The article summarizes the functional characteristics of the network-centric ontographic information system (NOIS) for the needs of structural units of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces as an effective tool to support decision-making. During the research further development the principle of using cognitive information technology to create such an information system, solved tasks to determine the functional characteristics of special software, chose a structural scheme of the information system, which ensures their implementation, and formed the basic requirements for NOIS. The principles of NOIS creation and prospects for further development of the information system are studied. It is determined that the tasks of structuring and classification of information, including that which has signs of incompleteness, fragmentation, etc., as well as the tasks of further synthesis of guiding documents are of special importance in the process of formation of reasonable decisions. The method of recursive reduction for structuring and for formation of ontologies of information used for substantiation of decision - making is investigated. The functional characteristics of NOIS are proposed to be implemented using a technological platform that has a component architecture of cognitive services. A variant of the structural scheme of the special purpose NOIS is proposed, which takes into account the specifics of information resources and features of the information processing circuit to support decision-making. The obtained results can be used during the development of a draft project of a network-centric ontographic information system, which will increase the efficiency and validity of decision-making by commanders of various units of the Naval Forces during operations (combat operations).

The paper considers the conceptual provisions of building a promising cognitive information security system of the museum complex on a cyber-physical basis. The stratified model of cognitive information security system of the museum complex was presented. It was shown that the key technological platform for the security of the museum complex is information and network technologies integrated (converged) with the technologies of industrial artificial intelligence. The generalized structural scheme of the cognitive cycle of the information security system of the museum complex was considered. The characteristic of the basic processes realized in a cognitive contour was given.

An information system translates data into information to support business decision making. Data, raw unorganized facts, are gathered relative to a business event. The resulting information, which has meaning in the hands of a user, must be complete and accurate in order to support timely decision making. The acquisition of an information system by a small business will be a relatively costly endeavour. The small business manager will tend to rely upon an internal individual or external organization for advice when acquiring an information system. Further, the information system will be employed to improve the efficiency of daily operations of a small business. This chapter describes information systems. In general, an information system turns data into information to support decision making. The information must be timely, complete, and accurate relative to the decisions which must be made.

Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a digital representation of physical and functional characteristics of a facility. A BIM is a shared knowledge resource for information about a facility forming a reliable basis for decisions during its life-cycle; defined as existing from earliest conception to demolition. Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a process involving the generation and management of digital representations of physical and functional characteristics of places. BIM are files (often but not always in proprietary formats and containing proprietary data) which can be exchanged or networked to support decision-making about a place. Current BIM software is used by individuals, businesses and government authorities who plan, design, construct, operate and maintain diverse physical infrastructures, from water, wastewater, electricity, gas, refuse and communication utilities to roads, bridges and ports, from houses, apartments, schools and shops to offices, factories, warehouses and etc.

The purpose of the study is to determine if general control and application control at PT AJ is sufficient in running the system of cash sale in an efficient and effective. Conclusion obtained are more adequate level of internal control reliability in handling the risks that may occur so that the information produced will be more rapid, accurate, and reliable to support decision making from management.
