The study identifies and systematizes key indicators and criteria for ensuring the financial stability of the restaurant business. The complex and thorough analysis of features of maintenance of financial stability of the enterprises of restaurant business on an example of one of restaurants of a chain of the Japanese kitchen of LLC «Sushiya» is carried out. After analyzing the key indicators of financial and economic activity of the restaurant, using the method of complex calculation of the rating of the financial condition of enterprises in the hospitality industry, the level of financial stability of the studied enterprise is determined. Based on the results of practice-oriented analysis, the ranking of financial management goals by the degree of impact on the financial stability of the enterprise. The mechanism of ensuring financial stability of restaurant business enterprises is modeled. The developed and substantiated mechanism is based on a unique methodology, which, unlike existing ones, is adapted to the field of hospitality, is carried out by specific tactical and strategic tools of financial management, based on the chosen type of enterprise policy; takes into account the dynamics of the main financial indicators of the enterprise, which is planned to implement the mechanism and the possible impact of factors of the external changing business environment. With the help of the matrix of financial strategies of J. Franchon and I. Romane, the position of the restaurant «Sushiya-Lavina» is determined and the methodological tools for improving the efficiency of its financial stability are substantiated.

The embrace of corporate social responsibility (CSR) by the Spanish hospitality industry is still in the early stages. Few hotel companies publish sustainability reports, although the number of tourism and distribution channel organizations (tour operators, online travel agencies, etc.) incorporating specific aspects of CSR is growing each year. In this paper, the authors analyze whether CSR has a direct effect on end-consumer demand in Spain, identifying those aspects that customers evaluate positively.

This study aimed to analyze the effect of human resource competencies, information technology and internal control systems on good governance and local government financial management performance in the Indonesian local government (Pangkep South Sulawesi).  Research conducted on civil servants working on 49 local work units (SKPD) by setting a sample of 245 respondents. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) supporting through Analysis of Moment Structures (AMOS) Ver. 21. The results showed that the human resources competencies and internal control system have a positive and a significant effect on good governance. Information technology has positive but not significant effect on good governance. A human resources competency, internal control system and good governance have<strong> </strong>positive and significant effect on the financial management performance. Information technology has insignificant effect on financial management performance: The Mediating role of good governance.

Purpose: This report is on a team effort to advise the Department of Trade and Industry on the development of a regulatory framework for the auditing of Financial, Management. Performance and Social Reporting Systems for co-operatives. Orientation: There was no framework in place prescribing requirements for reporting on financial, management and social performance of co-operatives. As a result, the team assisted the Department of Trade and Industry with the development of a proposed reporting framework with reference to international best practices and existing financial reporting frameworks. Findings: The research performed showed that existing reporting frameworks and practices do not meet the reporting requirements of co-operatives in all aspects because of the different nature of co-operatives as opposed to shareholder-owned entities.
