The information system is used to present information for management decision making and running the activities involved in an organization. Blue Print of information technology essentially provides college's strategic plan to implement and build information systems in college which is a derivative of the Business Plan colleges where individual companies generally have a strategic plan. This study aims to create an enterprise architecture for IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon, in the form of IT blueprint that could later be used by the enterprise to achieve its vision and mission. The planning is done by utilizing EAP methodology (Enterprise Architecture Planning). The means used is through the process of defining the enterprise architecture in the form of data architecture, application architecture, technology architecture, business architecture, as well as integration architecture. Once the rest of the enterprise architecture is defined, the result made implementation plan is a plan for the implementation of enterprise architectures in the future as a blueprint for the information technology IAIN Sheikh Nurjati Cirebon.

The Information Technology (IT) blueprint basically contains a strategic plan of the company / institution in implementing and developing information technology / information systems in the company / institution. This study aims to design the IT Blueprint model in terms of data architecture, application architecture and technology architecture using the Zachman Framework enterprise architecture, where the blueprint is a comprehensive and integrated information technology system design. The methodology used in this study refers to the framework of Enterprise Architecture Planning. The results of this study obtained data architecture design, applications and technology along with data entities, business entities and business processes and business process functions so that they can illustrate the IT blueprint model along with the implementation roadmap that serves as a reference and guideline campus of Politeknik Negeri Bali (PNB).

This study discusses the design of information technology enterprise architecture in the cooperation of Budi Karya. The main problem encountered is that the management still uses a bookkeeping system. The information obtained in each section has not been integrated with other, the IT management organization structure is not sufficient because there is no staff who have specialized IT experts, and require development in information technology. This was stated in one of the Budi Karya cooperation missions which read "Adopting the development of information technology and modern management systems". This study aims to produce process architecture, data, applications and technology that can be a reference for implementing all activities in cooperation of Budi Karya. This research uses the TOGAF (the Open Group Architecture Framework) which is a framework that has detailed methods and tools for developing and implementing enterprise architecture, with 8 architectural phases of vision, business architecture, information system architecture, technology architecture, opportunities and solutions, migration plan, implementation Governance, and architecture change management. Data collection is done by direct observation interviews and literature studies. The results of all these phases will produce a detailed framework of process architecture, data architecture, application architecture, and architecture in cooperation of Budi Karya Keywords:  Enterprise, Architecture, Cooperation, framework, TOGAF

ABSTRACT<br />Information strategic planning and information technology (SI / IT) are identified as key factors in IT integration and business alignment in organizations. Strategic planning carried out at Primakara STMIK uses the TOGAF framework to produce an enterprise architecture that will be a guideline for the development of information systems and information technology (SI / IT) that is aligned with Primakara's STMIK vision, mission and goals. The environmental analysis is done first, the environmental analysis uses SWOT analysis to get an overview of the strategic plan. Stages to get an overview of enterprise architecture and information system development roadmap include Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Information System Architecture, which consists of: Data Architecture, and Application Architecture.<br />Keyword :TOGAF, Enterprises Architecture, College<br />ABSTRAK<br />Perencanaan strategis informasi dan teknologi informasi (SI/TI) diidentifikasi sebagai faktor kunci dalam integrasi TI dan keselarasan bisnis pada organisasi. Perencanaan strategis yang dilakukan pada STMIK Primakara menggunakan kerangka kerja TOGAF untuk menghasilkan enterprise architecture yang akan menjadi pedoman untuk pengembangan sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi (SI/TI) yang selaras dengan visi, misi dan tujuan STMIK Primakara. Analisis lingkungan dilakukan terlebih dahulu, analisis lingkungan menggunakan SWOT analisis untuk mendapat gambaran rencana strategis. With the development of technology today, it is very important for every company to plan and develop a system to support business processes in each company. Achieving the goals of an enterprise faces challenges and changes that require strategies for effective measures and efficient use of resources. One important and increasingly widely used strategy is the use and improvement of information system support for the enterprise. This plan can utilize enterprise architecture planning methodology that produces data architecture, application architecture, technology architecture, and the direction of its implementation plan for the enterprise.CV Biensi Fesyenindo is engaged in retail garment, with branches throughout Indonesia, covering the areas of Kalimantan, Sulawesai, NTB, NTT, Bali, Java and Sumatra. In their daily activities, they carry out production to distribution processes to meet market and employee needs.The enterprise architecture model used in this study is by using Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP). EAP is a process of defining enterprise architecture that focuses on data architecture, applications and technology in supporting business and plans to implement the architecture, where the EAP method has several stages, starting from planning in planning, business modeling , Current System and Technology (Current System & Technology), Data Architecture (Data Architecture), Application Architecture (Applications Architecture), Technology Architecture (Technology Architecture), Implementation Plans (Implementation Plans).The results of this study are recommendations for information systems for Fesyenindo Biensi CV in the form of enterprise architecture planing blue print planning that is successful in defining 5 main business processes, which consist of application architecture data architecture and for technological architecture to produce technology architecture proposals divided into 5 chapters 110 pages .

