Manufacturing companies are considered to have promising developments because they can provide innovations that are well accepted by the market share. This research aims to find out the effect of DER, .EPS,. And NPM on share prices according to partial and simultaneous. The object of research is the food and beverage manufacturing industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. The method of analysis used is the classical assumption test, such as 1. Normality test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test. 2. Multiple linear regression test and 3. Hypothesis testing using t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the research are partial DER..and..EPS does not have an impact on stock prices, while NPM has an impact on stock prices. According to DER, EPS and NPM simultaneously have an impact on stock prices. The coefficient of determination shows that 53.4% ​​of the stock price is influenced by the three independent variables. This study was made to know the effect of return on assets, current ratio, and debt to equity ratio on stock prices of manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015-2019 period. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive statistical analysis type. The data used is sourced from financial data on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and has been selected based on predetermined criteria. The population in this study amounted to 31 companies, using a purposive sample. The samples obtained were ten companies in the last five years. The results of this study indicate that partially the current ratio and debt to equity ratio do not have a positive and significant effect on stock prices. Partly, the return on assets has a positive and significant impact on stock prices. Return on assets, current ratio, and debt to equity ratio as independent variables simultaneously have a substantial effect on the variable stock price of manufacturing companies.

This study aims to analyze DER, ROE, on stock prices on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2015-2019 period. The analytical research technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Debt Equity Ratio, Return On Equity, Net Profit Margin have an effect on stock prices . Based on the coefficient of determination of the influence of Debt Equity Ratio, Return On Equity, Net Profit Margi has an influence of 54.6%. It is recommended that investors and potential investors if they want to invest are expected to be able to see and analyze the ratios that affect the overall stock price.

The net profit margin is a financial ratio in measuring a company's ability to generate a return on sales. Earning per share is a financial ratio that shows the profit from each outstanding share. The share price is the price of the company's shares listed and can change every second. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of net profit margin on stock prices and to determine the magnitude of the influence of earnings per share on stock prices. This research was conducted at Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2014-2018 period. The results in this study found that: 1) The t value of the net profit margin of 5.378 is greater than the t table of 2.00665 and the significant value of 0.000 is less than 0.05, it can be concluded that the net profit margin has a significant effect on stock prices; 2) It is obtained that the t value of earning per share is 3.349 which is greater than the t table of 2.00665 and a significant value of 0.002 is less than 0.05, so it can be concluded that earning per share has a significant effect on stock prices.

This study aims to determine the effect of Total Asset Turnover (TATO) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Share Prices with Profitability as Intervening Variables in Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Where Profitability used in the study is Return on Assets (ROA). This study uses secondary data, which is in the form of financial reports obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website. The samples used were 6 companies from 17 populations in 2012-2017 in the selection of samples conducted by purposive sampling. The statistical method used is panel data path analysis. The results showed that Total Asset Turnover (TATO) directly had a significant negative effect on Stock Prices. Likewise, the Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) directly has a significant positive effect on stock prices. While indirectly the Total Asset Turnover (TATO) mediated by Profitability affects the Stock Price. Meanwhile, indirectly the Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) mediated by Profitability has no effect on the Share Price.

Fundamental analysis of companies with financial ratios is essential in making investment decisions for any company. Therefore, to obtain maximum profit, investors need to perform a study before making investment decisions. This research aims to examine the effect of Earning Per Share (EPS), Price to Book Value (PBV), Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on the stock price. The research at the Indonesia Stock Exchange, a sub-sector of food and beverage companies, period five years (2014-2018). The sample of this study amounted to 12 companies from 26 companies in the population of food and beverage companies that have met the researchers' criteria. Data analysis with bootstrapping used SEM (statistical equation modeling) in hypothesis testing. The research findings confirmed the significant effect of Earning per Share, Price to Book Value, and Dividend Payout Ratio on stock prices. Meanwhile, the Net Profit Margin does not significantly affect stock prices in the study period, with an alpha significance of five percent. These findings imply practical implications that EPS, PBV, DPR, and NPM ratio information can be considered in investment decisions for anyone.

This study was conducted to examine the effect of Earnings Per Share, Net Profit Margin, Debt to Equity Ratio toward Stock Price on manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the years 2009-2012. The population consists of 36 companies and are used as a sample of 17  ompanies. Sampling technique using purposive sampling method. Data were tested by using multiple regression analysis and hypothesis test with 5% level of confidence. The research results that the variables Earnings Per Share (EPS) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) gives significantly positive effect on Stock Price. The other variables Debt to Equity Ratio is not significantly to Stock Price. We suggest for investors in Indonesia Stock Exchange that paying attention other factors that regards Stock Price because with those information they can make the best decision for their investments

