Writing this article aims to find out how employees respond to web-based management information systems carried out by organizations or companies. Website-based Management Information System is a system that stores all information that will be needed by a company or organization, as a support for the success of employee work to be more effective and efficient, and helps a leader or manager in making decisions. And what is meant by employee performance is the ability and effort of an employee who will be measured from his work. With this Website-based Management Information System, it is expected to make it easier for employees to obtain information quickly and precisely.

This study is based from a case in KOPERTIS Region X about scholarship management process that was done manually and spend a lot of time. From this case, a Scholarship Management Information Systems is designed to assist KOPERTIS Region X in scholarship management.Scholarship Management Information System was developed using Waterfall Mode, which starts with the specification of user needs and continued by planning, modelling, construction, delivering system to the deployment, and finally the system maintenance. Scholarship Management Information System is designed by using the web-based programming language such as HTML, PHP5, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, jQuery and MySQL databases. From this study, a web-based system of Scholarship Management Information Systems is created at KOPERTIS Region X to help the performance of KOPERTIS Region X in  scholarship management. Keyword : Management Information System, Waterfall Mode, PHP, MySQL.

The development of internet technology and applications provides a good condition for establishing the scientific research management information system. Research on the influence of web-based management information systems for services development has been carried out in various organizations and in various countries. Web-based management information system is the right solution at this time. By using search and review methods, the review process began with a search engine, Google scholar and IEEE, to search for articles with keywords: “web-based management system information for services development”. The conclusion of this literature review is that there is a positive and significant influence of web-based management information systems for services development and future research will help to help organizations evaluate the quality of their web-based services, design improvements and ultimately embed their websites into future services. This study includes many cases and the research findings apply only to the web-based management information system for services development. Web-based management information systems can be used to for various organizations and in various countries.

The study titled "The study of the influence of the use of information systems and employee competence on the performance of employees in the Board of Industry and Trade Fakfak Regency ", was conducted with the aim to know how the influence of the application of management information systems to employee performance in the Department of Industry and Trade in Fakfak Regency.The research was conducted by survey the use of management information system, the application of competence and its effect on employee performance. Survey is done by observation method and comprehensive interview to respondent. The number of respondents is 40 people who are also employees in Department of Industry and Trade in Fakfak Regency, the data obtained through the questionnaire is then analyzed with the help of SPSS vers 11.5 program. Based on the result of the research, it can be seen that the application of management information system significantly influence the performance of employees at Department of Industry and Trade in Fakfak Regency, with regression coefficient 0,650 (p-value = 0.000). Employee competence significantly affects the performance of employees at Department of Industry and Trade in Fakfak Regency, with a regression coefficient of 0.679 (p-value = 0.000). This shows that the competence of employees, will drive the performance of government agencies directly by 67.9%. Implementation of management information system and employee competence together significantly affect the performance of employees at Department of Industry and Trade in Fakfak Regency of 68.1%.

Includes data management and data storage management is done simply where data is only stored in an excel. It looks less effective and efficient in the development of technology. This is the implementation of Management Information System is already being adopted by schools, especially in SMP N 1 Talamau. The method used is field research that is qualitative research that is intended to understand the phenomenon of what is experienced by the researcher, for example perception, behavior, events, actions and so on. This researcher used a qualitative descriptive method, a method that is focused on the problems of the existing problems in the present, then analyzed to obtain data and information. The results of the study suggested that the existing management information systems already meet the standards, both in terms of the student, curriculum, human resources (HR), the facilities and the quality of the user, who is able to manage the activities that exist in the school. The few things that support the implementation of the utilization of management information systems in data management are: 1). human resources, 2). Job Description (division of labor), 3). Means, 4). Special Applications, 5). Library, 6). Learners. As for the impact caused by the existence of a management information system in this study had 4 impact, namely: 1). For headmaster, 2). For the administration, 3). For the teacher, and 4). For learners.

The Management Information System is a series of information subsystems that cover thewhole and have been arranged in an integrated manner that is able to move data so that itbecomes information through several ways to increase productivity similar to the model andnature of managers on the basis of predetermined criteria. The management informationsystem is defined as a pyramid building whose base layer is information then followed by anexplanation, status explanation, and so on. Management information systems rely heavily onelements that will produce an information system that suits their needs. imbalances that meetin an embodiment of these elements which will create a slightly incorrect information whichwill result in errors in every decision making in an organization or company. Therefore it isvery necessary to understand an understanding of the elements in a management informationsystem, especially operators that produce very accurate and precise information for a groupor company.

Abstract This study aims to describe the effectiveness of the Accounting Information System (AIS) and Management Information System (SIM) in Padang Adat Village as a source of budgeting information for the development of Ecotourism in the tourist attraction of Ubud's Monkey Key. Data collection is carried out through literature studies, verification and direct observation in the field, interviews and observations. The place of this research is in the traditional village of Padang Tegal and the Ubud Forest tourist attraction. Based on the research results of accounting information systems and management information systems can help the development of Ecotourism in the tourist attraction of Ubud's Monkey Forest through information generated and used as material for decision making by the Padangtegal village through the effectiveness of accounting information systems and the effectiveness of management information systems. Technological advances will be very useful and meaningful to life if used properly and properly. One of the uses of technology in the field of education is in the management information system (SIM). Padang Muhammadiyah 1 Vocational School has made use of these technological advancements to support the smoothness and progress of education with the implementation of management information systems. This has been proven by web / sisfo assessment, attendance and report card management. The management information system has been computerized and well-automated, to improve work effectiveness and efficiency. Reducing the use of paper and ink. Then the most important thing is tidying up and securing the data. Data can be input, accessed, and printed anytime anywhere as long as there is an internet connection, can be accessed via a computer and smartphone (Android).

The purpose of this paper is to determine the contribution and influence of management information systems on the work effectiveness of employees in the Community Empowerment and Village Government Agency of Southeast Sulawesi Province.This paper examines two variables, namely the independent variable is the influence of the Management Information System system which consists of dimensions: functionalization, integration, professionalism, quality, equity, coordination, while the employee work effectiveness dependent variable consists of three dimensions each: time measurement, yield size and cost size.The research method used in this study is the explanatory survey. The population in this study were all Civil Servants at the Community Empowerment and Village Government Agency of Southeast Sulawesi Province, amounting to 93 people and a sample of 48 people representing each level of education, namely Senior High School, Bachelor / DIII, Bachelor, and Masters. The research variable is a management information system as an independent variable (X) and employee work effectiveness is the dependent variable (Y).The results of the study indicate that there is a significant influence and there is a contribution of management information systems to the work effectiveness of employees at the Community Empowerment and Village Government Agency of Southeast Sulawesi Province. The biggest influence of the variables forming the management information system is the dimension of integration, and coordination, while the smallest dimension of the variables forming the management information system is the dimension of equity. The solution that needs to be developed is improving employee competencies through education and technical training in management information systems.  Keywords : Management Information System, Effectiveness of Employee's Work

The paucity of human factors work in computer system design is noted, and reasons for this are elaborated with particular reference to computer-based management information systems. The main obstacle to such human factors endeavor would appear to be the lack of appropriate investigatory techniques. To remedy this deficiency a method is proposed which derived from the field of psychotherapy. Pilot studies are reported which demonstrate the technique and indicate how the data obtained may be interpreted. An appraisal of the potential of this technique in the management information system field is presented.
