Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengkaji proses pengembangan, kelayakan, dan respons dari peserta didik terhadap pengembangan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik berbasis Higher Order Thinking Skills pada kelas XII Akuntansi Keuangan dan Lembaga mata pelajaran akuntansi keuangan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 2 Madiun. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada semester genap kelas XII Akuntansi Keuangan dan Lembaga dengan jumlah 25 peserta didik. Model pengembangan penelitian yang digunakan yakni model 4D (Define, Design, Development and Dissemination). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, angket atau kuesioner, dokumentasi dan tes hasil respons peserta didik. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah tingkat kelayakan berdasarkan penilaian pengesahan dari ahli materi, kebahasaan, dan desain grafis mendapatkan skor nilai 87%, kategori sangat layak untuk digunakan. Aspek yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan kelayakan diambil dari aspek materi, aspek kebahasaan dan aspek media (desain grafis). Tingkat respons peserta didik dinilai berdasarkan 4 komponen, yakni komponen isi, materi, penyajian dan bahasa, serta mendapatkan kriteria penilaian “Sangat Menarik” untuk digunakan. AbstrakThis study aims to analyze and study the development process, feasibility, and response of students to the development of Student Worksheets based on Higher Order Thinking Skills in class XII Financial Accounting and Institutions of financial accounting subjects at 2 Madiun Vocational High School. This research was conducted in the even semester of class XII Financial Accounting and Institutions with a total of 25 students. The research development model used is the 4D model (Define, Design, Development and Dissemination). Data collection is done by observation, questionnaire or questionnaire, documentation and test results of students' responses. The results of this study are the level of eligibility based on the assessment of endorsement by experts in material, linguistic, and graphic design score of 87%, the category is very feasible to use. The aspects used to obtain eligibility are taken from the material aspects, linguistic aspects and media aspects (graphic design). Student response rates are assessed based on 4 components, namely the components of content, material, presentation and language, and get an assessment criteria "Very Attractive" to use.

The Student Worksheets (LKPD) available so far only contain black and white writing. In addition, the pictures and questions presented did not attract students' interest in learning. Therefore, it is necessary to develop LKPD that can attract students' learning interests. This study aims to develop Electronic LKPD (E-LKPD) thematic learning based on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). This research is a type of development research (RnD). The development model uses the ADDIE model which consists of the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation stages. The E-LKPD product that has been developed is then tested on validators, teachers, and students to determine the effectiveness of its use. Data analysis techniques were carried out descriptively, qualitatively, and quantitatively. Validation is carried out by three validators, namely content, material, and language validators. The research instrument is a teacher response questionnaire for practicality and a student response questionnaire for attractiveness. The average validation result of media experts is 3.6 with the "very valid" category, while the material expert is 3.83 with the "very valid" category and the linguist is 2.83 in the "valid" category with revisions. The results of the analysis of the practicality of the E-LKPD can be assessed from the results of the teacher's questionnaire score obtained a score of 3.43 in the "very practical" category while the results of the analysis of the attractiveness of the E-LKPD obtained from the results of the student questionnaire score with a score of 3.19 in the "good" category. Based on the trial, it was concluded that the results of developing the E-LKPD product for HOTS-based thematic learning were valid, practical, and interesting to use in learning in grade IV elementary schools.

