The goal to be achieved in this research is that teachers at SD Negeri Tenggilis Mejoyo I Surabaya have the ability to write stories in the 2021/2022 Academic Year. This action research was carried out at SD Negeri Tenggilis Mejoyo I, Tenggilis Mejoyo sub-district, Surabaya City, involving 18 teachers as research subjects from August to September 2020. This research was an action research because the author who carried out the action was the head of SD Negeri Tenggilis Mejoyo I who was responsible for fully on the development of human resources in the school environment. Story writing activity is one of the most complicated teacher professional development jobs because it requires accuracy based on the formulation of indicators. The form of story writing really depends on the indicators to be measured. Each form of this story has advantages and disadvantages, therefore the form of the story is adjusted to the indicators to be measured. Therefore, efforts are needed to improve teacher competence, especially in writing stories, one of which is through efforts to organize workshops. Workshop is a scientific meeting in a similar field (Education) to produce real work. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded from this research that the intensification of the One School One Book Program through a Workshop in writing stories is very effective. The attitudes and abilities of the teachers at Tenggilis Mejoyo I Elementary School, Tenggilis Mejoyo Subdistrict, Surabaya City have increased after the Workshop. In addition, it can also improve the ability of teachers in writing stories professionally. This can be seen in the second cycle of activities after the intensification of the One School One Book Program through the Workshop the average score obtained was 70.3. The story is said to be feasible if at least 65% of the criteria can be met. Thus, it can be stated that in the first and second cycles 100% of teachers were able to write stories that deserved to be published through the One School One Book program.

This study aims to determine whether nor not there is an increase in learning outcomes in storytelling material with effective sentences through the application of the Communicative Language Approach to Grade 5 students of SD Negeri Airlangga I/198 Surabaya, and to find out how much improvement in learning outcomes in storytelling materials with effective sentences through the application of this approach. Communicative Language for Grade 5 students of SD Negeri Airlangga I/198 Surabaya. Teachers are required to be able to adapt, choose and integrate various types of approaches and learning approaches in delivering material. This aims to make it easier for students to accept the material presented and avoid student boredom, so it is hoped that using the Communicative Language Approach in this thematic learning can improve understanding of Storytelling Materials with effective sentences for Class 5 students of SD Negeri Airlangga I/198 Surabaya. Action research was carried out in two learning cycles by applying the Communicative Language Approach and student learning outcomes on storytelling material with effective sentences as the object of research. Based on the explanation of the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that there is an increase in learning outcomes of storytelling materials with effective sentences through the application of the Communicative Language Approach to the 5th Graders of SD Negeri Airlangga I/198 Surabaya.

This study aims to determine whether nor not there is an increase in the memory of the Environmental Balance material through the application of Mind Mapping techniques to students of Class 4-C SD Negeri Kendangsari I/276 Surabaya, and to determine how much the increase in the memory of the Environmental Balance material through the application of Mind Mapping techniques to students. Class 4-C SD Negeri Kendangsari I/276 Surabaya. This research was conducted to overcome the problem of low memory experienced by students of Class 4-C SD Negeri Kendangsari I/276 Surabaya. Therefore, the author as a teacher in the class tries to apply the Mind Mapping technique which focuses on student learning activities in order to get educational values, knowledge in learning and maximum memory. The action research was carried out in two learning cycles and, based on the exposure to the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that there is an increase in the memory of the Environmental Balance material through the application of Mind Mapping techniques in Class 4-C students of SD Negeri Kendangsari I/276 Surabaya. Improved memory of Environmental Balance material through the application of Mind Mapping techniques in Grade 4-C students of SD Negeri Kendangsari I/276 Surabaya an average of 25%

