Managing human resources in the company is very important where human resources are needed for the progress of the company, in most companies, of course, can utilize all the human resources obtained in accordance with the need to contribute in accordance with the needs of the company to achieve its goals. PT. Indo Porcelain is engaged in manufacturing with ceramic dining table products, such as glassware, bowls and dishes. Problems faced by PT. Indo Porcelain is the absence of an integrated information system, so that the employee recruitment process requires time in making selection decisions for prospective employees while at the same time hampering the company's internal control. Based on the concept and design, it can be concluded that it has been built "ANALYSIS AND DESIGN OF DECISION SUPPORT INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR ASSESSMENT OF EMPLOYEE RECRUITMENT AND MANAGEMENT USING ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS (AHP) METHOD IN PT. INDO PORCELAIN" to assist HRD in making decisions. It can be concluded that the results of the implementation of this new system can help the management department more easily, efficiently and effectively. With the decision support system using the Analytical Hierarchy Process method, the recruitment process is faster and easier. Information on the results of recruitment obtained by company management becomes more structured so that the decision support process taken by the management can produce more accurate decisions.

Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) adalah salah satu penggerak perekonomian suatu daerah, termasuk Kota Sorong. UKM di Kota Sorong belum berkembang secara optimal. Ada beberapa penyebab diantaranya adalah mengenai finansial, lokasi, bahan baku dan lain-lain. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalah tersebut peneliti terdorong untuk melakukan pengembangan Aplikasi yang dapat membantu menentukan prioritas UKM yang sesuai dengan kondisi pelaku usaha. Pada penelitian ini akan digunakan metode Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP), untuk pengambilan keputusannya. Metode AHP dipilih karena mampu menyeleksi dan menentukan alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif yang tersedia. Dalam hal ini alternatif yang dimaksudkan yaitu UKM terbaik yang dapat dipilih oleh pelaku usaha sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mencari nilai bobot untuk setiap atribut, kemudian dilakukan proses perankingan yang akan menentukan alternatif yang optimal, yaitu UKM. Aplikasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang dikembangkan berbasis Android, dimana pengguna akan mudah menggunakannya sewaktu-waktu jika terjadi perubahan bobot pada kriteria atau intensitas.  Hasil akhir menunjukkan bahwa metode AHP berhasil diterapkan pada Aplikasi Penentuan Prioritas Pengembangan UKM.

Intisari— Decision Support Systems dapat mendukung dalam mengambil keputusan untuk memecahkan kasus-kasus tidak terstruktur dan kompleks. Dalam tiap pengambilan sebuah keputusan akan selalu menghasilkan suatu pilihan akhir. Pada penerapan Sistem pendukung keputusan sering menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). AHP dapat memecahkan kasus kompleks dimana kriteria yang diambil cukup banyak. Selain penerapan DSS, penulis juga menganalisis pengaruh penerapan Decision Support Systems pada suatu lembaga menggunakan Simple linear regression. Simple linear regression digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Dari beberapa review penelitian yang ada di Indonesia telah banyak yang menerapkan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk membantu dalam proses pendukung keputusan. Lembaga/ organisasi tersebut bergerak, dibidang Akademik, Swasta, Rumah Sakit, Pariwisata, dan Pemerintah. Penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil evaluasi pengembangan sistem AHP berbasis dekstop menjadi paling dominan dengan angka 58% dimana pada project pemerintahan menjadi yang terbanyak 48 %. Sistem  Pendukung  Keputusan  (SPK)  atau  dikenal  dengan  Decision  Support    System  (DSS), pada  tahun  1970-an  sebagai  pengganti  istilah  <em>Management    Information  System</em>  (MIS).  Batam  merupakan  pulau  kaya  raya,  dimana  mempunyai  laut  yang  terdapat  ikan  melimpah ruah.  Penelitian  ini bertujuan  merancang  sistem  penunjang  keputusan  untuk  budidaya  ikan  laut  dengan  pendekatan metode  Analytical  Hierarchy  Process  (AHP),  sehingga  dapat  membantu  nelayan  dalam  memilih ikan  yang  mudah  dibudidayakan. Tahapan  penelitian  ini  yaitu  menetapkan  alternatif-alternatif dan  kriteria  dalam  sebuah  sistem  penunjang  keputusan  untuk  budidaya  ikan  laut. Dalam  hal budidaya  ikan  laut,  ada  beberapa  kriteria  dan  alternatif  agar  menjadi  ekonomis  dan menguntungkan,  antara  lain  kriteria  jenis  ikan  dan  alternatif-alternatif  yaitu  PH  air,  Jumlah Pakan,  Suhu,  dan  luas  keramba. Tahapan  yang  dilakukan  yaitu  menghitung  bobot  kriteria  mencari  normalisasi  matrik  setiap  bobot dan  kriteria,  mengecek  konsistensi  dengan  cara  mengitung  konsistensi  setiap  langkah-langkah yang  akan  dilakukan,  maka  kriteria  atau  jenis  ikan  yang  dibudidaya  akan  mendapatkan  nilai bobot  tertinggi,  selanjutnya  akan  dilakukan  perbandingan  setiap  kriteria  dan  alternatif-alternatif, Hasil  yang  didapatkan  adalah  nilai  bobot  dari    masing-masing  alternatif  yang  dirangking  dari tertinggi  sampai  terendah.  Hasil  nilai  alternatif  budidaya  ikan  yang  telah  diberi  rangking  tersebut dapat  digunakan  sebagai  pendukung  keputusan  dalam  menentukan  budidaya  pemilihan  ikan terbaik  di  Balai  Perikanan  Budidaya  Laut  Batam.

