Abstract   School administration payments as a means of supporting the teaching and learning process, administrative payments that are still manual must be supported by a computerized system. The research method I use is a data collection technique consisting of observation, interviews and literature study, while the software development method is the waterfall method. The waterfall method consists of software requirements analysis, design, coding, testing and support. The author builds a school administration payment information system using the Java NetBeans IDE 8.1 programming language. By building a computerized system, it is hoped that it will be able to produce more precise and accurate information to help minimize errors. Information systems can run well with the support of technology, work procedures and good human resources   Keywords: Information System, Payment, Waterfall   Abstrak   Pembayaran administrasi sekolah sebagai sarana penunjang berjalannya proses belajar – mengajar, pembayaran administrasi yang masih manual harus didukung dengan system yang sudah terkomputerisasi. Metode penelitian yang peneliti gunakan yaitu teknik dalam mengumpulkan data terdiri dari observasi, wawancara dan studi Pustaka sedangkan metode pengembangan software adalah metode waterfall. Metode waterfall terdiri dari analisis untuk kebutuhan perangkat lunak, perancangan, pengkodean, pengujian dan pendukung. Peneliti membangun sistem informasi pembayaran administrasi sekolah menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java NetBeans IDE 8.1. Dengan membangun sistem terkomputerisasi diharapkan mampu menghasilkan informasi yang lebih tepat dan akurat guna membantu meminimalisir terjadinya kesalahan. Sistem informasi dapat berjalan dengan baik dengan dukungan teknologi,  prosedur kerja dan sumber daya manusia yang baik.   Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi, Pembayaran, Waterfall

The inventory system is a system that has a very important role in a company. Inventory systems have been widely used or developed in a place with various technologies and systems. Problems at PT. Sanghiang Perkasa is due to the fact that the data has not been stored in a good file and the management and processing of inventory data is still processed in a conventional way, which has a very significant effect on the quality of the data and information produced. The main objective of this research is to produce an inventory system that is powerful and in accordance with the needs of the users associated with the inventory system. The system development method in this inventory system uses the waterfall method which consists of six stages. The stages are System Analysis and Design, software requirements analysis, system design, coding, system testing and maintenance. This system was built using the PHP programming language, DataBase MySQL. It is hoped that with the implementation of this inventory system at PT. Sanghiang Perkasa can make it easier to store and process data and information such as stock-taking data, information on incoming and outgoing goods transactions, purchase and sales return data, managing customer and supplier data to making product stock reports and assembly reports. AbstractThe process of archiving mails at the Cihambulu Village office the writing is still conventional. thereare some deficiency including the process of writing that is not neat, archiving still using the ledger.Therefore required a program that can solving the problem, so the problems that occur at thisCihambulu Village office can be resolved. The concept of designing this system refers to the activitiesof data processing incoming mail, data processing outgoing mail, disposition making, to themanufacture of incoming mail reports and outgoing mail. some stages in the development or designof this program are software requirements analysis, program design, program code generation,program testing. The making this program using JAVA programming language, MySQL as databaseand windows 7 as operating system. Research methods used in the design of this system is the methodof interviewing, observation, and literature study. While the purpose of designing this system is toproduce a mail archiving program so that it can assist employees in data processing incoming mail,data processing outgoing mail, disposition making, making reports incoming mails and outgoingmail.

Attendance is an important factor in maintaining the quality of an employee's performance in a company. With technological advances such as nowadays, the ease of attendance can also be carried out easily, the use of the old attendance system is also considered less effective in today's era, employees need efficiency in the absent process, as implemented by Indosurya Finance's Solo Baru branch which has left the old system attendance , where the previous abscess system used the signature system, the block card system, and the fingerprint system. In this old system, the majority of employees worked not only in the office having difficulty meeting clients outside the office at any time, because they had to come to the office if they wanted to be absent. Therefore the company replaced it with a new system, namely using an application called Great Day HR. With a modern employee attendance system like this, it can help companies make arrangements for existing human resources and the purpose of this research is to determine the feasibility of an attendance system using Great Day HR for the future. The method in this research is through observation, interview, documentation, and literature study. The system design is made with context diagrams, HIPO, DAD, input output design, hardware requirements analysis, software requirements analysis. By using this online attendance system employees can perform attendance efficiently and effectively according to the needs of each employee. The final result of this online attendance system is an attendance recap data from each user owned by Indosurya Finance employees.

The Senayan City Employee Cooperative is a cooperative that operates in the field of savings and loans and at the same time manages a shop business unit, buying and selling transactions are only recorded in Microsoft Excel format, when sales transactions are not immediately recorded so mistakes often occur. For this reason, we designed a sales and purchase information system design at the Senayan City Employee Cooperative using desktop-based java NetBeans, with the aim of creating a computerized system so that it could be used by the cooperative management. The software development methodology used in this research includes software requirements analysis, design, code generation, testing, and support. The results obtained from this research are the need for a cash sales accounting information system, cash receipts and sales reports that can assist cooperative managers in making decisions

Orange Carwash is a car wash service business that has been running in 2018, Orange Car. The wash address that I studied is located at Jalan Adi Sucipto no.110 Blulukan Colomadu In running a car wash service business, Orange Carwash tries to provide services to customers, regarding inputting types of washing products, member entry, express washing promos, and payment transaction methods. The system used is still classified as manual. For the purpose of this research, it really helps companies in terms of promoting and introducing products to car wash consumers with a computerized system using the cloud-based Moka Pos application. The method in this research is through observation, interviews, documentation, and heritage studies (looking for references from books or journals). The system design is made with context diagrams, HIPO, DAD, input output design, hardware requirements analysis, software requirements analysis. By using online input, the cashier will find it easier to group the washing type product data, as well as compile accurate and efficient reports. The final result of designing an online car wash service information system, using the Moka Pos application, in the form of sales report recap data and the number of types of washing products, classification of types of washing products, and the washer name of each cashier, which will be designed by the car wash. The government through the Manpower Office has built a Job Training Center which aims to provide skills and expertise to training participants in order to improve the quality of prospective workforce. The service for admitting new students at the Cilegon City Work Training Center which is implemented has not been effective because it still uses the manual system, where participants come to the office to take the registration form. This study aims to create a web-based information system for new student admissions at the Cilegon City Work Training Center. Making this new web-based student admission information system uses the waterfall method which includes software requirements analysis, design, system coding, system testing, system support and maintenance. The web-based admission system at the Cilegon City Work Training Center can make it easier for prospective new students to register by saving time and costs compared to coming in person. With this new student admission information system, it is hoped that it can facilitate the processing of new students at the Cilegon City Work Training Center.

Laundry house is a business engaged in services in washing and drying, especially clothing. To serve the public in the field of laundry services, the laundry house in managing the data is still done manually and has not been computerized so there are still errors in the transaction process. Problems that occur in a laundry house such as incorrectly recording the type of package, the calculation is still using a calculator tool, in making the report must see the notes that have been collected previously, must see previous records recorded in the ledger, and be vulnerable to losing previous note notes so that it takes a long time and the results obtained are less accurate. The purpose of this study is to build a laundry data management program using the waterfall method which consists of 5 stages, namely, software requirements analysis, design, programming code, testing and support or maintenance. While the data collection is through observation, interviews and searching for literature related to this research so that it can solve problems related to laundry data management activities, especially in the process of receiving laundry services transactions to be more effective and efficient and can improve service to customers. The results of the study show that this laundry data management program can help and simplify the process of receiving laundry services at the laundry house.
