The concept of Total Quality Management (TQM) at MI Wahid Hasyim has the following characteristics: focus on customers both internal and external customers, has a high obsession with quality, uses a scientific approach to decision making and problem solving, has a long-term commitment, requires teamwork (teamwork), improve processes continuously, organize education and training, provide controlled freedom, have unity of purpose, and the involvement and empowerment of human resources. While the implementation of Integrated Quality Improvement Management in Madrasas includes Quality Strategy Planning (vision, mission, goals, long-term institutional strategy, supervision and evaluation), improving process quality (Curriculum and learning process), improving the quality of Human Resources (HR), improving quality environment, improving service quality, improving output quality.

Total Quality Management (TQM) is an overall method for managing the quality of an organization that covers products, services, performance, processes and human resources. Quality management combines the quality Trilogy, namely quality planning, quality control and quality improvement. TQM is related to the creation of a quality culture so that education providers can provide satisfaction to their customers (third parties such as parents of students) so that they want to include their children in the school while being supported by their organizational structure in doing what they want. In TQM there are main elements that must be known, namely focus on customers, obsession with quality, scientific approach, long-term commitment, teamwork, continuous system improvement, education and training, controlled freedom, unity of purpose, involvement and empowerment of employees . In order for quality education in Indonesia to be of quality, TQM is also needed as a quality controller. Various kinds of benefits that can be obtained from TQM both for institutions and customers. Among the benefits that are felt are: (1). make institutions as leaders / leaders and not followers / followers, (2). help create work teams, (3). making institutions more sensitive to customer needs, (4). making institutions ready and more adaptable to change, (5). relationships between different department staff are easier.

Improving the quality of the madrasah in the direction of improvement is a necessity amid tight competition among educational institutions in producing output quality. In this context, the imple- mentation of total quality management (TQM) is one of the alternatives as a form in an attempt to increase the quality of the madrasah. There are at least three important steps in the implementation of TQM at the school, namely: 1) the environment of human resources and madrasah, 2) the environment surrounding communities, and 3) the state of the natural environment or atmosphere madrasah. This researcher is motivated by analyzing the application of Total Quality Management well in a in industrial company in maintaining the quality of the products produced at PT. Sabina Tirta Utama, Through the application of TQM it is expected that the company can provide satisfaction to customers with the result produced. The formulation of the problem in this study is divided two into: (1) Analyzing the application of TQM  in maintaining the quality of the products produced at PT. Sabina Tirta Utama. (2) Whether the quality produced is in accordance with standard SNI. This study ams to find out how the application of TQM at PT. Sabina Tirta Utama and to find out the quality the products produced at PT. Sabina Tirta Utama.Intense competition will require companies to provide quality product to consumers. But the company’s concern is not limited to the quality of the product produced, but also on aspeets of the process, human resources (HR) and the environment. PT. Sabina Tirta Utama is a company that produces bottled mineral water in Samarinda and faces competition in a business that is growing increasingly. One of the methods carried out by PT. Sabina Tirta Utamain order to remain competitive by implementing Total Quality Management (TQM) . through an obsession toward quality, teamwork, continus system improvement, education and training, unity of purpose, and employee involvement. TQM is a system to achive the goals of an organization, one of which is maintaining product quality.Based on the result of interviews and observations, implementation of TQM in maintaining the quality of bottled mineral water products at PT. Sabina Still has reject products every month and teamwork is still careless in packing. Then As the result quality of bottled mineral waterproduced by PT. Sabina Tirta Utama has met the standard.

Competition in the business field is rapid and tight, particularly in the hospitality industry. A company needs the efforts to do continuous improvement toward the potential of human resources, process, and the environment to bring about the best quality of product or service. The effective and efficient way to improve those capabilities is by implementing Total Quality Management (TQM). TQM contributes the benefit such as increasing the competitiveness of the company. TQM concept denotes the concept of continuous improvement that applies to every level of the operation. W Bali – Seminyak, specifically housekeeping department has objective to offer the unique and special moments, inventing the creative staff, and recultivating the hospitality in Bali which committed to implementing TQM optimally. The purpose of the study was to investigate the implementation of Total Quality Management in the housekeeping department of W Bali-Seminyak as well as the obstacles to it. Methods of analysis used in this study were descriptive qualitative and descriptive statistical analysis. The result of this study indicated TQM had been implemented in the housekeeping department, W Bali- Seminyak.

This study aims to find out and analyze the classification of guest houses based on TQM implementation in Klojen Sub-district, Malang. The analytical method used was cluster analysis with 18 guest houses as the research objects and 22 statements about TQM in the questionnaire. The results showed that there were two groups of guest houses formed based on the TQM implementation. The first group was the guest house group which had theoritical TQM implementation and a vision. This group was also oriented to quality with good Human Resources who were given a freedom to be involved in it, and they constantly made continuous improvements focusing on the consumers’ wants and needs. Meanwhile, group 2 was the guest house group with TQM implementation which was built with strong teamwork and long-term commitment to implement it. For both groups, it is important to maintain the strong TQM variables and to improve the TQM variables that have not been implemented.

In increasing the quality of human resources, corporate can implement total quality management (TQM), by which an employee should do a job better, more effective and more efficient in producing the products with high quality and competitive price. The research aims to identify the implementation process of TQM, and its influence toward the quality of human resources. The result showed the variables of TQM (that is, employees role, employer role, relations of employer and employees, organizational aspects, and environ employees, organization aspects, and environmental aspects) are simultaneously have a significant influence toward the quality of human resources in PR. HF Prima Malang. The organizational aspects variable is dominantly influence the corporate's quality of human resources
