<p class="JudulAbstrakEnglish"><em><span>The development of information systems that are very fast nowadays, encourages every organization to follow in order to escalate the competition. The technology that is widely used today is web-based technology. Apart from being easily accessible and used, this technology is vulnerable to any attacks; so using this information system will bring access risks by those who are not authorized. Therefore, risk management is something that needs to be considered in an organization to minimize the risks that will arise. Mapping the information asset profile can help Universitas Internasional Batam to evaluate, manage risks, and protect assets from the risks that will occur. The researcher used OCTAVE Allergo method in mapping and measuring Information Systems at Universitas Internasional Batam, consists of Academic Information Systems, Academic Portals, Registration Information Systems, Financial Information Systems, HR Information Systems. From the results of this study, Universitas Internasional Batam finds out which impact areas are the most effected: the reputation and customers trust, recognize the information of critical assets, mitigate assets that have high risks, in order to minimize unwanted risks.</span></em></p>

The development of internet technology and applications provides a good condition for establishing the scientific research management information system. Research on the influence of web-based management information systems for services development has been carried out in various organizations and in various countries. Web-based management information system is the right solution at this time. By using search and review methods, the review process began with a search engine, Google scholar and IEEE, to search for articles with keywords: “web-based management system information for services development”. The conclusion of this literature review is that there is a positive and significant influence of web-based management information systems for services development and future research will help to help organizations evaluate the quality of their web-based services, design improvements and ultimately embed their websites into future services. This study includes many cases and the research findings apply only to the web-based management information system for services development. Web-based management information systems can be used to for various organizations and in various countries.

The implementation of the Sevima Academic Information System aims to improve the quality of academic services at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, IAIN Lhokseumawe. This research aims to determine the mechanism for implementing web-based educational management information systems in improving the quality of academic services and supporting and inhibiting factors. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytical approach. The research subjects are lecturers, students, academic staff of the Tarbiyah Faculty and Teacher Training Center IAIN Lhokseumawe. The study results are (1) the implementation of the SEVIMA educational management information system mechanism using information and communication technology (ICT) devices in all administrative and educational activities. They can be accessed and accepted by all academic service users; (2) The supporting factor in the implementation of SEVIMA IAIN is a reduction in operational costs in managing academic data such as ink, paper, printing, and other equipment; being able to adapt to academic needs; being integrated with one another; and web-based networks, minimal maintenance costs. Making it very more accessible for users to use the educational management information system (SIM Akademik). As for the inhibiting factor in web-based educational information systems in improving academic quality in the FTIK IAIN Lhokseumawe environment, human resources still lack personnel and abilities, facilities, and infrastructure are not optimal.

Financial information system is an information system that provides information to individuals or groups of people, both inside and outside the company that contains financial problems and information about the flow of money for users in the company. Financial information systems are used to solve financial problems in a company, by meeting three financial principles: fast, safe, and inexpensive.Quick principle, the intention is that financial information systems must be able to provide the required data on time and can meet the needs. The Safe Principle means that the financial information system must be prepared with consideration of internal controls so that company assets are maintained. The Principle of Inexpensive, the intention is that the cost of implementing a financial information system must be reduced so that it is relatively inexpensive. Therefore we need technology media that can solve financial problems, and produce financial information to related parties quickly, safely and cheaply. One example of developing information technology today is computer technology and internet. Starting from financial problems and technological advances, the authors make a website-based financial management application to facilitate the parties that perform financial management and supervision.Method of development application program is used Waterfall method, with the following stages: Software Requirement Analysis, Software Design, Program Code Making, Testing, Support, Maintenance.

The distinctive quality of the new social structure is that information becomes the only factor of production. In today's organizations, public administrators are directly responsible for applying information to administrative processes. In addition to his managerial responsibilities, a knowledge based organization requires every employee to take responsibility for achieving efficiency. This has increased the importance of information systems in the decision-making process. Information systems consist of computer and communication technology, data base management and model management and include activity processing system, management information system, decision support systems, senior management information system, expert systems and office automation systems. Information systems in the health sector aim at the management and provision of preventive and curative health services. The use of information systems in healthcare has the benefits of increasing service quality, shortening treatment processes, maximizing efficiency of the time, labour and medical devices. The use of information systems for clinical decision making and reducing medical errors in the healthcare industry dates back to the 1960s. Clinical information systems involve processing, storing and re-accessing information that supports patient care in a hospital. Clinical information systems are systems that are directly or indirectly related to patient care. These systems include electronic health/patient records, clinical decision support systems, nurse information systems, patient tracking systems, tele-medicine, case mix and smart card applications. Diagnosis-treatment systems are information-based systems used in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases. It consists of laboratory information systems, picture archiving and communication system, pharmacy information system, radiology information system, nuclear medicine information system. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of health information system applications in Turkey. The first part of the study focuses on the concept of information systems and the types of information systems in organization structures. In the second part, clinical information systems and applications for diagnosis-treatment systems in Turkey are examined. Finally, the study evaluates applications in the health sector qualitatively from the new organizational structure, which is formed by information systems.

Introduction. Building Information Modeling (BIM) is an auspicious approach that supports management and exchange of semantically rich 3D models across design disciplines. Recently, BIM has gained widespread acceptance in the AEC industry, and it improves the efficiency and quality of the process by facilitating the early exchange of 3D building models. At different stages of the life cycle, a building information model is gradually refined from rough conceptual design to detailed individual components. The task is to develop mechanisms for machine verification (authentication) of data transmitted to/from different systems (for example, from a customer to an expert evaluation authority, from a contractor to the urban planning management information system or any other state information system) in the form of an information model of capital construction facilities or certain components of an information model. Materials and methods. To substantiate the choice of the language employed to describe machine-readable documents, various use cases of XML schemas were analyzed, including the use of the Google Trends tool. Information systems, implemented in the Russian Federation, were also considered. Most of them use the W3C XML Schema language to describe XSD schemas. Results. A consolidated list of XML schemas, necessary and sufficient to maintain stages of the life cycle of a capital construction facility in terms of interaction with the Urban Planning Management Information System is presented. To ensure interaction between the life cycle participants and state information systems, it is necessary to have the list of XML schemas approved at the federal level. The paper presents matrixes of scenarios for the application of XML schemas in the following coordinates: participants, life cycle stages. Conclusions. XML schemas can be supplemented in respect of various stages of a life cycle of a capital construction faci-lity to be verified with due regard for further methodological approaches and changes in regulatory and technical acts; new approaches and the need for this supplementation must be substantiated.