Media Pembelajaran mempunyai peran penting pada saat kegiatan belajar mengajar karena membuat proses komunikasi antara guru dengan peserta didik terjalin secara optimal. Namun media pembelajaran yang digunakan di SMP Negeri 1 Seputih Agung belum sepenuhnya mampu untuk memenuhi kebutuhan peserta didik  dalam pembelajaran. Hal ini dikarenakan media yang digunakan baru berupa buku paket dan powerpoint. Buku yang digunakan banyak sekali materi yang harus dihafal dan dipahami karena menggunakan kalimat yang terlalu panjang. Tujuan dari pengembangan ini adalah untuk menghasilkan buku kerja (workbook) berbasis soal higher order thinking skills (HOTS) pada materi aktivitas manusia dalam memenuhi kebutuhan kelas Vll SMP Negeri 1 Seputih Agung yang valid dan praktis. Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan penelitian pengembangan dengan model pengembangan 4D (Define, Design, Development, Disseminate). Proses untuk mengembangkan buku kerja (workbook) berbasis soal higher order thinking skills (HOTS) diawali dengan tahap validasi oleh 1 ahli media, dan 1 ahli materi buku kerja (workbook) berbasis soal higher order thinking skills (HOTS) juga diujicobakan kepada kelompok kecil untuk melihat respon peserta didik kelas Vll SMP Negeri 1 Seputih Agung. Hasil penelitian validasi ahli media pembelajaran dengan persentase sebesar 93,75% dengan kriteria sangat kuat. Hasil validasi oleh ahli materi dengan persentase 91,25% dengan kriteria sangat kuat. Sedangkan untuk hasil uji coba secara daring dengan kelompok kecil yaitu 10 orang dari 32 orang peserta didik dengan persentase 89,50% termasuk dalam kriteria sangat kuat. Berdasarkan presentase yang diperoleh maka buku kerja (workbook) berbasis soal higher order thinking skills (HOTS) dinyatakan valid dan praktis untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran.

<p><strong>Abstract:</strong> The Mobuya learning media stands for monopoly based culture. The Mobuya media teaching is a game based on students’ ability to play and learn, its main content is question card that point to the HOTS. The purpose of this study to introduced the beautiful cultural diversity of country through the Mobuya learning media. Methods of media development in the study are ADDIE models (analyze, design, development, implementation, and evaluation). The results of the validation of qualified silabus scholars and material in the learning media fit valid or worthy criteria with small recensions. Results of the materials validation on the silabus validation sheet, scores obtained from the silabus validation valid or worthy criteria are used with small recensions. The location of the Mobuya scientific silabus learning aim higher level of thought ability or HOTS (Higher, Order, Thinking, Skills) posed. The validation of the media given to the validator of the learning media experts show good criteria so it can be continiue but with a few part that must be revised. The achievement assesment results given to teacher show the learning media can or deserve given to learners. The Mobuya learning media test, the learning media needs to be re-perfected so that in learning it is easy for learners to use.</p><strong>Abstrak:</strong> Media pembelajaran Mobuya merupakan singkatan dari monopoli berbasis budaya. Media pembelalajaran Mobuya merupakan permainan yang berlandaskan kepada kemampuan siswa dalam bermain dan belajar, konten utamanya berupa kartu pertanyaan yang terarah pada soal HOTS. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengenalkan indahnya keragaman budaya negeriku melalui media pembelajaran Mobuya. Metode pengembangan media dalam penelitian ini adalah model ADDIE (<em>analyze, design, development, implementation, and evaluation</em>). Hasil validasi ahli materi silabus kevalidan materi dalam media pembelajaran sesuai dengan kriteria valid atau layak digunakan dengan revisi kecil. Hasil validasi ahli materi pada lembar validasi silabus, skor yang diperoleh dari validasi silabus kriteria valid atau layak digunakan dengan revisi kecil. Letak dari <em>scientific</em> silabus media pembelajaran Mobuya, arahkan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi atau HOTS (<em>Higher, Order, Thinking, Skills</em>) ditampakkan. Validasi media yang diberikan kepada validator ahli media pembelajaran menunjukkan kriteria baik sehingga dapat dilanjutkan, tetapi dengan beberapa bagian yang harus direvisi. Hasil penilaian angket yang diberikan kepada guru menunjukkan media pembelajaran dapat atau layak untuk diberikan kepada peserta didik. Uji coba media pembelajaran Mobuya, media pembelajaran perlu disempurnakan kembali sehingga dalam pembelajaran mudah untuk digunakan oleh peserta didik.

