The Information Technology (IT) blueprint basically contains a strategic plan of the company / institution in implementing and developing information technology / information systems in the company / institution. This study aims to design the IT Blueprint model in terms of data architecture, application architecture and technology architecture using the Zachman Framework enterprise architecture, where the blueprint is a comprehensive and integrated information technology system design. The methodology used in this study refers to the framework of Enterprise Architecture Planning. The results of this study obtained data architecture design, applications and technology along with data entities, business entities and business processes and business process functions so that they can illustrate the IT blueprint model along with the implementation roadmap that serves as a reference and guideline campus of Politeknik Negeri Bali (PNB).

The purpose of this study is to analyze the company's business processes and make strategic planning and information technology system that is suitable for supporting the goals and vision of the company's mission. The research method is data collection in the form of interviews with the company management and staff, field observations, literature research related to strategic planning and information technology systems. The results of this study prove that the company has a weakness in the implementation of information systems which is not maximized , while the strength of the company has not been fully supported by the use of information technology . This shows that the need for strategic planning and information technology systems to support achievement of business strategy at the company over the next five years. Thus, this research produced a strategic plan in the form of application architecture, hardware architecture, network architecture, organizational development, implementation schedule and cost estimates.

The information system is used to present information for management decision making and running the activities involved in an organization. Blue Print of information technology essentially provides college's strategic plan to implement and build information systems in college which is a derivative of the Business Plan colleges where individual companies generally have a strategic plan. This study aims to create an enterprise architecture for IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon, in the form of IT blueprint that could later be used by the enterprise to achieve its vision and mission. The planning is done by utilizing EAP methodology (Enterprise Architecture Planning). The means used is through the process of defining the enterprise architecture in the form of data architecture, application architecture, technology architecture, business architecture, as well as integration architecture. Once the rest of the enterprise architecture is defined, the result made implementation plan is a plan for the implementation of enterprise architectures in the future as a blueprint for the information technology IAIN Sheikh Nurjati Cirebon.

With the development of technology today, it is very important for every company to plan and develop a system to support business processes in each company. Achieving the goals of an enterprise faces challenges and changes that require strategies for effective measures and efficient use of resources. One important and increasingly widely used strategy is the use and improvement of information system support for the enterprise. This plan can utilize enterprise architecture planning methodology that produces data architecture, application architecture, technology architecture, and the direction of its implementation plan for the enterprise.CV Biensi Fesyenindo is engaged in retail garment, with branches throughout Indonesia, covering the areas of Kalimantan, Sulawesai, NTB, NTT, Bali, Java and Sumatra. In their daily activities, they carry out production to distribution processes to meet market and employee needs.The enterprise architecture model used in this study is by using Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP). EAP is a process of defining enterprise architecture that focuses on data architecture, applications and technology in supporting business and plans to implement the architecture, where the EAP method has several stages, starting from planning in planning, business modeling , Current System and Technology (Current System & Technology), Data Architecture (Data Architecture), Application Architecture (Applications Architecture), Technology Architecture (Technology Architecture), Implementation Plans (Implementation Plans).The results of this study are recommendations for information systems for Fesyenindo Biensi CV in the form of enterprise architecture planing blue print planning that is successful in defining 5 main business processes, which consist of application architecture data architecture and for technological architecture to produce technology architecture proposals divided into 5 chapters 110 pages .

This study discusses the design of information technology enterprise architecture in the cooperation of Budi Karya. The main problem encountered is that the management still uses a bookkeeping system. The information obtained in each section has not been integrated with other, the IT management organization structure is not sufficient because there is no staff who have specialized IT experts, and require development in information technology. This was stated in one of the Budi Karya cooperation missions which read "Adopting the development of information technology and modern management systems". This study aims to produce process architecture, data, applications and technology that can be a reference for implementing all activities in cooperation of Budi Karya. This research uses the TOGAF (the Open Group Architecture Framework) which is a framework that has detailed methods and tools for developing and implementing enterprise architecture, with 8 architectural phases of vision, business architecture, information system architecture, technology architecture, opportunities and solutions, migration plan, implementation Governance, and architecture change management. Data collection is done by direct observation interviews and literature studies. LAZISMU as an amil zakat institution has an important role in collecting and managing zakat for public welfare. The existence of Law No. 23 of 2011 and the Minister of Religion Regulation No. 333 of 2015 on Guidelines for Granting Permits for the Establishment of Zakat Institutions requires that the management of zakat, infaq, and sadaq (ZIS) funds be transparent, accountable and prioritize professional principles. For this reason, there needs to be support from information systems and information technology to achieve these business goals. Information systems and technology will be utilized optimally if the development is aligned with the business objectives of the organization. Enterprise Architecture (EA) is a bridge to harmonize the business needs of an organization with Information Systems and Information Technology. Enterprise architecture planning at the LAZ has been designed using The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) with Architecture Development Method (ADM). Data collection is done by interviewing and making direct observations of the organization. Analysis tools used are the Unified Modelling Language (UML) method and the Value Chain method. The results of this study are blue print business architecture, data architecture, application architecture so that it can support the business processes that exist in LAZISMU.