The main purpose of this action research is to determine the effect of continuous supervision on improving the pedagogic competence of teachers in Planning and Implementing Online Learning at SDN Wonokusumo VI/45 Surabaya. In addition, because there are other alternative actions, this action research also aims to determine the class teacher's teaching preparation and the suitability, accuracy and integration of the online learning plans that have been prepared. Online or online learning is considered a solution for teaching and learning activities to continue in the midst of the corona pandemic. Online learning is learning without face to face directly between teachers and students, but is done online. Learning is done through video conferencing, e-learning or distance learning. Although it has been agreed, this method is controversial. For teachers, the online learning system is only effective for assignments. They consider that to make students understand the material, the online method is considered difficult. The implementation of continuous supervision in an effort to improve the pedagogic competence of teachers in Planning and Implementing Online Learning was carried out on 14 teachers at SDN Wonokusumo VI/45 Surabaya through a mechanism of 2 cycles, each of which used 11 effective school days. Cycle I, which was held on August 1-15, 2021, achieved 21% completeness in the poor category, while in cycle II, which was held on August 16-31, 2021, it was able to achieve 100% cycle completion in the very good category. From these results, the authors convey that the implementation of continuous supervision is very effective in improving the pedagogic competence of teachers in Planning and Implementing Online Learning at SDN Wonokusumo VI/45 Surabaya. The increase in pedagogic competence is only limited to aspects of planning and implementing online learning and several other factors that influence besides continuous supervision are the quality of online learning plans, the existence of supporting school infrastructure and training.

This study aims to implement the curriculum by utilizing information and communication technology during the pandemic which in the process is distance learning. Teachers without face-to-face with students are expected to continue to maximize the learning process and maintain the quality of graduates by utilizing technology. The curriculum which is used as the spirit of education in schools is expected to be a reference for future learning progress. Whether or not the process is progressing or not, the success or failure of the process all depends on the curriculum developed by the school. This implementation must involve all stakeholders by preparing the readiness of the infrastructure and human resources owned by the infrastructure readiness teachers, at least the government procures funds for infrastructure facilities such as computers, internet connections, while for the readiness of teacher human resources, schools hold training on the use of MO365 from the Surabaya City Education Office and Google account suite. learn ID from the Ministry of Education and Culture. The implementation includes, the preparation of 1 curriculum documents using the D-One application, the preparation of lesson plans without printing or paperless, for file storage also using Google Drive or One Drive, preparing questions using office forms, vicon learning using Zoom Meet, Teams Meet, and Google. meet, entry of grades using an online report card application, besides that the school also has a website, Instagram, YouTube for publication of school activities. The school minimizes if there are obstacles related to the implementation of the IT-based curriculum by completing multimedia facilities and providing training to teachers in IT skills. The results of the implementation of the IT-based curriculum show that the achievement of the curriculum targets is above 80% as evidenced by the learning outcomes of students, as well as responses from school activities that have been published through the school's website, Instagram and YouTube.

This study aims to determine whether there is an increase in Learning Outcomes of Indonesian History Telling Materials through the application of Word Square and Scramble learning methods to 6th Grade students of SDN Medokan Ayu II/615 Surabaya, and to find out how much increase in Learning Outcomes of Indonesian History Telling Materials through the application of learning methods. Word Square and Scramble for Class 6 students at SDN Medokan Ayu II/615 Surabaya. Action research was carried out in two learning cycles by applying the Word Square and Scramble learning methods in Indonesian Language Subjects as the object of research. In the study, it was found that the authentic value and learning outcomes of students' storytelling history of Indonesia increased. This can be seen from the increase in students' learning outcomes of Telling Indonesian History from before this learning method was applied which only had an average of 53.8 to 71.3 in the first cycle and 77.7 in the second cycle. In addition, it was also found an increase in the percentage of classical completeness from cycle to cycle. Classical completeness in the first cycle was 59% with a moderately increasing category in the second cycle of 82% with a very good category. Based on the explanation of the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that there is an increase in Learning Outcomes of Indonesian History Telling Materials through the application of the Word Square and Scramble learning methods to the 6th grade students of SDN Medokan Ayu II/615 Surabaya.