This study aims to develop a valid, effective, and practical HOTS-based worksheet for calculus courses in the Mathematics Education Department. The development of the worksheet is expected to improve critical and creative thinking skills, which is implemented through the Online Learning System (SPADA). This research is development research with the research subject being 27 students of Mathematics Education, Muhammadiyah University of Makassar. The instruments used in this study were instrument validation sheets, test, and student response questionnaires. This worksheet development process is adapted from the model of development of the 4-D models, which consists of define, design, develop, and disseminate. The results of the validation assessment were an average score of 3.61 in the valid categories. The result of the lecturers' practicality at 3.6 with the practical category. Furthermore, the results of the effectiveness assessment through the HOTS test showed that the percentage of classical completeness was 86.7%. The students' responses showed a positive response to this worksheet. The assessment results showed that the average pretest was 46.85, while the postest was 74.81. There is an increase in the average value of higher-order thinking skills from pretest to postest in field trials. So it produces worksheets based on HOTS through SPADA that have met the valid, practical, and effective aspects and can facilitate students in practicing their higher-order thinking skills.

While there is currently a significant amount of work being done to promote competency-based education (CBE), many efforts are focused on the design, development, administration, and technology of CBE programs. Yet CBE programs will be successful only if they begin with an accurate and comprehensive identification of required competencies and the key performance indicators (KPI) necessary for effective instructional planning and assessment. This continues to be an area of ongoing debate in competency-based education, particularly in regard to the identification of 21st century competencies and those that reflect higher-order thinking skills. This article suggests that communities of practice (COP) can be integral partners in the effort to identify competencies, establish levels of proficiency that support common divisions of labor within industries, and distinguish the novice from the expert.

Since Indonesia participated in the Program for International Students Assessment (PISA) and the Trend in International Mathematics and Science Study (TIMMS) in 2000, the mathematics test results have never been satisfactory. Even until 2018, the results were still unsatisfactory. In other words, the test results are stagnant. To improve the results of these tests, the government has issued a policy of minimum competency assessment (AKM) or known as the Computer-Based National Assessment (ANBK). One of the tests in it is the provision of questions that are included in the Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) category, as are usually given on the PISA and TIMMS tests. Training for teachers in HOTS-integrated learning tools is needed to prepare schools or madrasas to face HOTS-integrated learning. The service partners are all teachers at MA Assawiyah Pringgasela Timur. The community service is on 7-8 August 2021, which 17 teachers attend. The method used is lecture and demonstration. The result of community service activities is that MA Assawiyah teachers gain knowledge about the basic concepts of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS), implementation of HOTS in learning planning, and measuring HOTS in students. This can be seen from the learning tools that have been compiled into the HOTS category.

Bahan ajar yang dipakai di SMA Muhammadiyah Pringsewu hanyabuku cetak dengan kurikulum 2013. Kurikulum 2013 menuntutpeserta didik untuk berpikir kritis, logis, kreatif, dan mampumenyelesaikan masalah. Maka diperlukan bahan ajar lain yangdapat menjadi sumber belajar, dapat membantu keterlibatanpeserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran dan dapat melatih pesertadidik untuk berpikir tingkat tinggi. Salah satu bahan ajar yang dapatdigunakan oleh pendidik yaitu Lembar kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD)Berbasis Soal Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). Tujuan daripengembangan ini adalah untuk menghasilkan lembar kerja yangvalid dan praktis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitianpengembangan atau Research and Development (R&D) denganmenggunakan model 4D yang terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu Define,Design, Development, Disseminationt. Hasil penelitian menunjukanbahwa Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) Berbasis Soal HigherOrder Thinking Skills (HOTS) valid untuk digunakan dalam prosespembelajaran. Hasil validasi oleh ahli media dengan presentase90,66% kategori sangat valid, ahli materi dan soal denganpresentase 86,66% kategori sangat valid, ahli bahsa denganpresentase 78% kategori valid, hasil uji coba produk Lembar KerjaPeserta Didik (LKPD) Berbasis Soal Higher Order Thinking Skills(HOTS) kepada peserta didik dengan presentase 81,06% kriteriasangat praktis, hal ini menunjukan bahwa lembar kerja tersebutsudah dapat digunakan sebagai bahan ajar ekonomi. Berdasarkanrekapitulasi tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Lembar KerjaPeserta Didik (LKPD) Berbasis Soal Higher Order Thinking Skills(HOTS) merupakan lembar kerja yang valida dan praktis untukdigunakan dalam proses pembelajaran.

