The crystal and molecular structure of the title compound (C8H16N2NiS4) was solved by the heavy atom method and the structure was refined anisotropically to a final R factor of R = 0.029 (wR = 0.037) for 715 observed reflections. The crystal is monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 948.3(2), b = 776.9(2), c = 1 167.4(2) pm, β = 125.14(2)°, Z = 2. The molecule contains two four-membered NiSCS rings of approximately planar configuration with the Ni atom situated at a centre of symmetry. The molecules are arranged in chains along the c-axis of the unit cell.

ABSTRACTThe reactions of Ni with polycrystalline Si, Si0.82Ge0.18 and Si0.818Ge0.18C0.002 films in two different configurations during rapid thermal processing were studied. For the usually studied planar configuration with 20 nm thick Ni on 130–290 nm thick Si1-x-yGexCy, NiSi1-xGex(C) forms at 450°C on either Si0.82Ge0.18 or Si0.818Ge0.18C0.002, comparable to NiSi formed on Si. However, the agglomeration of NiSi1-xGex(C) on Si0.818Ge0.18C0.002 occurs at 625°C, about 50°C higher than that of NiSi1-xGex on Si0.82Ge0.18. For thin-film lateral diffusion couples, a 200-nm thick Ni film was in contact with 80–130 nm thick Si1-x-yGexCy through 1–10 μm sized contact openings in a 170 nm thick SiO2 isolation. While the Ni3Si phase was formed for both the Si0.82Ge0.18 and Si0.818Ge0.18C0.002 samples, the presence of 0.2 at.% C caused a slightly slower lateral growth.

The use of the analysis methodology and forecasting of time series of indicators of the effectiveness of maintaining airworthiness of aircraft of civil aviation made it possible to present the dynamics of indicators as a combination of the regular component, harmonic components with oscillation periods of 12 months and more, and a random component, which represents random processes developing under the influence of groups of factors affecting the airworthiness maintenance process. The results obtained are aimed at improving the safety and effectiveness of aircraft use. Keywords: aircraft, airworthiness, effectiveness of airworthiness maintenance, analysis methodology, forecasting, time series of effectiveness indicators. [email protected]

Abstract In these days, the maintenance process, as a part of the operation of manufacturing systems, is also developing while following the changes in the production area. Maintenance, in many of the cases, is operating as an individual service task, which requires many changes from the related handling processes. To follow the changes and the development in the field of the maintenance, we need many new concepts, methods and ideas. Main objective of our research was to uncover the relations between the effectivity of the maintenance processes and the material handling parameters. In this paper, we summarise the development of the maintenance processes and give an overview about the topical handling tasks, which must be solved.

The paper presents and describes in detail the specific procedures that are carried out during the repair of the crawler unit on the belt wagon BRs 1200.29/32, whose performance is the basis for high quality and efficient maintenance of these machines on site, as well as in repair shops. These procedures are complex interventions performed as part of the preventive maintenance process. The success of the maintenance process is presented as a workflow with as few failures and downtime as possible, also as a process without accidents, and in case of their occurrence, the possibility of the fastest elimination, all of which result in the satisfaction of both users and maintainers.
