Reducing operating costs during soil processing and increasing the wear resistance of parts and components is an important condition for reducing the cost of agricultural products, increasing its efficiency and competitiveness. The development of materials with increased wear resistance and new effective technologies for strengthening working bodies in their manufacture is now becoming an urgent task. (Research purpose) The research purpose is increasing the wear resistance of the working bodies of soil-processing machines by electric arc surfacing. (Materials and methods) During the experimental study, it has been performed testing of modes and surfacing of a pilot batch of working bodies from Kverneland for field tests in VIM on an automated installation for electric arc surfacing. Authors used eutectic CastolinEnDotec DO*30 powder wire with a diameter of 1.2 millimeters and a boron content of up to 4 percent for surfacing wear-resistant rollers, which allows to obtain wear-resistant rollers with a hardness of up to 65 HRC without pores and cracks. (Results and discussion) It has been revealed that hardened ploughshares that have passed field tests are subject to lower wear rates compared to non-hardened ones. It was found that when operating time is 24.785 hectares per ploughshare, the wear of the linear size of the cutting edge along the width of hardened ploughshares is on average up to 10-11 millimeters less than that of non-hardened ones. It was found that when processing 228 hectares, the wear of the linear size of the cutting edge along the width of hardened bits is on average up to 9-10 millimeters less than that of non-hardened ones. (Conclusions) The technology of surfacing with intermittent wear-resistant rollers provides an increase in the efficiency of hardening of Kverneland working bodies according to the criterion of wear resistance by an average of 20-30 percent. The adjusted technological parameters of the surfacing process will reduce the wear rate and increase the service life of the blade part of the working bodies, as well as reduce the amount of surfaced material by an average of 60 percent. The continuation of work on strengthening the working bodies should be aimed at changing the surfacing scheme and choosing a cheaper domestic cored wire.

Abstract The welding technologies are widely used for design of protection layer against wear and corrosion. Hardfacing, which is destined for obtaining coatings with high hardness, takes special place in these technologies. One of the most effective way of hardfacing is using self shielded flux cored arc welding (FCAW-S). Chemical composition obtained in flux cored wire is much more rich in comparison to this obtained in solid wire. The filling in flux cored wires can be enriched for example with the mixture of hard particles or phases with specified ratio, which is not possible for solid wires. This is the reason why flux cored wires give various possibilities of application of this kind of filler material for improving surface in mining industry, processing of minerals, energetic etc. In the present paper the high chromium and niobium flux cored wire was used for hardfacing process with similar heat input. The work presents studies of microstructures of obtained coatings and hardness and geometric properties of them. The structural studies were made with using optical microscopy and X-ray diffraction that allowed for identification of carbides and other phases obtained in the structures of deposited materials. Investigated samples exhibit differences in coating structures made with the same heat input 4,08 kJ/mm. There are differences in size, shape and distribution of primary and eutectic carbides in structure. These differences cause significant changes in hardness of investigated coatings.

ABSTRACT Conservation Area for Mangrove and Proboscis in Tarakan City was built to preserve mangrove ecosystems and wildlife in its development and alternative ecotourism destinations. Based on the potential of Conservation Area for Mangrove and Proboscis in Tarakan City, therefore this study aims to predict the trend of tourist visits in Conservation Area for Mangrove and Proboscis in Tarakan City so that it can become the foundation for the development of Conservation Area for Mangrove and Proboscis inTarakan City in the future. In this study using respondents as many as 100 respondents who were Conservation Area for Mangrove and Proboscis in Tarakan City visitors. The sampling used method was accedential sampling and quota sampling. The result shown than visitors of Conservation Area for Mangrove and Proboscis inTarakan from 2018-2022 estimated to reach 164,888,5 visitors. The average decrease in visits per year is 978 people. Because of the facilities in the Conservation Area for Mangrove and Proboscis in Tarakan City are inadequate, such as wooden bridge that begin to be damaged and slippery when it rains, lack of place to sit, cleanliness that has not been maintained, unsanitary toilets, and lack of parking areas, and reduced proboscis monkey. If there is no renovation and repair of facilities, visitors tend not to choose the Conservation Area for Mangrove and Proboscis in Tarakan City as an alternative tourist attractions. Keywords: Conservation of mangrove, Ecotourism, Trend Analysis.

Choquet integral is a type of aggregation operator that is commonly used to aggregate the interrelated information. Nowadays, this operator has been successfully embedded with fuzzy measures in solving various evaluation problems. Inspired from this new development, this paper aims to introduce a combined Choquet integral-fuzzy measures (CI-FM) operator that uses the Shapley value standard and interaction index to deal with the interactions between elements of information. The proposed operator takes into account not only the importance of elements or their ordered positions but also the interaction among criteria during the evaluation process. A case of customers’ satisfaction over two fast restaurants in Malaysia is presented to illustrate the application of the proposed aggregation operator. Based on three customers’ satisfaction criteria, restaurant 1 and restaurant 2 received CI-FM scores of 0.711011 and 0.704945, respectively. Interestingly, the criterion “services” constantly received the highest rating across both restaurants. In addition, the proposed aggregation operator successfully identified which restaurant is superior in the eyes of customers. Finally, this study offers some research ideas for the future.
