangan sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari laporan rapat anggota tahunan Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) Bahagia Tahun 2020. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan balanced scorecard untuk mengetahui kinerja KUD dari perspektif keuangan, perspektif pelanggan, perspektif proses bisnis internal, serta perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ditinjau dari analisis balanced scorecard, Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) Bahagia secara umum menunjukkan kinerja yang baik. Beberapa indikator kinerja yang perlu mendapat perhatian dari pengelola KUD Bahagia adalah penurunan jumlah anggota KUD dan masih perlu dioptimalkan penggunaan teknologi informasi dalam mengelola administrasi maupun menjalankan usaha.

This paper examines the use of the Balanced Scorecard in a not-for-profit organization (Cattaraugus County ReHabilitation Center).  The ReHabilitation Center has begun using the Balanced Scorecard paradigm in its strategic planning process.  In this paper an overview is presented of the basic concepts of the Balanced Scorecard including the financial perspective, customer perspective, internal process perspective, and learning and growth perspective.  The history and services of the ReHabilitation Center are then summarized.  The application of the Balanced Scorecard approach to the ReHabilitation Center is discussed in detail.  Implications in using the Balanced Scorecard are discussed.  Finally, conclusions regarding the use of the Balanced Scorecard in a not-for-profit organization are presented.

The purpose of this study was to determine the performance assessment of Bank Mega Syariah with the Balanced Scorecard method. There are four aspects of assessment in the balanced scorecard, namely financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, and learning and growth perspective. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The type of data is secondary, sourced from the Financial Statements and Annual Reports that have been published by Bank Mega Syariah. The data collection technique uses the documentation method from the official website of the Financial Services Authority, and the official website of Bank Mega Syariah. Data analysis technique is to calculate the score of each perspective, based on predetermined criteria. The results obtained from the analysis of the performance assessment of Bank Mega Syariah using the Balanced Scorecard method for the 2015-2019 period, for a financial perspective the NPF ratio shows a healthy predicate, the FDR ratio with a fairly healthy predicate, and an ROA ratio with a healthy predicate. healthy predicate, ROE ratio with fairly healthy predicate, BOPO ratio with very healthy predicate, and CAR ratio with very healthy predicate. For the customer perspective, it shows a decrease in Market Share and shows an increase in Customer Profitability. For the internal business process perspective, it shows an increase in Process Innovation and an increase in After Sales Service. For the learning and growth perspective, it shows a decrease in employee retention and shows an increase in employee productivity.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui penilaian kinerja Bank Mega Syariah dengan metode Balanced Scorecard. Terdapat empat aspek penilaian dalam balanced scorecard, yaitu perspektif keuangan, perspektif pelanggan, perspektif proses bisnis internal, dan perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Jenis data yaitu sekunder, yang bersumber dari Laporan Keuangan dan Laporan Tahunan yang telah dipublikasi oleh Bank Mega Syariah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi dari website resmi Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, dan website resmi Bank Mega Syariah. Teknik analisis data yaitu dengan menghitung skor masing-masing perspektif, berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kajian analisis penilaian kinerja Bank Mega Syariah dengan menggunakan metode Balanced Scorecard periode 2015-2019, untuk perspektif keuangan pada rasio NPF menunjukkan predikat sehat, rasio FDR dengan predikat cukup sehat, rasio ROA dengan predikat sehat. predikat sehat, rasio ROE dengan predikat cukup sehat, rasio BOPO dengan predikat sangat sehat, dan rasio CAR dengan predikat sangat sehat. Untuk perspektif pelanggan menunjukkan penurunan Pangsa Pasar dan menunjukkan peningkatan Profitabilitas Pelanggan. Untuk perspektif proses bisnis internal menunjukkan peningkatan dalam Inovasi Proses dan peningkatan Layanan Purna Jual. Untuk perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan menunjukkan penurunan Retensi Karyawan dan menunjukkan peningkatan Produktivitas Karyawan.
