Sebagian besar bayi terbangun di tengah malam karena perubahan fase tidur dari tidur lelap ke tidur ringan lalu bangun, dan biasanya akan menangis. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut maka dibuat suatu sistem yang dapat mengayunkan bayi kekiri dan ke kanan seperti pendulum dengan kecepatan yang diatur dengan metode fuzzy logic agar didapatkan pengayunan dengan gerakan perlahan dan stabil. Fuzzifikasi menggunakan metode Min-Max sedangkan pada deffuzzifikasi menggunakan metode weighted average dengan metode keluaran menggunakan metode tsukamoto. Hasil dari penelitian ini antara lain pada pengujian tanpa beban didapatkan respon terbaik pada saat tunning set point 60 dengan presentase error sebesar 2,28%. Pada saat tunning set point 50 didapat presentase error sebesar 13,58%. Pada saat pengujian menggunakan beban 3 kg didapatkan respon terbaik pada saat tunning set point 80 dengan presentase error sebesar 3,2%. Sedangakan pada saat tunning set point 70 didapat error sebesar 9,75%.

Distillation columns are the most units used in oil refineries, and chemical factories. This is a very difficult process and non-linear. Therefore, <br /> the development of intelligent control systems for the columns of <br /> the distillation is very difficult. In this paper, an intelligent control strategy using Mamdani type Interval Type-2 PI Like Fuzzy Logic Controller (IT2FLC) is used. The controller consists of PD-Like FLC with integrated output. Kernek Mendel (KM) algorithm is used as the type reduction method for the IT2FLC. This controller is applied to control a continuous binary trays distillation column. The controller has three tunable gains to reach minimum overshoot, minimum error and minimum settling time at least variables can be controlled. The controller is a variable of the molar fraction of distillate and the reflex ratio is the manipulated variable. Integral Time Absolute Error (ITAE) is employed as an objective function to measure the improvement in time response where the error is between desired and output product composition. The performance of IT2FLC is compared with Type-1 PI Like FLC (T1FLC). The results of the simulations have shown that the project of IT2FLC works efficiently to no- disturbance and the effects of disturbance. Improve average is of 85% for a constant set-point without a disturbance and 80% with a disturbance. Furthermore, the average improvement for a step set-point is 53% without disturbance and 74% with disturbance. All results of the simulation confirmed the hardiness and control any consistent inaccurate with obvious advantages for the IT2FLC.

Abstract An unconventional cascade control system, for the regulation of air supply in activated sludge wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs), was tested. The dissolved oxygen (DO) set point in the aeration tank was dynamically calculated based on effluent ammonia concentration, following a fuzzy logic based approach. First, simulations were conducted, according to the BSM2 protocol, for a general comparison with more conventional control strategies. It turned out that the effluent quality could be improved by 7–8%, based on the EQI parameter. Moreover, the aeration energy requirement could be reduced up to 13%. Subsequently, the system was installed in a full-scale WWTP. While stably complying with the ammonia effluent standard (10 mg/L), excess air supply was prevented, and a reduction of the specific power consumption (kWh/kgCODremoved) of 40–50% was recorded with respect to the previously installed PID controller (fixed DO set point).

Sistem di industri sering terjadi kesalahan dalam mencapai kinerja atau performansi yang diinginkan. Salah satunya pada sistem isothermal CSTR dimana sistem ini belum mampu bekerja sesuai set point yang diinginkan 1 g.mol/litter, untuk mencapai set point maka digunakan pengendali Sliding Mode Control yang di Hybrid dengan Fuzzy Logic Controller yang diidentifikasi dengan metode FOPDT untuk menurunkan nilai error steady state. hybrid sliding mode control dan fuzzy logic controller telah mencapai nilai set point yang diinginkan yaitu 1 g.mol/litter  dengan waktu tunak/settling time 0.7098 detik, sementara pada pengendali sliding mode control mengalami error steady state sebesar 0.0004 g.mol/litter dengan waktu tunak/settling time 0.7275 detik

Kelembaban udara pada greenhouse khususnya selada keriting merupakan hal yang penting. Hal ini penting karena menanam selada keriting dengan kelembaban kurang dapat menyebabkan kematian. Dengan adanya masalah ini diperlukan sistem kontrol kelembaban udara. Aplikasi dari fuzzy logic controller diharapkan untuk memecahkan masalah regulasi kelembaban udara pada greenhouse. Sensor yang digunakan adalah sensor DHT11. Fuzzy logic yang diterapkan memiliki 25 aturan, yang diperoleh dari 5 fungsi keanggotaan error dan 5 fungsi keanggotaan deltaerror. Penelitian ini menggunakan sistem inferensi fuzzy dengan metode mamdani untuk kontrol kelembaban udara dalam greenhouse. Pada aplikasi kontrol fuzzy untuk mencapai set-point kelembaban dari 60% ke kondisi 79%, diperoleh nilai parameter transient yaitu waktu tunak (ts) 570 detik, waktu naik (tr) 485 detik, waktu tunda (td) 60 detik, error steady state yaitu 0,7% dan tanpa overshoot. Pada aplikasi kontrol fuzzy untuk mencapai setpoint dari kelembaban udara 60% RH menjadi 79% RH membutuhkan 600 detik

Medicines should be stored in a room at a suitable temperature if the inappropriate affect the quality of the drug. Therefore we need a control that can control the temperature in the room so that it is constant in accordance with the rules for room temperature in drug storage, which is 25 degrees Celsius. The following paperwork presents a simulation controller between PI controller and PI-Fuzzy logic controller in adjusting the voltage to match the set of point. Where the fuzzy logic controller automatically searches for the Kp value so that the voltage output of the converter match the desired set of point. Then the converter used is synchronoust boost converter as voltage regulator and peltier as a DC load which functions as a cooler. in this research, the system using  PI controller was able to adjust the voltage to match the set point with Kp is 0.14089 and Ki is 124.6738 then settling time is 0.016 s. While the system using PI-Fuzzy logic controller,it was able to adjust the voltage to match the set point with Kp is 0.08112 and Ki is 125.6738 then settling time is 0.014 s.

This paper aims to study for accurate sheet trim shower position for paper making process. An accurate position is required in an automation system. A mathematical model of DC motor is used to obtain a transfer function between shaft position and applied voltage. PID controller with Ziegler-Nichols and Hang-tuning rule and Fuzzy logic controller for controlling position accuracy are required. The result reference explains it that the FLC is better than other methods and performance characteristics also improve the control of DC motor.