This study aims to determine whether or not there is an increase in the learning outcomes of the Unit of Time material through the application of the make a match method to Class 3-A students of SD Negeri Kendangsari I/276 Surabaya and to find out how much the increase in the learning outcomes of the Unit of Time material through the application of the make a match method in Class 3-A students of SD Negeri Kendangsari I/276 Surabaya. The research was carried out with a two-cycle action implementation mechanism with two meetings in each cycle. The subjects of this study were students of class 3-A SD Negeri Kendangsari I/276 Surabaya, totaling 39 students. In the study, it was found that the percentage of student learning outcomes in the Time Unit material from before this learning model was applied which only had an average of 54.3 to 70.9 in the first cycle and 77.1 in the second cycle. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that there is an increase in the learning outcomes of the Time Unit material through the application of the make a match method to Class 3-A students of SD Negeri Kendangsari I/276 Surabaya. The increase in learning outcomes of the Time Unit material through the application of the make a match method in Class 3-A students of SD Negeri Kendangsari I/276 Surabaya is an average of 23%.

In fact, the education process for elementary school students really gets a challenge when the online learning implementation policy lasts for months. At least some important stages of development for children to be hampered because of social limitations. One of the stages of development that is hampered in children is language. Language is the initial factor that determines children to be able to communicate with their environment. Unfortunately, not a few parents who escape his attention for this one stage of development. As a result, not infrequently, parents will only realize when their child is 3-5 years old. The purpose of this action research is to determine whether there is an increase in vocabulary mastery skills through the application of the Logan Avenue Problem Solving (LAPS) learning model in Class 1-C students of SDN Kendangsari I/276 and to find out how much the increase in vocabulary mastery skills through the application of the learning model Logan Avenue Problem Solving (LAPS) on them. The application of the learning model is carried out in 2 learning cycles, each of which uses 4 hours of lessons. Data was collected by means of documentation, observation, and tests, while the data analysis technique in this study used qualitative data analysis and quantitative data analysis. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that there is an increase in vocabulary mastery skills through the application of the Logan Avenue Problem Solving (LAPS) learning model in Class 1-C students of SDN Kendangsari I/276. The increase in vocabulary mastery skills through the application of the Logan Avenue Problem Solving (LAPS) learning model in Class 1-C students of SDN Kendangsari I/276 by 21%.

After a year and a half of online learning due to the Covid-19 pandemic, face-to-face learning is limited to taking into account strict health procedures. Limited face-to-face learning (PTMT) is not necessarily the same as face-to-face learning before the Covid-19 pandemic occurred, because it contains elements that collaborate face-to-face learning with online learning, which in contemporary terms is called hybrid learning. Therefore, the intensification of face-to-face learning activities is a determinant of learning success so that the learning outcomes obtained by students can be maximized. The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there was an increase in learning outcomes in Understanding Ball Throwing Techniques through the application of the Snowball Throwing Cooperative model in grade 3-A students of SD Negeri Wonokusumo IV/43 Surabaya. This research was conducted at SD Negeri Wonokusumo IV/43, Semampir sub-district, Surabaya City with a two-cycle action research mechanism. Based on data analysis, from this study it can be concluded that there is an increase in learning outcomes in Understanding Ball Throwing Techniques through the application of the Snowball Throwing Cooperative model in grade 3-A students of SD Negeri Wonokusumo IV/43 Surabaya.

The title of this research is the analysis of figurative language in the poem “Dalam Diriku” by Sapardi Djoko Darmono. This research is a form of appreciation for literary works, especially poetry in the context of developing Indonesian language and literature. This study aims to describe and interpret the use of language style in the poem entitled “Dalam Diriku” by Sapardi Djoko Darmono. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The technique for collecting data in this study used content analysis in the poem. This research explains phenomena throught the process of observing cases or phenomena, then being interpreted, interpreted, and then formulating conclusions. The use of language style is a component that often exists in works of fiction and non-fiction in Indonesian. The results of this study show that the poem “Dalam Diriku” contains repetition, metaphor, personification, paradox to hyperbole language styles. The use of language style in the poem needs to be known as the beauty of the effect in a story so that it seems lively and interesting so that the message contained in it is easier to understand.