The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of leverage, inflation and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of the share price at PT. Astra Autopart, Tbk. companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2015. The sampling technique in this study using a purposive sampling. With the technique of purposive  sampling, all the members of the research samples by criteria. Samples that meet the criteria are used research data. Then followed the classic assumption test and test hypotheses by linear regression. The results of this study demonstrate the regression results in regression equation that Y = 2605,424 + 1561,550 X1 + 2,338 X2 + 38,994X3. T test results showed that the leverage anda GDP (Gross Domestic Product) is positive and significant effect on stock prices, while inflation is not positive and significant effect on stock prices. F test results showed that jointly leverage variables, inflation and GDP variables affecting the stock price significantly. Abstract Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) is a term that is well known in the world of stocks in Indonesia. One of the company sectors listed on the IDX is manufacturing. The contribution of the manufacturing sector to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) was recorded to be the largest compared to other sectors. In this research, the manufacturing companies that will be used as the object of research to predict their stock prices are manufacturing companies listed in LQ45. In stock trading, prices fluctuate up or down. Stock conditions that fluctuate every day make investors who are going to invest in the Manufacturing industry must observe and study the past company data before investing. This data is important for investors to find out what might happen to a company's stock price. Thus, predicting stock prices in the manufacturing industry for the future is needed as a stage in deciding which manufacturing companies are good to investing in. The prediction method in this research uses ARIMA. The results obtained are the stock prices of companies GGRM, HMSP, ICBP, INDF, INTP and UNVR following a downward trend, so that the actions taken by investor in these companies are selling stocks, while for the stock prices of companies ASII, CPIN, INKP, JPFA, SMGR, TKIM, following an upward trend, so that the actions taken by investors in these companies are buying stocks.Keywords: Prediction, ARIMA, Investment  BEI merupakan istilah yang terkenal pada dunia saham di Indonesia. Sektor perusahaan yang terdapat di BEI salah satunya adalah manufaktur. Kontribusi sektor manufaktur dalam Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) tercatat yang paling besar dibandingkan sektor lainnya. Di dalam penelitian ini, perusahaan manufaktur yang akan dijadikan objek penelitian untuk diramalkan harga sahamnya yaitu perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di LQ45.  Pada perdagangan saham, harga mengalami fluktuasi naik maupun turun.  Keadaan saham yang fluktuasi setiap hari menjadikan investor yang akan berinvestasi di industri Manufaktur harus mengamati dan mempelajari data perusahaan dimasa lalu sebelum melakukan investasi. Data tersebut penting bagi investor untuk mengetahui kemungkinan yang terjadi pada harga saham suatu perusahaan. sehingga, meramal harga saham pada industri manufaktur untuk masa yang akan datang sangat dibutuhkan sebagai tahapan dalam memutuskan perusahaan Manufaktur yang baik dalam melakukan investasi. Metode Prediksi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan ARIMA. Hasil yang didapat yaitu harga saham perusahaan GGRM, HMSP, ICBP, INDF, INTP dan UNVR mengikuti tren turun, sehingga langkah yang diambil untuk investor pada perusahaan tersebut adalah menjualnya sedangkan untuk harga saham perusahaan ASII, CPIN, INKP, JPFA, SMGR, TKIM, mengikuti tren naik, sehingga langkah yang diambil untuk investor pada perusahaan tersebut adalah membeli saham.Kata Kunci: Prediksi, ARIMA, Investasi

The purpose of this study is to determine the financial effect proxy through Current  ratio, Debt Equity Ratio, Return On Asset, Return On Equity, Return On Investment and Net Profit Margin Against Stock Price of the Company and the like mentioned in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample used in the study amounted to 16 companies from a total of 18 companies, for the techniques used in the study using multiple regression analysis. The test results show the variable Current Ratio, Debt Equity Ratio, Return On Asset, Return On Equity, Return On Investment and Net Profit Margin simultaneously affect the stock price of metal companies and the like listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, with the results obtained F- count as 5,948 with  significant 0.000 < 0.05. Which means the relationship between the independent variables Current Ratio, Debt Equity Ratio, Return On Asset, Return On Equity, Return On Investment and Net Profit Margin together have a close relationship to stock prices.

The purpose of this research is to explain the effect of financial performance to the stock return. The financial performances in this research were Earning Per Share, Price Earning Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Assets, andNet Profit Margin. The financial performance as the independent variables and the dependent variabel is stock return.The sample of this research is thirty manufacturing company of consumer goods industry sector. These companies are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange since 2012 until 2014. The sampling method is purposive sampling. The analysis method used in this research that is with hypothesis test that is determinant coefficient, test F, and test t. Using thirty manufacturing companies listed in IDX, this research shows that the Earning Per Share, Price Earning Ratio and the Net Profit Margin has a positive and significant impact on stock returns. Instead, the variable Debt to Equity Ratio has a negative influence. This research also indicate that variable Return On Assets has no effect on stock returns.