Abstract. The increase in the number of vehicles with the increasing population has caused the problem of parking insufficiency. This problem necessitate situation analysis of existing parking areas and site selection analyses for new parking areas. It is possible to make suitable site selections with spatial analysis supported by Geographic Information System (GIS). In this study, available parking areas in Selçuklu district of Konya province were evaluated and suitable parking areas were determined in line with the needs. The criteria affecting the parking areas site selection were determined and the importance levels of the criteria were detected by using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) which is one of the Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methods. Density analyses were carried out with GIS and suitable parking areas map was produced considering the criteria weights obtained.

Tourism is an activity carried out by humans to a place alone or together to have fun to get rid of the burden of thoughts that were previously acquired. The Mandeh area is a leading tourist area in West Sumatra which has 10 alternative tourist attractions. With the many tourist locations in the area, tourists are confused about what places to visit in the Mande area. In this study, a combined analysis or Hybrid Decision Support System (DSS) was carried out using a combination of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method with the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The purpose of this research is to be able to combine AHP and SAW methods in one DSS analysis and then be able to recommend the decision results to tourists in the form of the best tourist locations in the Mandeh area. With the recommendation, it can increase the interest of tourists to come and increase the opinions of tourist location owners and the surrounding community. The result of this research is to obtain a recommendation for the best tourist location decision in the Mande area of ​​West Sumatra, namely the location of Manjunto Beach with the highest value of 0.895.


PT. Meraki Digital Indonesia, or commonly called Meraki Group, is one of the multi-business companies that one of the businesses is a fashion trade. Management wants to know the performance of sales of rovue products needed by product managers to improve performance on sales of these rovue products. So we need an appropriate framework to measure the performance of this product. The variables used in this research refer to the SCOR model, namely Supply Chain external performance (customer-facing) and Supply Chain internal performance (Internal facing) and a combination with the AHP method is performed to determine which aspects require improvement by assessing the attributes of reliability, responsiveness, flexibility, cost, and asset management. From the results obtained by the performance of Meraki Group using the SCOR model is 62% or 62.61 points, and the benchmark analysis obtained four indicators that still have a gap, namely OFCT 5 days, USCF +71, and CTCCT 20 days.

In the field of services, customer satisfaction is a very important factor and determine the success of an enterprise. In the field of outsourcing, customer satisfaction indicator is the labor required delivery in a timely manner and has a level of quality in accordance with the terms proposed by the customer. To provide the best talent to customers, team recruitment and selection must perform a series of tests with a variety of methods to match the criteria of office given by the user with the criteria owned candidates and in order to support growth in graduation rates force a partner at the stage of user approval. For this purpose, the authors conducted a study with the method of observation, interviews, document reviews the candidate recruitment process, so as to provide recommendations for candidates with the highest quality delivery to the user at the stage of approval. The author put forward a model of decision support that is supported by the method of profile matching and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) in problem solving. The final results of this study can be used to support a decision in order to improve the effectiveness of the delivery of quality candidates, increase customer satisfaction, lower costs and improve gross operational margin of the company.
