The multiplicity of stakeholders in urban contexts can greatly increase the complexity of transportation systems. Since all stakeholders depend, to varying degrees, on the same data to get the information for their mobility, this work considers that an integrated information system, focused on their different needs, will significantly improve the efficiency of transportation systems. A stakeholder-focused system makes the provided information more relevant, while an integrated system fosters the sharing of the data that generates this information. To build such a system, a conceptual framework focused on stakeholders and their decision processes was developed. This new framework takes advantage of existing ones, such as the Zachman framework, the Enterprise Architecture Design, and the Multilevel Service Design. The proposed multidisciplinary approach, putting together information systems (IS) and service design concepts, has considerable potential in ensuring that the right information reaches each stakeholder at the right time.

PT. Visitor Management Information System during the Covid-19 Pandemic Abstract: PT. Epson Batam (PEB) is a multinational company with more than 3000 employees. The number of guests (non-employees) who come to PT. Epson Batam every day such as visits from government agencies, company partners, vendors and suppliers, causes the need for special applications that can make it easier for companies to manage the data of guests who visit the company and make it easier for company security to record and recap guests who visit the company. This study aims to design a visitor management information system during the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on the feedback from users, it is concluded that the system developed can be used and functions well but needs development that allows an integrated information system with temperature measuring devices. Keywords: Covid-19, Information System, Management Visitor.

We present an integrated information system needed to address the climate-water-migration-conflict nexus in the Congo Basin. It is based on a rigorous and multidisciplinary methodological approach that consists of designing appropriate tools for field surveys and data collection campaigns, data analysis, creating a statistical database and creating a web interface with the aim to make this information system publicly available for users and stakeholders. The information system developed is a structured and organized set of quantitative and qualitative data on the climate-water-migration-conflict nexus and gender, consisting of primary data collected during field surveys. It contains 250 aggregated variables or 575 disaggregated variables, all grouped into 15 thematic areas, including identification; socio-demographic characteristics; access to resources; perception of climate change; perception of migration; financial inclusion (savings, access to credit and circulation of money); domination and control on water resources, land ownership and property rights, conflict resolution and community resilience; water uses; vulnerability to climate change; housing, household assets and household expenditure; food security; health, hygiene and sanitation; environmental risk management; women’s economic autonomy; and water transfer from the Congo Basin to Lake Chad. The information system can be used to model and understand the interface of human-environment interactions, and develop scenarios necessary to address the challenges of climate change and resilient development, while supporting key policy areas and strategies to foster effective stakeholder participation to ensure management and governance of climate and natural resources in the Congo Basin.

The integrated information system is an IT and information structure that includes financial reporting and management control analysis. This system requires that each accounting item is linked to every other object. In the integrated information system, it is also necessary that each item has a unique meaning. Therefore, it is impossible to have several implications or several accounting items with special meanings. The reclassification of the balance sheet in an integrated information system requires the adoption of an extraordinarily complete and exhaustive scheme. All this is indispensable for implementing a balance sheet/budget analysis that can be useful to company management for the implementation of a decision-making process that maximises management and decision-making efficiency and effectiveness. The correct reclassification of all balance sheet and financial items sometimes requires reasoning that does not always appear linear and straightforward. For this reason, in the following pages, we will analyse the balance sheet items that, in general, are the precursors of reclassification errors that can invalidate the entire analysis of the balance sheet and the balance sheet budget.

The article is devoted to the study of one of the possible elements of an integrated information system of the bar — a unifi ed database of disciplinary practice of bar chambers. It pays attention to some aspects of posting information that is the result of the consideration of the case by the bodies of the bar chamber related with bringing a lawyer to disciplinary responsibility and releasing him from it. The article provides a defi nition of the unifi ed database of disciplinary practice of bar chambers and examines its features. The author distinguishesand justifi es the need for placing specifi c types of acts of disciplinary bodies of bar chambers, which should be presented in such a database. The article focuses on the question of the limits of providing information about the disciplinary responsibility of a lawyer, taking into account the provisions of current legislation and approaches of chambers of lawyers on informing about disciplinary practice. It is also noted that it is necessary to provide for the possibility of searching by keywords and categories. The author substantiates the importance of its development and implementation for the legal and scientifi c community, as well as the possibility of its application in the educational process. The article describes the practice of creating a database of disciplinary practice of bar chambers.
