Vocational schools (SMK) is a secondary education that preparesstudents primarily for working on a particular field. Diverse efforts made by SMKgraduates increased 8 Medan include improving the quality of education byreforming both the substance of the material and the provision of facilities andinfrastructure. However, the results have not been up, cermatan can be seen fromthe low competence of graduates, making it less able to play a role in meeting thedemands of the workplace. Assumed to be an indication of the quality of learning isstill performed during less effective, less efficient and unable to increase studentinterest. In order to achieve maximum learning outcomes is through theimprovement of learning strategies to utilize the educational facilities in accordancewith existing conditions, ie, by examining one of the subjects namely Constructiondressmaking pattern. Construction material pattern done with learning strategyapproach manipulated into two comparing results STAD cooperative learningstrategies and learning strategies expository and compare the results with thelearning characteristics of students with high and low interest in learning onlearning outcomes Pattern Construction.

Internet use for promoting students’ autonomy in language learning has been a great phenomenon to discuss. Many researches have been conducted about this issue. Now the tendency is pointed out specifically for improving students’ competency in speaking. Speaking is normally learned in the classroom setting in which learners have interlocutor as their speaking partner and under direct supervision from the lecturer. The discussion bellow will concern about some internet links that can be used for speaking study. The learners can study by using these internet links independently and record their own voice and video for their own self- assessment. They choose their own target and links to access and determine their own learning target. In the meantime, they also collect the recording to their teacher for assessment purpose.

The world of education is a world where there are learning activities between teachers and students, these two components cannot be eliminated in an educational process because if one of them is lost there will never be a learning goal. However, on the other hand there are components that also play a role as supporting learning activities both directly and indirectly. No less important components are facilities and infrastructure. Administration of educational facilities and infrastructure is very supportive of achieving a goal of education, as a personal education we are required to master and understand the administration of facilities and infrastructure, to improve work power effectively and efficiently and be able to respect the work ethics of personal education, so harmony, comfort can create pride and a sense of belonging both from the school community and the residents of the surrounding community.

In this article the author will explain the administration of facilities and infrastructure in the school environment. Facilities and infrastructure administration is one of the most important things in education. All activities in schools will require facilities and infrastructure, both directly and indirectly so that they will support the course of the learning process of education.Administration of facilities and infrastructure is very supportive of achieving educational goals. The positive and negative educational environment depends on maintaining the school facilities and infrastructure. Maintenance and management of infrastructure must be managed properly, but there are still some that have not been implemented optimally. Therefore, the author intends to make this article so that it can be used as a reference in managing educational facilities and infrastructure.

Sarana dan prasarana merupakan suatu alat atau bagian yang memiliki peran sangat penting bagi keberhasilan dan kelancaran suatu proses, termasuk juga dalam lingkup pendidikan. Sarana dan prasarana adalah fasilitas yang mutlak dipenuhi untuk memberikan kemudahan dalam menyelenggarakan suatu kegiatan walaupun belum bisa memenuhi sarana dan prasarana dengan semestinya.Pengertian Sarana dan Prasarana secara etimologi memiliki perbedaan namun dalam dunia pendidikan sering kali di sebut sarana prasarana pendidikan mengingat kedua alat tersebut saling berkaitan erat sebagai fasilitas pendidikan (educational facilities).Sarana pendidikan adalah semua fasilitas yang diperlukan dalam proses belajar mengajar, baik yang bergerak maupun yang tidak bergerak agar pencapaian tujuan pendidikan dan berjalan dengan lancar, teratur, efektif dan efisien.Prasarana pendidikan adalah fasilitas yang secara tidak langsung menunjang jalannya proses pendidikan, seperti : halaman, kebun atau taman sekolah, jalan menuju ke sekolah, tata tertib sekolah, dan sebagainya.

—Educational facilities are all facilities that are directly used in the process teaching and learning, both moving and unmoving with the aim of being the achievement of education can run smoothly, regulary, effectively, and efficiently. The result of this research are, stocktaking of infrastructures as the main prioprity, and the management of school infrastructures has to cane along with the school vision and mission. Planning in this case meant as compilation activity of draf loading supporting facilities for infrastructures required by scgool to support education activity and study, including pot in clean goods and also permanent goods. So really as according to requirement and school importance.
