Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is basically, what an organization does over and above the statutory requirement for the benefits of all the stakeholders of the society. In recent years, there has been a significant perception shift in the use of hotels. Hotels are being used for socializing, relaxation, business and so many other reasons. The hotel industry has to adapt themselves with the rapid social changes and creative relations and also face challenges of modern style and technology, green features and sustainability etc. The issues like garbage disposal, quality services to the customers, maintaining the flora and fauna of the area, culture heritages, respect the sentiments of the local areas residents' community, socials environment issues, etc. and are the main issues and challenges for the hotel industry in these days. This paper will take in account the above mentioned issues and challenges of hotel industries in the today's eras of liberalization, Privatization and Globalization and their impact on the growth of economic development in India.

The efficiency of the labor market functioning directly depends on a qualitative analysis of the existing structure of the labor force. The article presents the results of the analysis of the influence of the main trends in economic development on the structure of the labor force. The absolute changes and the share in the structure of the employed are calculated, which characterize the labor force of the EU countries and Russia. A comparative analysis of the existing relationships in the structure of the labor force of Russia and the EU countries is carried out. According to the results of the study, it was concluded that structural changes in the economy, acceleration of technological and social changes lead to a reduction in low-skilled employees, an increase in the group of highly qualified workers.

Kuqa, Xinjiang, is located at northwestern inland china. Traditionally a bridge between eastern and western civilizations, Kuqa had a history of cultural fusion and was left with abundant cultural heritage. As population increase, economic growth and social changes occurred, spontaneous renovation of the old city was affected, in which street fabric and scenes underwent damages. The paper demonstrates attempts made in various projects to achieve conservation of cultural heritage in agreement with economic development and improvement of living condition. The lessons learnt in these projects will be of value to development of other historic cities, especially in minority ethnic regions in China.

As globalisation of the economy proceeds apace, it is essential for trade unions to co-operate on a transnational basis if global capitalism is to be civilised. This contribution argues that problems with global trade union co-operation stem from the fact that people's social interests differ greatly according to the different stages of economic development reached in the First World, the newly industrialised countries, the transition economies and the countries of the Third World. It suggests that global co-operation amongst trade unions can only be achieved by doing away with protectionism and dumping. In the interest of the economic development of other groups of countries, the highly developed states have to abolish sectoral subsidies and protectionist measures. In return, the trade unions in the First World can expect the basic social rights laid down in ILO conventions to be made universally binding. Only then will it be possible to break out of the damaging spiral of global dumping and ensure that living conditions for all concerned are able to keep pace with economic progress. In those countries of Europe which are members of the EU, the conditions for transnational trade union co-operation are entirely different. A unified economic and monetary area has already been created, and what is needed now is for a transnational social area to be developed as well. There is scope here for the trade unions to build on the social standards that have already been set on a EU-wide basis. Despite the enormous challenges resulting from the far-reaching social changes taking place, trade unions in Europe have a real opportunity to establish a social model that can serve as a benchmark for unions in other parts of the world.