This study overall develops models/learning tools for higher order thinking mathematics using the IMPROVE method which is valid, practical and effective using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation) model. However, specifically in this paper, the researcher reveals the other side of the development results of these learning tools, namely the development and obstacles faced by students in increasing higher-order thinking skills (Higher-Order-Thinking). Therefore, the specific objective of this study is to determine the development trend of students' higher order thinking skills and the difficulties encountered during learning. The research instruments were student on-task activity sheets, student activity observation sheets, formative tests and learning outcomes tests. The test was conducted on 66 students of class X SMAN 3 and SMAN 5 Banda Aceh as samples. The test results show that the mathematics learning device is valid, practical and effective in accordance with predetermined product criteria. The tendency for the development of high-order thinking skills (HOTS) of students in formative exercises (T1 and T2) moved up and the Learning Outcomes Test was good, on average 72%. The difficulties faced by students are dominant in indicators of creation and evaluation. The implication of this study is that higher order thinking mathematics learning model with the IMPROVE method and metacognitive strategies can be used for class X SMA students. Abstrak Secara keseluruhan studi ini melakukan pengembangan model/perangkat pembelajaran matematika berpikir tingkat tinggi dengan metode IMPROVE yang valid, praktis dan efektif menggunakan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). Namun secara khusus dalam tulisan ini, peneliti mengungkapkan sisi lain dari hasil pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran tersebut yaitu perkembangan dan hambatan yang dihadapi siswa dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi (Higher-Order-Thinking). Oleh sebab itu, tujuan khusus dari studi ini adalah untuk mengetahui kecenderungan perkembangan kemampuan berpikir tinggkat tinggi siswa dan kesulitan yang dihadapi selama pembelajaran. Instrumen penelitian adalah lembar aktivitas on task siswa, lembar pengamatan aktivitas siswa, tes formatif dan tes hasil belajar. Ujicoba dilakukan pada siswa kelas X SMAN 3 dan SMAN 5 Banda Aceh sebanyak 66 orang sebagai sampel. Hasil ujicoba menunjukkan, perangkat pembelajaran matematika tersebut telah valid, praktis dan efektif sesuai dengan kriteria produk yang telah ditetapkan. Kecenderungan perkembangan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi (HOTS) siswa pada latihan formatif (T1 dan T2) bergerak naik dan Tes Hasil Belajar kategori baik, rata-rata 72%. Kesulitan yang dihadapi siswa dominan pada indikator kreasi dan evaluasi. Implikasi dari studi ini adalah model pembelajaran matematika berpikir tingkat tinggi dengan metode IMPROVE dan strategi metakognitif  telah dapat digunakan untuk siswa kelas X SMA. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses dan hasil pembuatan instrumen penilaian berbasis lingkungan lahan basah yang layak untuk mengukur HOTS siswa di kelas XI MIPA SMA Negeri 7 Banjarmasin. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development level 4 dengan tahap pengembangan 4D oleh Thiagarajan yaitu Define, Design, Development and Dissemination. Penelitian ini tidak sampai pada tahap Dissemination. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah tes dan angket. Analisis data secara kualitatif terhadap angket untuk mendapat saran terhadap produk. Analisis data dengan uji statistik untuk menguji validitas, reliabilitas, daya pembeda dan tingkat kesukaran. Produk yang telah direvisi berupa tujuh soal pilihan ganda dan empat soal uraian. Kata kunci: Instrumen Penilaian, HOTS, Lingkungan lahan basah