Majelis Tabligh merupakan unsur pembantu pimpinan yang ditunjuk sebagai penanggungjawab lapangan dalam pengelolaan masjid Muhammadiyah. Sampai tulisan ini hadir, data-data berkait pengelolaan masjid masih belum ada, seperti jumlah masjid se-DIY, kondisi masjid, pengelolaan jamaah, pengelolaan keuangan masjid, dan lainnya. Pengawasan terhadap masjid-masjid Muhammadiyah juga masih belum bisa dilakukan, maka perlu dukungan sistem informasi/teknologi informasi (SI/TI) yang terintegrasi. Enterprise Architecture adalah gambaran hubungan logis yang terintegrasi antara visi misi, proses bisnis, system informasi, dan infrastruktur organisasi. Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) merupakan suatu metode atau kerangka acuan untuk membangun suatu arsitektur informasi yang mengacu pada tujuan atau kebutuhan bisnis organisasi yaitu arsitektur bisnis, arsitektur data, arsitektur aplikasi, arsitektur teknologi. Pada penelitian ini menghasilkan suatu arsitektur bisnis yang teridentifikasi berupa area fungsi, fungsi bisnis, dan proses bisnis Majelis Tabligh. Arsitektur data berupa 10 entitas data. Arsitektur aplikasi berupa 18 aplikasi. Arsitektur Teknologi yang teridentifikasi salahsatunya menggunakan platform web dan Mobile. Selain itu, didapatkan juga portofolio aplikasi dalam bentuk Mc Farlan Grid. The Majelis Tabligh is an auxiliary element to the leadership who is appointed to be in charge of the field in the management of the Muhammadiyah mosque. Until now, there are still no data related to mosque management, such as the number of mosques in Yogyakarta, the condition of mosques, management of congregations, mosque financial management, and others. Supervision of Muhammadiyah mosques is still not possible, so it is necessary to support an information system/information technology (IS / IT) system. Enterprise Architecture is a description of the integrated logical relationship between the vision and mission, business processes, information systems, and organizational infrastructure. Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) is a method or frame of reference for building an information architecture that refers to the goals or business needs of the organization, namely business architecture, data architecture, application architecture, technology architecture. This research resulted in an identified business architecture in the form of function areas, business functions, and the Majelis Tabligh business process. The data architecture consists of 10 data entities. The application architecture is in the form of 18 applications. One of the identified technology architectures uses web and mobile platforms. In addition, you can also get a portfolio of applications in the form of the Mc Farlan Grid.

This chapter introduces the adaptive collaboration (AC) and its potentials in the new paradigm of the 21st century networked society. It is an innovative information technology system for knowledge creation based on the XML Web services, which is essential to promptly meet the increasingly diverse needs and kaleidoscopic changes in economy. The AC is critical in the ubiquitous society, where constant improvement of business processes and cooperation and collaboration with both existing and new systems are required. Today’s knowledge is considered ecological and organic in a way that it is flexible enough to swiftly sense numeral shifts in the environment. The new method that integrates a number of different systems and applications into one system to enable the AC has been generating much attention as it may meet the diverse and growing demands in the future of the ubiquitous society.

ABSTRACT<br />Information strategic planning and information technology (SI / IT) are identified as key factors in IT integration and business alignment in organizations. Strategic planning carried out at Primakara STMIK uses the TOGAF framework to produce an enterprise architecture that will be a guideline for the development of information systems and information technology (SI / IT) that is aligned with Primakara's STMIK vision, mission and goals. The environmental analysis is done first, the environmental analysis uses SWOT analysis to get an overview of the strategic plan. As a government institution that performs tasks in the fields of meteorology, climatology, air quality and geophysics, BMKG (Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency) does not yet have an integrated information system to support each of its activities, such as instrumentation, engineering and calibration, observation, processing, dissemination, and service. The purpose of this study is to produce enterprise architecture design including business architecture, data architecture, technology architecture, and application architecture, and produce activity solutions and information system solutions that can help BMKG in developing its business processes. In this study, the framework of enterprise architecture design uses The Open Group Framework (TOGAF) with the Architecture Development Method (ADM) method. The results of this study, namely a proposed TOGAF model that is tailored to the business needs process of BMKG in designing enterprise architecture for IS / IT development.
