In view of the low formation redundancy in the traditional rigid formation algorithm and its difficulty in dynamically adapting to the external environment, this study considers the use of the CVT (centroidal Voronoi tessellation) algorithm to control multiple robots to form the desired formation. This method significantly increases the complexity of the multi-robot system, its structural redundancy, and its internal carrying capacity. First, we used the CVT algorithm to complete the Voronoi division of the global map, and then changed the centroid position of the Voronoi cell by adjusting the density function. When the algorithm converged, it could ensure that the position of the generated point was the centroid of each Voronoi cell and control the robot to track the position of the generated point to form the desired formation. The use of traditional formations requires less consideration of the impact of the actual environment on the health of robots, the overall mission performance of the formation, and the future reliability. We propose a health optimization management algorithm based on minor changes to the original framework to minimize the health loss of robots and reduce the impact of environmental restrictions on formation sites, thereby improving the robustness of the formation system. Simulation and robot formation experiments proved that the CVT algorithm could control the robots to quickly generate formations, easily switch formations dynamically, and solve the formation maintenance problem in obstacle scenarios. Furthermore, the health optimization management algorithm could maximize the life of unhealthy robots, making the formation more robust when performing tasks in different scenarios.

Machine learning (ML) is applied in various logistic processes utilizing innovative techniques (e.g., the use of drones for automated delivery in e-commerce). Early challenges showed the insufficient drones’ steering capacity and cognitive gap related to the lack of theoretical foundation for controlling algorithms. The aim of this paper is to present a game-based algorithm of controlling behaviours in the relation between an operator (OP) and a technical object (TO), based on the assumption that the game is logistics-oriented and the algorithm is to support ML applied in e-commerce optimization management. Algebraic methods, including matrices, Lagrange functions, systems of differential equations, and set-theoretic notation, have been used as the main tools. The outcome is a model of a game-based optimization process in a two-element logistics system and an algorithm applied to find optimal steering strategies. The algorithm has been initially verified with the use of simulation based on a Bayesian network (BN) and a structured set of possible strategies (OP/TO) calculated with the use of QGeNie Modeller, finally prepared for Python. It has been proved the algorithm at this stage has no deadlocks and unforeseen loops and is ready to be challenged with the original big set of learning data from a drone-operating company (as the next stage of the planned research).

AbstractElectroconvulsive therapy (ECT) is one of the most successful treatment techniques employed in psychiatric practice. ECT is usually administered as a last resort to a patient who fails to respond to medical management or on an urgent basis as a life-saving procedure when immediate response is desired. It is performed under general anesthesia and is often associated with autonomic changes. All attempts should be made to minimize the resulting hemodynamic disturbances in all the patients using various pharmacological methods. Anesthesiologists providing anesthesia for ECT frequently encounter patients with diverse risk factors. Concurrent cardiovascular, neurological, respiratory, and endocrine disorders may require modification of anesthetic technique. It is ideal to optimize patients before ECT. In this review, the authors discuss the optimization, management, and modification of anesthesia care for patients with various cardiac, neurological, respiratory, and endocrine disorders presenting for ECT to improve the safety of the procedure. It is not infrequent that an anesthesiologist also plays an important role in inducing a seizure. Proconvulsants such as caffeine, adjuvants like opioids, hyperventilation, and appropriate choice of anesthetic agent for induction such as etomidate or ketamine can help. The use of BIS monitoring to guide the timing of electric stimulation is also elaborated in this review.

Today’s society is a society of the knowledge economy, and the competition of enterprises is the competition of talents. The rapid development of science and technology and the fierce development of market competition have made the importance of performance management increasingly prominent in corporate management. The purpose of performance management is to explore and deal with some of the effects of various factors on employee performance and to tap the potential of employees, improve employee performance, and also bring a qualitative leap to the performance of the organization. The improvement of the employee performance management level has laid a solid foundation for the improvement of the organizational performance management level. However, there are still some difficulties in the implementation of performance management in my country at this stage, and the management effect is not obvious. Therefore, building a scientific, reasonable, and complete multiobjective optimization-based corporate performance optimization management decision-making and coordination mechanism is the primary task of today’s enterprises. This article will give a brief theoretical overview of the combination of system management theory and behavior management theory, MBO target management, and KPI indicators, build a multiobjective optimization model on an effective theoretical basis, and use genetic algorithms to obtain a weak Pareto effective solution that can optimize the enterprise with consideration of performance appraisal indicators. It also builds an agency model and an analysis of employee incentive plans, which clearly shows the relationship between the company and the management and employees, conducts a cross analysis of the needs of the company’s management and employees, and puts forward the best corporate performance considering the needs of employees; among them, the multiobjective optimization of corporate performance increased by 14% under the optimal management decision.

Residential electricity consumption is an important part of the electricity consumption of the whole society. The systematic analysis of the influence mechanism of the external complex factors of residential electricity consumption is significant for scientific and effective power demand side optimization management. From the socio-economic and climate perspectives, Spearman’s correlation was used to analyze external multiple disturbance indicators, and principal component analysis (PCA) was used to reduce data dimensionality. The multi-factor residential electricity measurement model (PCA-MCA) was established to explore the heterogeneity of influence mechanisms. Taking Beijing as a case study, the results show that the sensitivity of residential electricity consumption of Beijing to socio-economic indicators is greater than that of climate indicators, and the two influencing factors are obviously heterogeneous. The impact of socio-economic factors on residential electricity consumption appears to have continuous and stable characteristics, but climate factors are more volatile. This paper discusses factors and disturbance mechanisms of regional residential electricity consumption, fully considering the actual situation in Beijing. Taking the realization of regional power demand lateral optimization management as the idea, the paper proposes some optimization strategies to achieve regional power availability. This provides an analysis basis and practical reference for sustainable development of regional power.
