Marketing strategies based on efforts to create relationships between companies and customers are better known as Customer Relationship Management (CRM). CRM is a corporate strategy used to pamper customers so they don't look away. This study wants to find out and improve relations between hospitals and patients. Besides that, by building this system, can it affect customer / patient satisfaction. The quality of information systems is measured using the ISO 9126 model by adapting four characteristics of software quality: Functionality, Reliability, Usability, and Efficiency. The system development method uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) model. Researchers will conduct system analysis and design using the Unified Model Language (UML), then coding with the PHP programming language and MySQL database, as well as collecting data using a questionnaire, and testing the system using the Blackbox Testing model. Based on testing using ISO 9126 the results are functionality (83%), Reliability (86%), Usability (87%), and Efficiency (83%). Overall the results are 85% (very good).

Information technology is rapidly developed in this century that impact to various aspects of the organization really need information technology to support the performance and everyday business processes. In health services, information technology is required to process and storage the patient medical records, so that the patient's medical record is well preserved, and competitive advantage can be obtained between patient and polyclinic. The application of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) approach can be developed by implementing information system of medical record history to get new patient and retain existing patient, improving relationship with patient and maintaining patient loyalty as well as supporting the company/organization to provide excellent service to customers in real time through the advantage of information technology. The aims of this research are to understand patient medical record by CRM approach and Unified Modeling Language (UML) for system design, system validation using Forum Group Discussion (FGD), and using software testing Model ISO 9126. The result of this research are Medical Record History Information System and the result of system validation with FGD is 100% accepted, the result of system test using Model ISO 9126 is good with success rate 82,86%, so it can give contribution to polyclinic.

This study tried to determine and analyze the deeper understanding of the influence of customer relationship management, brand equity, perceived of product quality, perceived value and price to the customer at the customer's purchase intention Philips light bulb in Batam.The population in this study are all users (consumers) electric light bulb philips brands in the city of Batam. Testing of the model in this study, with Generalized Least Square Estimation (GLS), analysis of structural equation modeling (SEM), proportional random sampling method and software assistance Amos 22, on 240 respondents from eight times the 30 indicators the study variables. The test results indicate the model (fit) seen from the GFI, AGFI, TLI, CFI, RMSEA and CMIN / DF, each of 0915, 0901, 0949, 0953, 0063, and 1,376 are all that are in the range of expected values so that the model can be accepted.The results showed that: 1). Customer relationship management influence on customer value, it shows that with good customer relationship management program, will increase customer value. 2) Customer relationship management influence on purchase intention, it shows that with good customer relationship management program, will increase customer value. 3) Brand equity effect on customer value, it shows that with a good brand equity, will increase customer value. 4). Brand equity effect on purchase intention, it shows that with a good brand equity, will increase customer value. 5) Perceived quality of product effect on customer value, it indicates that the perceived quality of a good product, will increase customer value. 6). Perceived quality of product effect on purchase intention, this suggests that the perceived quality of a good product, will increase purchase intention. 7). Perceived price effect on customer value, it indicates that the perceived price friendly, will increase customer value. 8) Perceived price effect on purchase intention, this suggests that the perceived price friendly, will increase purchase intention. 9). Customer value effect on purchase intention, it shows that with high customer value, will raise the purchase intention.

The inventory system is a system that has a very important role in a company. Inventory systems have been widely used or developed in a place with various technologies and systems. Problems at PT. Sanghiang Perkasa is due to the fact that the data has not been stored in a good file and the management and processing of inventory data is still processed in a conventional way, which has a very significant effect on the quality of the data and information produced. The main objective of this research is to produce an inventory system that is powerful and in accordance with the needs of the users associated with the inventory system. The system development method in this inventory system uses the waterfall method which consists of six stages. The stages are System Analysis and Design, software requirements analysis, system design, coding, system testing and maintenance. This system was built using the PHP programming language, DataBase MySQL. It is hoped that with the implementation of this inventory system at PT. Sanghiang Perkasa can make it easier to store and process data and information such as stock-taking data, information on incoming and outgoing goods transactions, purchase and sales return data, managing customer and supplier data to making product stock reports and assembly reports. There has been a lot of discussion regarding Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in recent years, where the CRM function to provide customer service in the culinary field has been widely applied by culinary business entrepreneurs. Restaurant XYZ, which started the culinary business in 2018, will design a CRM system to improve service to its customers, this is because it has not been optimal in the process of providing services to its customers. Before doing the design, an analysis phase is needed which is carried out using the Fishbone Method, this method is expected to help in analyzing the constraints and needs of the Restaurant XYZ in the best CRM design. The design using the Diagram Unified Modeling Language (UML) and User Centered Design (UCD) approach, is expected to create a CRM system as expected by the owner of Restaurant XYZ. The CRM that has been planned is expected to help the owner in providing services to Restaurant XYZ customers.

Customer Relationship Management Information System St.Borromeus Hospitalis anapplication to process data related to the promotion, marketing and cooperation between the St.Borromeus Hospita lwith the Contractor. Data processing is not optimum cooperation with the contractorat the Marketing division of Borromeus Hospital,cause search of information about the contractor, take a bit longer so that hamper the process of promotion and marketing. Therefore it need an application that can support and solve the problem.<br />Based on these problems the author intends arrange final by taking the title of"Customer Relationship Management Information Systems St.Borromeus Hospital ". The technique is observation data collection, interview and library research, while the phase of system development using water fall method.<br />The author hopes that this application can assist the Marketing in the Hospital of St.Borromeusin the process of  processing and marketing campaig n to the Contractor, either from the input data, search data, scheduling agreements. Screen printing and convection is one of the UMKM that produces and sells plain shirts and screen printing. To improve its services, screen printing and convection information systems need to be developed so that the service is more optimal, effective and efficient. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a core business strategy that can support, obtain and retain customers. Based on the results of the needs analysis and system analysis of the company that can be known about the CRM modules needed for the system are Customer Service and Support (CSS) and Entreprise Marketing Automation (EMA).

Research aims to create a draft of application based on customer relationship management (CRM) toimprove services on St carolus hospital in terms of criticism-suggestions, to create scheduling events and patient schedule for second time which is still less control. Research used survey, interview the parties concerned, aswell as analyzing the systems running on St Carolus hospital. Results of the research are application design that helps to improve the quality of the hospital service to the patient, application design that helps management in holding the event, and managing the input given by the visitor at ease. In conclusion, the application designhelps manage criticism and suggestions, make events, and intertwine relations with patients after medication or treatment.
