The professionalism of a teacher is to be able to demonstrate his performance in performing the task of educational profession characterized by the satisfaction of academic competence of education and mastery of substance competence and I or field of study according to the field of his I her knowledge. One example is a teacher of Cultural Art who is not only a professional in thefield of art but must master the substance of the field of skill. This assumption is based on competency standards that should be taught by art teacher of culture especially skill learning that is ( I .I) "Appreciate and Make Tapestridi Class VIII Craft at junior high school level (SMP) level. However, the reality is that most teachers do not teach skills learning. That is, the demands of competency standards are not working properly. Based on the findings in one junior high school in Padang, that the cause of this problem is because the teachers more dominate the art of learning (Appreciation and Expression).Concerns about teachers' inadequacies in this skill learning process require teachers to attend education and training I workshops. Therefore, it was agreed that the priority of the teacher problem to be solved was to hold "Teachings of Fine Arts, especially on Tapestri Skill Learning". Teachers to be trained are teachers of SMP (Art Culture) in Padang City as many as JO people . It is expected that after this training they can I ) have knowledge of tapestry material as a skill learning in junior high, 2) create at least one tapestry based on learned process, and 3) implement it in skill learning in class. After attending the training I training, the results are obtained, SMP Junior High School Artistic Junior High School teachers in Padang: I ) already have knowledge about tapestry craft based on competency standard in class VIII SMP, 2) can create one tapestry work based on technique and steps that have been studied

This research aimed to develop online learning guidebook for junior high school level. The method used in this research was research and development in terms of 4-D model development which consists of four main stages: Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The informants were study consisted of 2 expert informants and 17 junior high school teachers in Kendari City, Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia. This type of research data was descriptive qualitative. The data collected were in the form of suggestions and responses put forward by the informants. This information was collected and summarized to improve the learning products developed. The results showed that the developed online learning guidebook has met the appropriate criteria in the media and language aspects by the respective experts. Besides, Teachers find that this guidebook is very interesting and useful as a guide in online learning, especially during the current pandemic. Furthermore, the developed guide book fosters curiosity of teachers to find out the use of applications in the book, and makes teachers think creatively in making learning media. The online learning guidebook is advantaged for the teachers to provide interesting learning media and material for students especially in this pandemic era.

The aim of this study was to develop a module of mathematics at the junior high school level class VIII. It is based on the observation of books or teaching materials used in schools is an informative and not involve students in the learning process. This study develops a mathematical module VIII Junior High School class-based constructivism. Constructivism approach chosen by reason will lead students in finding and independently formulate a mathematical concept. This type of research is the development of research (Research and Development), which is intended to develop modules Junior High School math class VIII-based constructivism. This research subject is class VIII student at Junior High School 2 Metro, Junior High School 4 Metro and Junior High School 6 Metro. When the study for two years in which the first year to implement the development of modules and the second year of implementing use of modules developed and seen the results of student learning.  Implementation of the research in the first year has been implemented which reached the stage of expert validation and testing of the small scale of the development of junior high school math module VIII class-based constructivism

This article deals with Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning technology innovation at the junior high school level. The focus of the problem studied is related to what is innovation, technology and how is PAI's learning technology innovation at junior high school level. The results showed that the form of PAI learning technology innovation at junior high school level included; educational innovation, technology, learning technology, development of learning technology, web-based learning (e-learning), as well as the internet as a source of learning with an approach to developing inquiry and discovery learning methods. The effectiveness of this learning technology innovation makes the subject matter more understood by students, because the material from teaching material is discovered and practiced by students themselves. While the response of students is very enthusiastic and positive. The weakness of this learning technology innovation is that there are obstacles in operating learning technology because not all students have a representative media in implementing technology-based learning (online).

The intersection of two lines was studied in grade 7, junior high school. This geometry material is very important, as the basic 3 dimensions that students will learn at the high school level. Exploring and persuading the two properties of vertical lines is the most difficult thing in teaching. Traditional teaching uses methods such as observation, drawing, measurement, and comparison to derive the properties of vertical lines, and expresses the properties of vertical lines in finer words, which easily create greater difficulty for students to understand. This research uses research and development methods, tries to use mathematical software to teach lines and angles and optimizes the basic concept of lines and angles. The results of this study provide specific references to the graphs and geometry of junior high school mathematics.

Abstract: This study aims to produce products through the development of Frezi-based physics learning media on business materials and energy at the VIII grade of junior high school level, knowing the feasibility of the media according to the validators and knowing the responses of students to the media. This research is R & D research. The types of data produced are quantitative and qualitative data which are analyzed by the guideline of assessment criteria to determine product feasibility. This study resulted in Frezi-based learning media products on business materials and energy at the junior high school class VIII the final product produced had shown to be very feasible with an average score of material expert assessment 81%, media experts with an average score of 80%. learning media obtained in small group trials are very good with an average score of 87%. In the field trials obtained very good criteria with an average score of 88.33%. This frezi-based physics learning media has been qualified to use as a learning mediaAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk melalui pengembangan media pembelajaran fisika berbasis Frezi pada materi usaha dan energi tingkat SMP kelasVIII, mengetahui kelayakan media menurut para validator dan mengetahui respon peserta didik terhadap media.

Problem-based learning connects new problems that exist in daily life. It optimizes the ability to think through the process of group work and experimental activities. The students have difficulties in solving problems. They have little experience and are not highly motivated. It makes them unable to explore what students have. The conventional methods lack of training in critical thinking for students. This causes students to lack confidence to play an active role in the learning process. Based on these problems, the present study therefore developed the Indonesian language learning materials for Grade 7 at the junior high school level using the Problem Based Learning model.
