A relevance of development new meanings on the trajectory of sustainable development of economy of the Russian Federation has been justified. It has been offered to introduce into circulation a concept from area of the eco-oriented innovative development (further - EOID) of a look “a system -a model - a strategy - an algorithm”. Components of the offered concept have been presented. Verbalization of the specified concept has been considered. Semantic elements of a conceptual framework of the considered concept have been adduced. An application of developed concept on the example of investigation of status and level of implementation of the eco-oriented innovative development (EOID) of one region of the country has been demonstrated. Communication of concepts of this subject area and innovative policy of regions of the country has been shown.

This article examines the novel of the famous Ukrainian writer Serhii Zhadan «ORPHANAGE» (2017) in terms of the implementation of the binary opposition «home / homelessness». The novel is written in travel genre and covers the events of the war between Ukraine and the Russian Federation in Donbass. It is the theme of the war and the genre of the work that creates the ground for the image of the characters outside their home: sometimes being homeless is not knowing whose side of the war your home is on. The article reveals the specifics of the topic of homelessness in a hybrid war in Ukraine using the intertextual research method. Paratextual analysis is involved: the meaning of the title of the novel, annotation, other extra-textual superstructures for revealing new meanings of the text in the discourse of the researched topic is analyzed. In particular, the linguistic material is partially analyzed taking into account the bilingual population of Donbass. Intertextual connections with the Bible, works by F. Dostoevskii, M. Bulgakov, intermediate components, etc. are revealed.

Amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation in 2020 introduced many new meanings and concepts into the constitutional matter. Most of them have great ideological potential. The paper analyzes the worldview aspect of the amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the political message of their adoption, methodological approaches to identifying their content.The paper highlights amendments with the greatest spiritual and moral content, such as succession, historical truth, patriotism. The author elucidates the prerequisites for their adoption, including the historical inevitability of changing the Constitution of the Russian Federation in 1993 and the defeat of imitative constitutionalism in the majority of post-socialist countries. It is shown that the ideological content of the amendments was used to adjust the liberal-democratic model from the standpoint of strengthening the state sovereignty. Particular attention is paid to the expansion of national identity in constitutional norms as a natural process of protection from global constitutionalism, universal democratic values, including the case study of Eastern European states. There is a worldwide crisis tendency for the market-type democracy, the search for more modern approaches to its renewal.As a conclusion, it is noted that the worldview turn towards a reassessment of the liberal democratic doctrine is contradictory and not completely clear. It can be assumed that the amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation are the first step not only towards the modification of constitutional institutions, but also towards a qualitative renewal of the philosophical and legal meanings of the Russian constitutional identity.As methodological tools of scientific research, it is proposed to use the potential of the integrative function of philosophy of law and the concept of system-wide contradictions of the society. This concept allows us to critically assess the universality of the traditional values of democracy, to form their own competitive models of the constitutional structure. It aims at finding a balance between the opposites in the society, the state, at the mechanism of dialogue and proportionality in decision-making.

The results of the work to create a complex of high-precision hardware for the unit of length reproduction and transferring carried out at “D. I. Mendeleyev Institute for Metrology (VNIIM)” are represented. This complex will serve as the basis for the further development of the reference base of the Russian Federation in the field of length measurements and will allow reproduction of the unit of length at two wavelengths of 633 nm and 532 nm, as well as measurements of the wavelength of laser sources in vacuum in the range from 500 to 1050 nm.
