Kata kunci : kepuasan kerja, perawat   IDENTIFICATION OF NURSE WORK SATISFACTION THAT WORKED IN THE MEDICAL SURGERY OF SURGERY   ABSTRACT Job satisfaction is a problem that is quite interesting and important, because it has proven to have a great influence for individuals and for companies. Job satisfaction is a person's attitude towards work related to work situations, cooperation between employees, rewards received in work, and matters relating to physical and psychological. The purpose of this study was to identify job satisfaction of nurses in the surgical medical ward. This study uses a quantitative approach with a type of descriptive research. The data analysis techniques in this study were carried out by univariate analysis to describe the characteristics of the variables. The sampling technique used questionnaires to nurses who worked in certain hospitals in South Middle East District and Kupang City, the samples taken were 89 samples. . The results obtained from this study mean that the average job satisfaction of certain hospital nurses in East Tengah Selatan District and Kupang City is in the neutral category, which means nurses feel that what they have received is in accordance with the work they have done. telliti namely salary, supervision, additional benefits, rewards, working conditions, promotions, nature of work and communication except coworkers. Suggestions for future researchers to be able to use other variables such as well-being towards job satisfaction for nurses working in hospitals.   Keywords:  job satisfaction, nurse

Aim. Evaluate the composition of microorganisms of skin microbiocenosis of axilla in brom-hidrosis patients. Materials and methods. 23 patients were examined (11 - 17 years) under the observation at Pirogov CCDC of the National Medical-Surgery Centre. Identification was carried out using biochemical test-systems BioMerieux VITEK MS MALDI-TOF («bioMerieux», France) and 16SrRNA genesequencing with consequent juxtaposition with EMBL/NCBI. Medium and high degree of skin seeding with microbiota was present in most of the patients with bromhidrosis (52.2 and 43.5%). 137 strains belonging to 5 genera of microorganisms were identified - Corynebacterium, Staphylococcus, Moraxella, Micrococcus, Candida and Bacillus spp. Coiynehacte-rium genus strains (8 species) and Staphylococcus genus (5 species) prevailed in microbiocenosis (89.1%). C. tuberculostearicum strains dominated among Corynebacterium, and S. hominis - Staphylococcus. Conclusion. In most of the cases (82.6%) in patients microbiocenosis of skin of axilla was presented by consortiums of microorganisms with prevalence of Corynebacterium and Staphylococcus microorganisms.

Abstract This paper presents the singularity analysis of a 7-degrees of freedom (DOF) hybrid manipulator consisting of a closed-loop within it. From the past studies, it is well-known that the kinematic singularities play a significant role in the design and control of robotic manipulators. Kinematic singularities pose two-fold effects – first, they can induce the loss of one or more DOF of the manipulator and cause infinite joint rates at that particular joint, and second, they help to determine the trajectory or zone with high mechanical advantage. In current work, a 7-DOF hybrid manipulator is considered which is being developed at Council Of Scientific And Industrial Research–Central Scientific Instruments Organisation (CSIR–CSIO) Chandigarh to assist a surgeon during a medical-surgical task. To emulate the natural motion of a surgeon, the challenging configuration with redundant DOF is utilized. Jacobian has been computed analytically and analyzed at each instantaneous configuration with the evaluation of manipulability. Effect of a closed loop in the hybrid configurations is focused at, and utilizing the contour plots, good and worst working zones are identified in the workspace of the manipulator. The verification and validation of best and worst manipulability points (singularities) are done with the help of genetic algorithms, to determine locally and globally optimal configurations. Finally, on the basis of the singularity analysis, the present work concludes with few guidelines to the surgeon about the best and worst working zones for surgical tasks.

The wide bandwidth and high amplitude feature of the beating heart motion makes surgeon hard to achieve the coronary artery bypass graph surgery on his or her own. The robot could help to cancel the relative motion between the end effecter of the robotic tool and certain point on the heart surface. Therefore a stationary operation screen could be used for the surgeon. The precise robot modeling is the prerequisite for tracking control algorithm. In the paper, we process the input and output data by using the nonlinear optimization method to obtain the system model. Next, we discuss the system identification related problems and modify the model. Finally, a good system model is achieved.

This paper presents a new analytical modeling of ultrasonic vibration assisted drilling of bones for medical surgery operations. Due to the heterogeneous bone structure and the uneven bone surface, bone surgery cutting suffers from inaccuracy and difficulty in high precision bone surgery cutting. In this paper, a new method of ultrasonic vibration assisted drilling is proposed for bone surgery cutting. An analytical force modeling is presented for ultrasonic vibration assisted bone drilling. Experimental result validates the analytical modeling presented in the paper. Preliminary testing result also shows a significant improvement of drilling accuracy based on the proposed ultrasonic vibration assisted bone drilling. The proposed cutting techniques can be used in bone cutting surgery to increase the accuracy of born drilling position and reduce trauma damage of bone and surrounding soft tissues.

In several last decades, Single Point Incremental Forming named as SPIF, a branch of Incremental Sheet Forming (ISF), is an advanced flexible manufacturing process to produce complex 3D sheet products especially for unique models such as personal cranium, cheek-bone,…applied in surgery. Presently, the SPIF technology has been continuously studied, applied and perfected for metal sheet manufacturing, especially Titanium and its alloys in some industrial sectors like aerospace, chemical engineering, and medical surgery. However, the formability of Titanium alloys is limited at room temperature that causes so many failures and tears of sheet workpiece when forming. This paper recommends a measure of increasing the plasticity of the formed metal sheet by heating. This paper studies on the effect of the control of temperature to increase the plasticity of the sheet workpiece. The accuracy of dimensions of the products under the effect of springback phenomenon in forming process at normal and high temperature of workpiece is also studied to show the effect of hot SPIF. The design of experiment (DOE) is also mentioned in this paper to select a set of suitable input parameters for the empirical process.
