The real-time monitoring of electric capacitance (impedance spectroscopy) allowed obtaining evidence that structures which look like intestinal villi can be formed during the cultivation under static conditions as well as during the cultivation in microfluidic chips. It was shown in this work via transcriptome analysis that the Hh signaling pathway is involved in the formation of villus-like structures in vitro, which was previously shown for their formation in vivo. impedance spectroscopy, intestine, villi, electric capacitance, Hh The study was funded by the Russian Science Foundation (Project 16-19-10597).

Abstract. This report presents the results of high-pressure and broadband dielectric spectroscopy studies in polyvinylidene difluoride (PVDF) and barium strontium titanate (BST) microparticles composites (BST/PVDF). It shows that the Arrhenius behaviour for the temperature-related dynamics under atmospheric pressure is coupled to Super-Arrhenius/Super-Barus isothermal pressure changes of the primary relaxation time. Following these results, an explanation of the unique behaviour of the BST/PVDF composite is proposed. Subsequently, it is shown that when approaching the GPa domain the negative electric capacitance phenomenon occurs. Graphical abstract

The comparative analysis of electrical parameters of a Caco-2 cell monolayer cultured on substrates coated with laminins 111,332и511 has been carried out. The cell electrical parameters reflect its state and, in particular, its degree of differentiation. Impedance spectroscopy is the most convenient method for comprehensive assessment of electrical parameters. It was shown via this method that laminin 332 was the optimal substrate for CACO-2 cell growth and differentiation in vitro. The use of laminin 511 led to significantly lower electric capacitance, and laminin 111 caused a large increase in TEER. impedance spectroscopy, laminins, barrier tissues, TEER, electric capacitance, extracellular matrix, Caco-2 The study was funded by the Russian Science Foundation (Project 16-19-10597).