Dalam mendukung program pemerintah yaitu Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE), Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Bandung Barat (Disparbud KBB) khususnya pada fungsi Kepegawaian Umum dan Bina Budaya diupayakan dapat menyelaraskan antara layanan bisnis dan layanan teknologi informasi dalam melakukan perubahan dari segi layanan internal maupun publik dalam mengembangkan potensi kebudayaan dan pariwisata untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Enterprise Architecture (EA) menjadi jawaban sebagai pengembangan rancangan dokumentasi blueprint TI. Perancangan EA pada penelitian ini menggunakan kerangka kerja TOGAF ADM untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pengembangan sistem melalui Phase C: Information System Architecture (Data Architecture & Application Architecture). Metode analisis dokumen, wawancara dan observasi dilakukan dalam menunjang pencaharian kebutuhan informasi organisasi selama pengembangan EA. Adapun hasil yang didapatkan berupa solusi integrase proses data dan aplikasi melalui teknologi Government Service Bus (GSB).

PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang menawarkan audit pihak ketiga untuk menyediakan jasa sertifikasi sumberdaya alam dan lingkungan. Dalam menjalankan perusahaannya, PT XYZ memiliki layanan utama pada fungsi sertifikasi yaitu Audit Sertifikasi dan Penerbitan Dokumen Legalitas. Seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, PT XYZ memiliki beberapa kendala dan membutuhkan strategi teknologi informasi yang tepat untuk menyelesaikan permasalahannya. Pertukaran data yang belum efektif merupakan salah satu kendala yang terjadi di fungsi sertifikasi yang menyebabkan munculnya keluhan pelanggan terhadap kecepatan layanan. Dalam penelitian ini akan membahas perancangan Enterprise Architecture sebagai strategi dalam optimalisasi proses dan teknologi menggunakan TOGAF ADM. Perancangan tersebut dimulai dari preliminary phase, architecture vision, business architecture, data architecture, application architecture, technology architecture, opportunities and solution, dan migration planning. Dengan blueprint dan IT Roadmap sebagai hasil akhir dari penelitian ini, diharapkan akan membantu PT XYZ dalam menyelesaikan permasalahannya segaligus menjadi strategi dalam optimalisasi proses dan teknologi yang tepat.

INTISARIPerkembangan dari teknologi dan sistem informasi ini menyebabkan perubahan- perubahan peran dari efisiensi dan efektivitas menjadi peran strategik. Sekarang peran sistem informasi tidak hanya untuk efisiensi dan efektivitas melainkan juga peran strategik untuk menenangkan persaingan. Persaingan yang semakin kompetitif dan ketat didalam dunia Pendidikan ini terutama tingkat perguruan tinggi yang dikelola oleh swadaya masayarakat (swasta), mengha-ruskan dan menuntut pihak pengelola untuk terus mengembangkan atau membangun sistem informasi dalam membantu aktivitas bisnis untuk mencapai tujuan dari organisasi dan sebagai layanan bagi stakeholder.Enterprise merupakan sekumpulan organisasi yang memiliki beberapa tujuan/prinsip umum dan atau suatu garisan dasar. Perguruan tinggi merupakan salah satu enterprise yang bergerak pada bidang Pendidikan. Meningkatnya kebutuhan terhadap data dan informasi dalam fungsi bisnis yang dijalankan oleh suatu perguruan tinggi merupakan salah satu pendorong pemanfaatan sistem informasi di dalam perguruan tinggi. Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan perancangan terhadap 3 (tiga) model arsitektur, yaitu ar-sitektur data, arsitektur, aplikasi dan arsite-ktur teknologi dengan menggunakan metode Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP).Kata kunci— Sistem Informasi, Enterprise Architecture Planning, Arsitektur data, Arsitektur aplikasi, Arsitektur teknologi, raodmap implementasi. ABSTRACTThe development of technology and information systems has caused role changes from efficiency and effectiveness to strategic roles. LAZISMU as an amil zakat institution has an important role in collecting and managing zakat for public welfare. The existence of Law No. 23 of 2011 and the Minister of Religion Regulation No. 333 of 2015 on Guidelines for Granting Permits for the Establishment of Zakat Institutions requires that the management of zakat, infaq, and sadaq (ZIS) funds be transparent, accountable and prioritize professional principles. For this reason, there needs to be support from information systems and information technology to achieve these business goals. Information systems and technology will be utilized optimally if the development is aligned with the business objectives of the organization. Enterprise Architecture (EA) is a bridge to harmonize the business needs of an organization with Information Systems and Information Technology. Enterprise architecture planning at the LAZ has been designed using The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) with Architecture Development Method (ADM). Data collection is done by interviewing and making direct observations of the organization. Analysis tools used are the Unified Modelling Language (UML) method and the Value Chain method. The results of this study are blue print business architecture, data architecture, application architecture so that it can support the business processes that exist in LAZISMU.

One important strategy in dealing with the development of information technology is the use and enhancement of information system support for agencies or agencies. The alignment of the application of information systems with the needs of the organization as an agency that prioritizes community service in the field of development infrastructure is only able to be answered by paying attention to the integrity factor in its development. The purpose of information system integrity with the actual needs of the organization is to reduce the gap that occurs in the system development process. To reduce the gap, a paradigm is needed in planning, designing, and managing information systems. The paradigm or methodology used in the planning of information systems infrastructure construction infrastructure uses TOGAF-ADM. Stages in the development of information systems by modeling business architecture, data architecture, application architecture and technology architecture in accordance with the TOGAF-ADM framework. The output of this stage will produce a reference (blueprint) by the agency to achieve its strategic objectives.
